Been waiting over 8 weeks for a date for someone to come out.when I call for an update, I just get told someone will call back. Absolutely shocking service

I was looking for a company to service my LPG Boiler, I phoned Margarson on 24th November 2022 to make an appointment the lady who answered the phone said they were very busy leading up to Christmas but she would make out a job sheet and I would get a call in January 2023. 3rd of February 2023 still no call, so I phoned them again I spoke to a lady and explained what I had done, she didn't seem bothered that no one had called me back and said she had found the job sheet but it wasn't her writing and if I wanted the boiler serviced I would have to now wait until March . Now I have to find yet another company to do the work.
Poor customer service, rude and patronising receptionist. Not helpful. Avoid
Never even contacted me after my enquiry
Engineer came but did no work and said I needed parts ordered before any work could be carried out. I then rung 3 times over a 3 week period asking for a price, which they could not give. I cancelled and then received a bill for £65, saying they had serviced,and fitted new gaskets when no work was carried out! Called them and they said they would look into and call me back. A week later no phone call, again I called. They did admit it was in error and they would send out a nil invoice- still waiting!
We had a breakdown and they came at 8:30 the next morning. They were friendly, proffesional and explained the problem. We will most certainly use them and would recommend them without hesitation.
The best in Grimsby. Highly recommend for plumbing and heating. Thank you for prompt service.
This company are a breath of fresh air. They responded quickly and efficiently to my boiler problem during a busy period. Their engineer was first rate in every way. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Outstanding!
