We have just had 2 new radiators fitted by Simon, we have an older house so the pipework needed adjusting to suit the new sizes, we also had radiator pipework removed from the kitchen. Simon has done a fantastic job, and his apprentice was polite and also an excellent worker. We are absolutely thrilled with the results, and will be using Simon again for other plumbing work and boiler servicing!
Simon came to replace a kitchen tap and, while he was here, helped try to resolve a partially blocked sink. He was very courteous and wore overshoes to minimize mess. Would recommend.

After 3 failed attempts to book a plumber to fix a dripping overflow pipe who didn't ghost me, overcharge or take ages to respond I found Simon. He answered quickly, understood exactly what I needed & was very easy to work with booking an appointment. He's polite, efficient, energetic, friendly & extremely helpful & I really liked him. The drip didn't require a new valve in the tank after all,it was a simple issue with a fallen cover pushing the ballcock down. A less honest person could have changed it & charged me anyway but he didn't do that. Instead he explained clearly,put the cover back & helped me with another issue with the waste pipe under the sink instead. He explained everything & was very professional. This is the kind of plumber I was looking for - honest, fair & very knowledgeable so I'm just about to book him again to service the gas fire, boiler & cooker. I thoroughly recommend him. Amazing work carried out by Simon and Liam. They were on time and did a full days work. Ran all the pipes for our new bathroom from downstairs to upstairs. Put in the waste pipes for all the suite. Also replaced the old soil pipe. Professional, thorough, tidy team. We wanted to convert a small bedroom into a family bathroom and were able to achieve this with Simon and Liam. They did all the first fix and second fix with no delays. New radiator installed too. Thank you to you both. We finally have our family bathroom.

absolutely brilliant. very short notice but came immediately. sorted the main issue (leaking radiator) and did a boiler service whilst here. Simon definitely did a better boiler service than anyone previously - not only because he talked us through everything (clearly very knowledgeable) but also because he did things I know no service engineer has done before (pumping up the vessel, taking the boiler apart in more detail, etc). very very pleased and will now be our go-to boiler and plumbing engineer

Simon responded to a post for help on our local facebook community page. Our boiler had a low voltage error message which shut it down completely. He arrived within an hour unfortunately couldn’t fix it but came back the next day to try again. In 3 days he’s been 4 times and did fix the issue which was a fault in a wire in the main fuse box. We can’t thank him enough and he’s coming back to service the boiler next week. Highly recommend

Simon is easily the best gas engineer I have ever hired. I had a problem with my hot water. I initially contacted another company, but the call out was expensive and they wanted a lot of money to fix the problem. We wanted another opinion and I saw Simon’s van, so I decided to give him a call. He came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. Everything was explained to me very well. Simon is very honest. The problem was fixed and Simon charged me half what the other company wanted. I was very grateful for the work Simon did. I highly recommend and I will be contacting him for any other problems I have in the future.

I had a leak from my bathroom that had slowly started dripping through to my kitchen but could not work out where the leak was coming from as the toilet and shower are boxed in. I contacted Simon who arranged to come the following day(this being a Saturday). He not only located the leak but managed to fix it also. It was my first time using Simon's services and I am so grateful to him. Simon did not have the parts needed on him but went out of his way to get them making sure my toilet leak was fixed before he left. I was extremely stressed with just knowing I had a leak but not where it was coming from and Simon went above and beyond even on a Saturday. Simon is very professional & does a great job at overseeing my boiler & ensuring my central heating/hot water does what I need it to. He is very good at explaining how things work too which is always an added bonus! I'd have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone & he initially found me when he helpfully answered my cry for help on social media. There was no pressure to use him & his friendly + more importantly knowledgeable response was why I decided to trust him in the first place. Added bonus, he's not out to overcharge you!!
