You'll find it hard to beat the price and quality of workmanship from Humber Homes Heating Ltd. September 2025 I was quoted £xxxx from a large well known grimsby Central heating company for 5 Stelrad radiators, a new Bosch Worcester 2000 25kw combi boiler and a new gas feed from the front room to the bathroom. Humber Homes Heating Ltd fitted in total 10 Stelrad radiators, a new Bosch Worcester 2000 25kw combi boiler and the new gas pipe feed, and it was still £1500 cheaper than the 5 radiator quote. Humber Homes Heating Ltd came on October 3rd 2026 to do the first service on the boiler which comes with a 7 years guarantee. I have, and would recommend Humber Homes Heating Ltd to anyone that wants a professional service, extremely fair price that is all topped up with very polite and friendly gas engineers and not forgetting the very nice lady on telephone.

Definitely recommend this firm . 2 young men came fitted me two modern radiators they was polite and cleaned up too. They messaged.me with a date and time and even the evening before to check everything is ok . They was spot on time too and was impressed with them. Excellent example of why to use a local Company for a boiler and radiator installation. Absolutely first class service from beginning to end. I Initially used their easy to use website to obtain a basic quote. This was followed up by a call from a very professional and friendly young lady who arranged an appointment. Jason came and assessed what needed to be done. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly and gave us an instant accurate cost. This was itemised in a brochure that would put National Companies to shame. He took time to listen to my wife and myself and wasn't at all pushy. Because of this, we agreed to have the work done and didn't bother comparing quotes as theirs was very reasonable. We definitely made the right decision ! Daniel and his mate (sorry, didn't get his name) Installed a new boiler, filter, pump, 2 new radiators refitted an existing radiator and Hive smart controls in less than 8 hours! Incredible speed and great workmanship. They left us with a folder containing all necessary 10 year warranty paperwork, with guaranteed fixed price servicing for the duration of the warranty. Couldn't possibly have asked for more, if you need anything heating related, use this Company, you won't regret it.

He was professional, friendly and punctual. He's very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. When he left after the first day, we had water, were able to shower and means to cook. Replacement boiler fitted today by Brandon. First class job, no mess and everything removed when finished. Brandon explained everything as the job progressed and went through the operation at the end. From initial quote, survey to finished job, I can not fault them. Baxi 819 wall mounted condensing boiler. Installed by Humber Homes Heating Old non-working boiler removed and replaced by the Baxi between 9:00am and 2:45pm. System commissioned and working as it should, including improvement to two previously non working radiators at no extra cost. 10 year parts and labour warranty and a 10 year annual service maintenance contract at a third of previous annual charges. Work completed to the highest standard and cleaned up on completion, including removing previous boiler, pipework and packaging. A job well done, thank you Guys.

I can't praise this company enough. Our old glow worm boiler gave up the ghost after 40 plus years.It was basic to say the least. After a failed attempt to get it up and running & a ridiculous quote by another plumber my husband rang this company after we had searched many more. Awful ! Recently had a boiler installed and the work was just awful! Rough pipework , a leak left which has damaged my carpet and come through my ceiling ! Had to get another engineer from a different company to come and fix ! Overpriced and feel like I’ve been robbed of my money ! The lad who came, sure he was called Daniel and knowing what I know now I wouldn’t let him anywhere near a boiler . Needs 100% reporting to the HSE and to be stripped from the gas safe register !

Absolutely superb service from start to finish. Dan took his time to go through each step of the process very clearly. The actual install of my new boiler, well you wouldn’t know they were there. Brendan started by covering all the carpets where he was walking on. Afterwards which included flushing the radiators I went upstairs to tidy up as you do and I didn’t have to,all done perfectly. All documents guarantees was explained to me and presented in a folder for me to file away neatly and the gas certificate came via email . This team I would highly recommend, pleasant ,polite and well presented and professionally prepared. Perfect price too. Thanks you very much.

We had a new boiler and radiator fitted and we couldn’t be more pleased! Was all done in the same day, no mess was left whatsoever! While Jason was here we asked for a quote for a new kitchen sink and tap, by the end of the week that was also fitted. Our boiler broke down beyond repair and having 2 young children we needed a replacement asap for heating and hot water. The fastest British Gas could replace the boiler was 4 days after so we tried Humber Homes Heating. We spoke to Dan on the evening and he was with us before 9am the next morning fitting our replacement. The same boiler quoted by British Gas but £200 cheaper and 3 days sooner! Fantastic service. 5 Stars. Highly recommended.

Called them on Thursday, came out on Monday (not an emergency so this was fine). Needed a stopcock and outside tap replacing. Gave a very favourable price there and then, said they could do the job Wednesday morning. Turned up as agreed and did a great job, could not be happier.

Amazing, quick and professional service. Had some outdoor pipe work fixed and outdoor tap replaced within 10 minutes. My radiator was moved and new pipe work fitted. Everything is neat, tidy and was cleaned up afterwards. Danny gave me advice on a repair job to my wall that needs doing now my radiator has been moved, which was greatly appreciated. Danny has done a few jobs for me now from boiler services to fitting new pipework and radiators. Always a fantastic service! Would highly recommend.

Dan is exceptional at his job, i first contacted him December when i moved to a new house,withing 30minutes he was there to fix the hrating system at a reasonable price not mentioning him being ao friendly.he came and changed taps for me ,when i found out one of the taps had a crack,he still came and installed a new tap without charging extra.he is so reliable

My boiler was on its last legs.Found Humber Homes on goole and gave Dan a call.He came out the next day and gave me a quote which was very reasonable compared to others l had had.He explained everything about the new boiler and how it would be fitted and worked.Dan & Jason came on the arranged day and by early afternoon had the boiler up and running. Asked for a quote to fit new boiler Wednesday afternoon. Within half an hour, Dan came round did a site survey gave me several options and a very reasonable price. I'd like to highly recommend the guys at Humber Homes Heating. We needed our combi boiler replacing when ours died. After searching online, I was bombarded with different companies offering their services for quick replacements. Many of the reviews were very mixed though. Humber Homes Heating appeared on my Facebook feed and the fact they were a local company instantly appealed. Also, the reviews seemed to be consistently very good. After contacting them, the whole process was very smooth and within a couple of days we had our new boiler up and running. Everything completed very much to our satisfaction. Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. Our boiler repair was a challenge but they won out. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Humber Homes were very efficient in receiving our call, arranging a visit and fixing the problem with our Baxi boiler. Dan is well organised and experienced and strictly followed the manufacturer's checking process and identified and fixed the issue at no time. Also Dan provided valuable information regarding maintenance of the boiler. All this for a reasonable charge. We will definitely use Humber Homes again in the future and we highly recommend.

New Ideal boiler fitted today by Jason. Arrived 0800 covered my carpets removed old boiler fitted new one connected gas and electrics piped into my radiator system tested it all flushed out my piping system instructed me on operations removed all materials did final clean up and was done by 1400. They are both genuine trustworthy young men and good plumbers. We will happily recommend this company and have already asked them to do another plumbing job for us.

I've used these guys a couple of times now for different jobs. Communication and response times are great. Their work is fab, there was a setting on my boiler that was turned on which I had no idea about which they said I didn't need so turned it off to save me money. When replacing a bathroom radiator for a nice new shiny one they also touched up the new paint work with the paint I had left where the old brackets had been. They also showed me how to use the heating thermostat which I hadn't got around to figuring out yet (new home). Nothing is too much trouble. Always polite and friendly. I'd highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I needed a plumber for my boiler service I rang Humber Homes heating ltd they arrived on the day stated Daniel did the job I found him to be very efficient and a tidy worker I would highly recommend this company, thank you.

I initially contacted Humber Homes Heating as my boiler broke down, I left a voicemail and within an hour they replied. They booked us in for the following Monday morning as it was the weekend. Our pump had given up and was making a dreadful racket as can be seen in photo. Pump replaced and boiler flushed everything appeared to be okay, unfortunately next day the loud noise returned and fault codes appeared. Humber Homes returned and did a much deeper inspection, they found all pipes, immersion tank and water tanks heavily contaminated with corrosion and slime and that the heat exchange was now clogged as well. We were considering an upgrade so we asked Humber Homes to quote for a new install. We were very surprised at the price, 1/2 the price of British Gas. We instructed them to go ahead as we needed heat and hot water ASAP because of my health conditions and I was suffering with a severe chest infection at the time. Within 2 days they had all the materials ready. Both Jason "Boss" and Dan "Partner" did a great job no mess no issues at all. They were both very polite none of the usual contractor foul language being used at all. In all it took 1.5 days they removed all redundant water tanks in the loft with associated pipe work the immersion tank and its pipe work and of course the old boiler, they even replaced the ceiling in the boiler cupboard. The system was flushed numerous times and all traces of corrosion deposits and slime removed as can be seen in photos Dan believed that ours was the worst he'd come across. After commissioning the boiler we were shown how the controls worked and that all paperwork would arrive in the post. The best bit of all was that Jason did not charge us for the initial callout and repair saving us £480. Would I recommend Humber Heating Homes definitely yes without doubt first class workmanship with customer satisfaction at the top of their agenda. Humber Homes Heating have recently fitted a new Combi boiler / radiators and shower processor in our house . We can’t praise these guys enough. Excellent communication , reliability and all work done to a high standard at an affordable price .
