We were previously happy but unfortunately my boiler stopped working. I wasn’t worried as we had had this serviced annually as per the warranty which still covered the boiler. The manufacture said that the boiler had not been serviced properly as the seals had not been replaced as per the standard maintenance. Stanway plumbing failed us and We had to buy a new boiler. We get the manufacturer to service our boiler now and won’t use Stanway Plumbing again.
Sunil not only did all of the plumbing work for our new bathroom, but project managed all of the works. He guided us on what items to choose to achieve our desired outcome, as well as booking in and coordinating the other tradesmen, all of which Sunil recommended. Each stage of the works were carried out on time and to a brilliant standard. Sunil would often work late into the evening to ensure everything was ready for the next day’s works. We’re so happy with our new bathroom and so grateful to Sunil for all his hard work and reliability.
My boiler went on Christmas Eve and Sunil came round the same day to assist. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired but he showed me how to heat the water as a temporary measure using the immersion. He clearly explained all the available options before I ordered a new boiler. He fitted the same on 2nd and 3rd Jan. Everything is now working perfectly. If you are after a prompt, reliable and friendly service, I highly recommend Sunil.
Sunil was incredibly quick to reply (having used him before) and arranged a boiler replacement the next day - after ours was condemned. We agreed the price and the boiler type and he got everything sorted with suppliers. The installation needed new pipes etc to comply with regs and he did all of that. A great job all round!
A great job installing a combi boiler by Sunil. The job was done on the agreed date with no fuss or mess with full explanation of what had to be done and full discussion of options. Sunil is a very nice guy to deal with and totally professional.
Really great guy, gave me sound advice on what to do or not to do when looking to upgrade from an old boiler to a new system. Came in while i was at work each day and done a fantastic job with minimal disruption considering we had a whole new boiler system fitted. I contacted Sunil last week about replacing some taps for me, sent him pictures of each he replied with a very reasonable quote, He arrived yesterday completed the work to a high standard and also took a look at another issue we had on the hot weather that i fear was going to be expensive and remedied that too. On top of that he's probably one of the nicest people you could hope to meet i have no issue in recommending Sunil to anyone needing plumbing works carried out.
Sunil replaced our boiler and conversion from a system to a combi boiler within a week of deciding that the boiler needed replacing. We have used Sunil for a number of jobs now including boiler servicing, bathroom refit and now boiler replacement. Always on time, Always clean and tidy and always very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.
Sunil & Kumar did a great job replacing our old boiler and radiators through the whole house. They identified and sorted all the problems caused by the previous installers. They also stripped out and replaced x2 bathrooms. Sunil gave us loads of advice and again corrected lots of errors made by the previous installers. He responded to all our queries and even came out at weekends to sort any issues for us at short notice. He kept us fully updated throughout the whole refurbishment. We are so pleased with the results as Sunil treated the job as if it was his own house.

Sunil (and his mate Kumar) provided excellent service in resolving our boiler breakdown. All the work of replacing the boiler was done efficiently, on time, and with a cheerful smile. He also rectified a potentially disastrous error by a previous plumber, effectively without charge, in spite of having to sacrifice some of his weekend to do it. This is not the first time we've called on his services, and it won't be the last. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Stanway Plumbing did a new boiler installation for me, the service provided was excellent he provided me with an excellent new boiler which has made my heating sytem a lot more efficient, he was punctual and kept me informed along the way of the progress of the installation as well as explaining various stages of the work and showing me each stage and what work he had completed. We have an 80's built house with two cw storage tanks and a radiator tank in the loft along with a very dated hw cylinder in the airing cupboard and a shower pump (that liked to play up.) Sunil gave us a straight forward quote to remove all and replace with an unvented cylinder and heat pump. It was all done quickly and without any problems and what a difference! We finally have water pressure and we could not be happier. We would highly recommend Sunil for any plumbing and gas works. He was professional, reliable, friendly and did a great job.
