Alex and the team at OneCall came recommended by our kitchen makers. We spoke with Alex over several months as we were working through the details and honing in on our start date, and then his team spent approximately 2.5 months working on our kitchen project across several aspects. From the first time meeting Alex, to having several of his team members in and out of the house on a daily basis, and through to completion it was nothing but a pleasure. Everyone was highly professional, skilled, delivered fantastic quality of work, went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble, they presented great solutions when needed, and importantly they were all really lovely to have around. The kitchen looks incredible and we highly recommend OneCall. We can't thank Alex and his team enough!

We recently used One Call Solutions to renovate our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The scope of work was extensive – including knocking down a wall to create an open-plan kitchen/dining area, new lighting throughout, installing oak windowsills, new radiators, replastering, fitting a new kitchen and utility room, new internal doors, a new staircase and bannister, new skirtings, and creating a double wardrobe space. From start to finish, the project was expertly managed by Mark, who was excellent throughout the project; very quick responses. Communication was clear and consistent, and any questions or issues were dealt with promptly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble – when we made any additional requests these were always accommodated without fuss. We particularly appreciated the clear project plan which was displayed on-site, which outlined the schedule of the works and kept everything transparent and on track. The timeline was realistic, and impressively, the project was completed a day ahead of schedule. All of the tradespeople were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our home. They kept the site clean and tidy at all times, which made a big difference during such a large renovation. Overall, a fantastic experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality building team.

Not sure what their work is like but certainly their ethics are not good. I have just seen a driver flytip/dump old stuff from his van in our communal area, based in hounslow ( TW5) this evening 31/03/26 we will be reporting to the police with the details..

Mark’s ISO-accredited installation planning gave us real confidence from the outset. Everything was clearly structured, carefully scheduled and professionally managed. With a project as detailed as ours, that level of organisation made all the difference. The workmanship was excellent throughout. Each stage was handled with precision and care, communication was clear, and any small challenges were dealt with calmly and efficiently. It felt like a properly managed project rather than just a series of trades turning up. Where there were small snagging items these were resolved efficiently. The end result is a beautifully finished kitchen installed to a very high standard, and the process was smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Onecall Solutions undertook a project to our house in Reigate which involved the following 1) planning permission to remove a steel pillar and beams and replace with much larger beams spanning the rear of the house 2)carrying out all of the works needed to 1st fix, 2nd fix and final fit out 3)installed a Tom Howley Kitchen 4) Snags. We are now completed. Alex and his team worked very hard to make it a dream kitchen for us and we are super happy with everything. Well done guys. Highly Recommended.

I had an extensive project completed, including ground floor works, a new cloakroom and kitchen, a new boiler, underfloor heating throughout, renewed electrics with a new consumer unit, and full decoration at the end. I am very happy with the work and the final result, which was completed smoothly and to a very high standard. The project was managed meticulously, with a full team of tradesmen on site every day and work progressing at all times. Any snags, adjustments, or changes I requested were dealt with immediately. All the tradesmen were friendly and capable, and they cleared up each day, leaving the site clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble, and I am very pleased with the outcome.

We were thrilled with the work carried out by Scott and the entire team. From start to finish, the quality of the job was excellent, and we were very happy with the end result. The team were incredibly flexible throughout the project, happily accommodating changes along the way (both for personal preference and to address unforeseen challenges). The team also always took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied before moving on / completing the job. We worked with a range of professionals during the renovation — electricians, plumbers, carpenters, decorators etc. — and every single person was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. One Call carried out an extensive refit of our kitchen. A professional service from first visit to final finishing off. All of their team were friendly, courteous, and punctual; and the standard of the work was excellent.

Carried out prep works for new kitchen install including removal of old kitchen, repairs to waļls, upgrading electrics and adapting plumbing. All done efficiently, professionally and to an agreed schedule. Excellent service.

Selecting and buying a new kitchen is difficult enough and then comes the dreaded installation. We are one week from completion and looking back we are so grateful that it was Onecall Solutions who provided the project management and expert trades to do the job. Any issue was dealt with in a timely manner with a fast resolution. In my opinion there will always be problems but by using a company with professional personal you know you will be covered.

Incredible job (large kitchen removal and install), with a large number of parts (new floors, island, sliding doors, oven, lights, painting, patio doors etc.). Onecall did a fantastic job fitting our kitchen and maintenance work on our patio terrace. The guys are a great team - very respectful, hard working and careful to tidy up after themselves (which I really appreciated as a busy mum!). They were a pleasure to work with. Alex runs a smooth operation, and sought to find us a proportionate solution to a problematic roof terrace. They are very professional and would definitely recommend.

We recently used One Call Solutions to install our Magnet kitchen. The service was exceptional, I cannot recommend them highly enough! We employed the services of OneCall Solutions as part of a kitchen renovation Their brief was to remove our existing kitchen, kitchen and utility room floors, re-tile both areas including underfloor heating, prep the area for gas/electric and water ready for the new kitchen install. They would also work alongside the kitchen company in installing the kitchen, appliances, lights and then decorating. I had not worked with nor heard of OneCall previously but in first meeting Alex any worries I may have had were instantly allayed. He understood exactly what we wanted, and where we did not know, he was able to give us great solutions Post our first meeting, Alex prepared for us a timetable of what his Team would carry on a day by day basis to completion. I thought what was optimistic but the reality was they stuck to it almost in military fashion and our work was delivered on time. Any snagging, of which there was little, was remedied in a very timely manner Drawing upon what is clearly a deep pool of skilled and friendly craftsman, Alex had the right person on the job everyday. We did not move out of our property despite the hefty work and they ensured our living space was unaffected The quality of the work was impressive, and nothing speaks to the service and quality more than the fact I installed re-contracted OneCall for another job and look forward to more in the future I could not recommend higher

We had a full kitchen fitted by OneCall Solutions and we honestly couldn't be happier with the result.  From the start, they were professional, puntual and incredibly helpful.  We also asked them to complete lots of extras around the house and they handed everything with skill and care. Their attention to detail was impressive, nothing was too much trouble.  They were clean and tidy throughout and worked around our schedule without complaint. The final result is flawless and we have had so many great compliments on the finish.  Pricing was very fair, especially considering the extra work involved. We would 100% use them again and highly recommend them to anyone as they go above and beyond. Our only disappointment is that we didn't discover OneCall Solution earlier. OneCall Solutions are simply fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, the team are all great - very considerate and polite. The finish of the work is the best we have had. Wanted three rooms plastered and painted with a new wooden floor in one. The great thing with Onecall is they sort everything that needs doing, from taking the radiators off to sorting electrics out before the work commences. They organise the schedule so all the stress is taken care of. The guys are fabulous and take great pride in their work. We are truly happy with the final result, it has made a big difference to the look of the house.

I would like to say how pleased we are with the whole kitchen installation experience. We had complete confidence in all the tradesmen who visited us. The work was done according to schedule and in the event a change had to be made, I was kept fully informed. Mark is to be congratulated for his very detailed plan and timetable.

Another great project delivered. Alex and his team have just completed a transformation of an unused living room into a bright library that opens on to the garden. Previous projects include our kitchen, removing walls to remodel a music room and an extension to the garage. The one common factor being a no fuss solution driven approach - when there have been issues, they have been minor and dealt with immediately by Alex. Could not recommend the firm more. If you want a stress free solution - get the team in (special mention to “Super John”, Craig, Chris and Levi).

Excellent work from this company. I have used many times and will be using again. Mark the Project Manager is very approachable and keeps you updated as the work progresses. This team is absolutely amazing! All professional, excellent, a delight to have around and extremely good at their jobs. Scott and Alex are brilliant and give a schedule of works for your project-in my case a Tom Howley kitchen fit and rip out the old one. Cannot fault them and I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen. Shout out to Tom Howley for recommending them-they work seamlessly together.Compared to some other builders I have had these are definitely 5 star! Alex / Scott and team did an exception job of making additional oven housing units for three separate kitchen appliances, including all the installation and painting to fit perfectly alongside our existing Tom Howley kitchen. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them.

We have just completed a full refurbishment of a bedroom - ceiling, lights, sockets, flooring and decoration. As ever, Alex and his team completed the job promptly and to their usual high standard. The tradesmen are polite, keen to respond to any requests and left the room clean and ready for use. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Onecall Solution undertook our Kitchen renovation and covered absolutely all elements, from the change of layout (wall removal and install) all electrical, plumbing, gas work, new LVT flooring and decorating. I cannot praise Alex and his team enough, from the moment Alex reviewed the project we knew we were in good hands. His team is incredible, all of the different team members were a pleasure to have in the property for a 6 week period. Craig and Chris were fantastic on the support/building side and did so much, and always looking to suggest ideas for detail that improved the overall finish and extremely skilled in a multitude of trades. The kitchen installation itself was a level of craftmanship rarely seen, we cannot praise Simon the kitchen fitter enough, he was extremely talented, an eye for detail that was above and beyond when installing a high end bespoke kitchen over a 2 week period. The level of perfection is something not often seen, and a fantastic individual to have work in the property, a pleasure to meet. Scott and his team at One Call Solutions have recently completed a full renovation of our downstairs, stripping out the old kitchen and flooring and then decorating, installing a new kitchen, a new cloakroom, laying water based underfloor heating throughout, laying new tiling and wooden floors and fitting a new bathroom upstairs. We couldn't be happier with the workmanship carried out and the professionalism, experience, politeness and tidiness of all those we came across who work for One Call Solutions. Nothing was ever too much trouble and everyone we came across took pride in their work, were hard working and completed jobs to an extremely high standard. Scott kept us well informed throughout on scheduling changes and any issues that arose and we always knew what to expect and when. We had a couple of issues with the bathroom supplier sending incorrect parts, but this was resolved quickly by Scott and with no stress. Having never had building works done before and deciding to live on site during them, we were nervous about the renovations starting. However, we needn't have been. All the team were so polite and tidy and made the whole experience as good as it could be. We are so thrilled with our new space and the dream kitchen and bathroom we had envisaged. Darcy & Ben from OneCall sorted our gas & electric certificates as we’re letting out our property (they also re-grouted our shower). They were on time, professional and friendly and we were super impressed the service. Would recommend these guys to anyone needing work done on their property.

Terrible experience. They were subcontracted to fit a bespoke kitchen last December and one year on we have had a series of other fitters trying to correct their awful initial fitting. Alignment issues, damage to the surfaces, attempts to touch up with paint. We spent a lot of money on this kitchen and so much has had to be replaced it is unbelievable. Wall cabinets not straight- have now been replaced and mounted correctly by another team. Doors not closing properly. Their customer service skills are poor. I essentially fired them stating I have no confidence in their ability to do the job properly. Definitely one to avoid. I have posted 3 pictures. I have many more showing the 'quality' of their work. Response to the Owners comments- There was far more than just 'snagging' work that needed doing. The kitchen design company recognised this and supplied their own fitters to rectify OneCall Solutions poor work. I did not ask for a 'false' statement. I asked for a statement confirming cavities in wall spaces that existed, that their fitter could have confirmed, making it difficult for him to mount wall units securely. OneCall response was they would only provide a statement if I did not give them bad reviews. I did not become 'hostile'. I merely informed OneCall Solutions I did not want them to do any further work as I had no confidence in their ability to do the work to the standard required. I have not got out of paying for any work. Everyone has been paid in full. All the extra work (and cost) required to redo OneCall Solutions poor efforts has been made by the Kitchen design company. No doubt they have passed these costs onto OneCall Solutions. I advise caution if using this company.

Having removed only half the skirting before they fitted new floor tiles, I had to arrange the removal of the rest with another contractor and we still have half inch gaps between floor tiles and new skirting a year later which they've refused to fix. Also two of their guys thought it was acceptable to park on my neighbour's driveway. Terrible.

this the worst company I have ever experienced badly fitted kitchen I had to pay another carpenter to fit my kitchen properly, no offer of a any refund.they treat there staff like dirt never use this company they are cowboys

Poor quality work done in installation of kitchen & bathroom & very poor customer service also. Avoid.

Company drivers have no clue how to drive on motorways. Maybe they need to retake driving lessons again. Please note when driving on the motorway the right lane is used for overtaking and not to cruise at on 65MPH. Please educate your drivers!! Not a good look for your company.
