We were installing a radiator ourselves and made a mistake somewhere along the way and had a slight drip we couldn't correct. Weren't sure what the cause was and was starting to panic as we didn't know what to do and if we could even get help. Called up and luckily you were close by and nearly finished at another job. Came round and fixed our mistake for us. Quick, efficient, polite, well priced and I learnt some lessons too! Radiator is on the wall, working and no leaks!!! Thank you so much! Not sure what we would have done without you. Would absolutely recommend
I needed a plumber quickly as had a very leaky tap. Was going away so wasn’t something to be put off. I put a message on local village facebook page. Jessica Grimm SCS plumbing and heating got in touch first. So I called and she was brilliant . I sent photos and info on what was wrong. She sorted out replacement parts and got Tyler round a few hours later. He was a lovely lad, didn’t make a mess, and completed to job and was off. No stress . I highly recommend SCS
Simon came to do our quote and was really lovely and explained our options the quote came through really quickly with any additional extras we may want Jess is also amazing really clear communication when any questions being asked. Luke/Tyler very clean, I found Tyler more open to questions and explanations Only thing we struggle with was the times of arrival/leaving being consistent Simon came for a sign off and we noted a few issues and given options to resolve Overall very pleased with the service

I contacted SCS Plumbing and Heating for an annual boiler service. From my initial contact with the team through to completion I received excellent attention. The engineer was extremely thorough and competent. The operation and control of the thermostat and radiators was explained to me which was very helpful. I am very happy to recommend this local company which provides such a valuable and professional service.

Thorough service of Vaillant Gas boiler and system. Tyler the Engineer was on time, friendly, efficient and had great customer service skills. Booking service was easy and was kept up to date with email confirmation. Great all round company with friendly and efficient staff. Can highly recommend!
The only reason I am giving this review is because of Ricardo... a few engineers (4 to be exact) came and couldn't have cared less about the fact that we hadn't had hot water for 2 months... they fixed it and nothing.. changed parts... nothing. Ricardo came, didn't change any parts and got our boiler working in 15 minutes. He is literally the best at what he does.
Really really happy with my new bathroom which Simon and Tyler fitted for me. Gorgeous tiling job and only a few snagging issues which were sorted out promptly. Very polite and cleaned up every day before leaving. I had specific items I wanted and was able to customise everything.
Cannot recommend SCS highly enough. We were in a very difficult situation with our bathroom and Simon completed a very thorough inspection. He was able to provide us with a clear, detailed plan and took our concerns into account. Luke was fantastic, worked very hard and kept us up to date with everything. All of the guys from SCS who helped were very friendly and professional. Big thank you to Jess as well for all her help.

Luke and Tyler were both polite and very competent. Luke identified that my water leak was inside the house in an underground pipe, and I was advised to get in specialist leak detection to identify precise location. Tyler then returned to fix the leak. When I returned from work, it was all fixed, and immaculately clean. Great communication from Tyler during the day. Only downside was the guys are obviously so competent & therefore busy, I had to wait for their services...but worth it.
Although not a job with much WOW factor, the replacement of an external cast iron soil pipe with a modern plastic one went very smoothly from first consultation to successful completion. When working indoors shoes were covered with protection so as to not to bring dirt in on to carpeting. Thank you SCS Plumbing & Heating!

At last aGasafe heating company that does what you ask them. I called on Simon to do a bailer service on my Vaillant boiler. Another Simon came to do the actual work. He was friendly efficient and knowledgeable. I can say this with insider knowledge, I was a Mechanical Services Manager at a London Uni. My boiler was stripped cleaned and rebuilt and runs now as it should be. I was so impressed that I got "The Simons" to do a full boiler service, replace a radiator and valves,a full Adey powerflush an complete the job with a Landlords certicate for my rental aprtment in Ipswich. The job was completed quickly, efficiently, and at a very agreeable cost Please don't hesitate to call this excellent company to do any "gaswork" you need you will be impressed, as I was

Luke arrived at 8.30am after ringing to say he was on his way. When he arrived he briefly explained about the MagnaCleanse flush he was going to carry out. During the day he kept me updated with the progress and when he finished he left the house clean and tidy. I couldn't fault his standard of work and would 100% recommend Luke and SCS.

Our first experience of SCS and a very positive one. Their communication style is very welcome as they kept us up to date with a materials delay. The works were carried out without fuss or mess and left everything spotless on completion.
Contacted them and explained that I needed my shower to be fixed within the next week or 2. They booked me an appointment for 2 days time. Turned up to look at the issue, went to get the parts, came back within the hour and I had a working shower that day. Great service!

SCS have recently completed our en suite , very pleased from start to finish, the whole effect was as we wanted. The work was completed on time, no mess between days , polite, helpful and courteous as they were when they did the family bathroom, last year. I have had great service from these guys. Excellent communication and response times. Luke did our boiler service and when our boiler randomly cut out a month later he remembered our pergola sail was near the exhaust pipe and thus I was able to check and resolve the issue quickly (it had covered the exhaust 🤦♀️). Lovely local business, highly recommend!
Contacting the company was easy. The pricing structure was explained and due to a cancellation they were able to come and remove a radiator within 2 days. Luke turned up on time and started the job. No problems at all. Removed the radiator and cleaned up afterwards. A good experience. Heartily recommend SCS Plumbing.

Having been let down by a previous local plumber, we decided to try SCS, we were not disappointed. Simon was extremely polite and helpful with our requisites, and the job was done promptly and on budget. We will certainly use them again for plumbing.

I was really impressed with SCS Plumbing. They were super helpful and really went out of their way to problem solve with my Electric Boiler issues. They came the next day and my heating was working again that day. After calling many plumbers I found so many wouldn’t work with Electric boilers, although this was new to them they really went out of their way to learn the system, fault find and really think on their feet. They saved me a fortune in parts I didn’t even need! I would definitely recommend their service and would absolutely use them again.
SCS answered my call promptly and politely. They arranged a call-out appointment within days. Luke quickly assessed the problem and replaced both the outside tap and the stop valve (indoors) that controls it. Job done quickly and effectively in under the hour. Very good service from SCS!

They understood exactly what we required for our bathroom update, gave a full accurate costing, and the work was completed on time. Both Simon and Luke were extremely hardworking, and their standard of work ensured good attention to detail. They kept us updated each day, and checked the siting of appliances before installation. Our hallway and stairs were superbly protected against any dirt and dust, and the site was cleaned by them on a daily basis. They even hoovered the garage which had been used as a store/workshop. Simon and Luke were friendly and polite, completed our work to a very high standard, and I would recommend the company without reservation.

I can recommend SCS Plumbing and Heating highly enough from his first visit to the house to advise on two bathroom refits Simon was amazing he had lots of ideas to suit any budget and was very knowledgeable about what could be achieved. The day they started we met Luke who was onsite every day working on the project he was also amazing, working from 8am everyday somedays late into the evening. Simon and Luke are determined to offer gold star customer service, and ensure that the client ends up with amazing bathrooms. I have never had people in to work in the house that are so tidy and organised, all my carpets were covered to protect them. At the end of the day they hoovered all down the stairs, the hallway and even the car port where they had been cutting materials!! It really is a first class service. We have now already booked them to refit our downstairs cloakroom in a few weeks. I guarantee you will not find a company that offers a better customer service than Simon. Will be recommending them in the future for certain. Keep up the amazing work.

Absolutely amazing service! I had struggled to find a heating engineer to resolve my intermittent hot water issue. Simon diagnosed it without even viewing my boiler, the work was done by Luke the next day! Honest, reliable and highly recommended!
Called SCS in an emergency . I had no previous dealings with SCS but the owner (Simon) came to my aid promptly and saved a disaster. They have since restyled my on -suite replaced all our taps and fitted various heated towel rails etc. Polite smart and excellent standard set by the owner and carried on by his staff.
