Zac came out within 30 mins of me phoning. I had a blocked toilet and was very embarrassed. The first thing he did was to put me at ease, reassured me it was a normal thing and then whistled/sang while unblocking the toilet. His positivity was catchy and by the time he’d finished the job I was happy too! Next time I need a plumber I won’t waste time looking for one, I will ring Zac because I can trust him 100% 😊
We had an issue with central heating where the heating comes up only when the hot water is ON . Called Zac, he attended the same day, which we appreciate as it's hard to get an appointment with gas engineers. He looked into the issue first, then he said he has diagnosis fee, parts fee and the labour fee which is good. He said the actuator head needs replacement and changed it on the same day and set the hot water ON. His fix is done and the heating is up. We usually don't keep hot water ON. It works independently. So the next day we changed the hot water to timed mode but the heating went OFF. Called Zac again and he advised us to keep the hot water ON again, but we are not happy with this and told him repeatedly this fix doesn't work. He is not ready to listen. We are not satisfied with his diagnosis and called out a different engineer and he came and spotted the issue which is the communication between the receiver and the port valve is not working as expected and the port valve isn't moving flexibly. Changed both and the system works independently without having the hot water ON. I would strongly advise not to choose this company as the company failed to diagnosis the root cause of the issue in spite of being paid for the diagnosis.
We have had a number of issues with both our hot water and the heating system. Zac was able to find the root cause of the problem and went above and beyond to ensure it was completely fixed before signing the job off. Excellent service. I highly recommend AquaGas and would absolutely use again in the future.

Zac was recommended to us for an emergency call out and by chance lived quite near us. He was round in under 10 minutes on a Saturday and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. He stayed around to monitor the boiler and make sure everything was ok and his emergency call out fee was reasonable. Recommended.

Dishonest and over charged. Will try and keep it short and simple. Called to ask about a heater issue and a Honeywell port we needed replacing. Was told the call out call was £85, came to check our radiators then he said he doesn't have the Honeywell port so will quickly go home and pick up from his house as he has supplies at home - then came back and replaced. We were overcharged with our overall invoice. (charged £100 for call out call and over charged for the part double the cost) When we called to discuss, he then said do we want the £15 difference back and he then lied about saying the reason why we paid so much for the part was because he went to the shop to buy it (this was 8.30pm) I did not even want to waste my energy and argue to explain and call him a liar as he clearly said to me and my husband that day that he is popping home to collect the part. If we had some sort of honesty, we would have been happy to use again, so wouldn't recommend.

Truly exceptional. After what felt like an eternity of to-ing and fro-ing between reputable heating engineers who were unable to fix an intermittent heating issue, I contacted the team at AquaGas. They identified and carried out remedial action in a highly efficient manner, at exceptional speed and at short notice. I was kept informed of all issues throughout the diagnostic/repair process with an eye to ensuring that my costs were kept to a minimum. I, and my tenants, cannot thank them enough for the service they provided and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with heating issues.
I was given Zac’s contact number after being let down by a number of other heating engineers. His administrator was quick to respond to my online enquiry and Zac was with me at 8.00am the following morning. My heating was fixed by lunch time. I work with children and am passionate about teaching skills to the next generation, Zac had an apprentice with him who he spent time teaching as well as questioning his knowledge - it’s a small thing and irrelevant to my heating being fixed but I admired his desire to pass on his knowledge. Overall, I was very impressed with Zac’s efficiency and professionalism. He will be my go to heating engineer from this point on.

Do not use this company!!!!!! They don’t tell you there is a hidden £50 charge just to look at your boiler, but add it to the invoice. They also don’t tell you in advance it is pay the same day. As soon as the plumber left I got pinged an invoice saying payment was due immediately and sent a text. Next morning less than 24 hours after job I got pinged more emails and text messages saying the bill was overdue and a phone call from the plumber asking why I hadn’t transferred the money. I said I would transfer money when my partner got home from a business trip. Very aggressive response right from the moment they ping the invoice over. When my partner queried the £50 charge just look at boiler I had not been told about and couldn’t find on website response very aggressive. Keep texting and emails in the evening and weekends!!!!!!! Check your charges with them before you let them come out!!!

My immersion heater was not releasing water to my hot taps. I rang Zak because of his great reviews. He arrived at the time we had agreed, his friendly and professional attitude were excellent. He was efficient in his task, and gave good advice to solve my problem. Half an hour later, I have hot water again, and at a better than fair cost. I am extremely pleased with Zak's service and would not hesitate to hire again. If there's anyone better out there, I would be very surprised.
Zac showed up when he promised to and provided unambiguous advice leading to the replacement of a boiler and hot water cylinder - which were obviously on the way out! The work was done promptly after acceptance of his quote, and Zac cleaned up afterward. His singing is an acquired taste tho' :-) I've no hesitation in recommending Zac for plumbing & heating issues.
Zac isn't a quitter once he has set his mind up on a problem, he will stay with it until it is sorted . I Would certainly recommend him to anyone who has a problem with all of central heating and plumbing aspects that are a worry to people. Zac came to replace my faulty boiler, we just moved in and it was needed - he was very helpful in selecting for our sized home. When fitting the boiler, Zac was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and clearly experienced. He is a tidy worker, and takes great pride in his work. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his work.
We had a fault with our boiler today and had to call Zac. He was so helpful and tried to help solve the problem over the phone, however, did need to come out and fix the problem. He explained what he was doing and was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and will use again if needed.

Had to have an emergency call out and Zac was here quickly and dealt with the problem, giving us reassurance and came back within a couple of days to replace a part that he had to order, but he ensured that we were able to have hot water even while waiting. When he came back he explained everything and was friendly and professional and made sure everything was working as it should be before he left, even offering to be contacted if we had any more questions. Also didn't try to oversell to us and didn't try to find faults !! Definitely use again. Great professional service.

Zac was great, he came out right away for my Dad whos boiler had spontaneously broken in the Winter. It's a very cold house, so it meant a lot that Zac prioritised this to ensure my dad wasnt without heating for too long. Going above and beyond, Manning plumbing located the issue, ordered what was needed and fix this problem within a couple of days between diagnosis and solution. Highly recommend.

We required emergency boiler repairs just before Christmas 2021. We needed someone very good to fix complicated problems that others had failed to resolve! We therefore chose Zac's company because it had received very high Star Ratings. Zac answered his phone and came out immediately. Our system is 1970s micro-bore pipes with a tricky new boiler - but this was no problem for Zac with his vast knowledge, experience and tenacity. He is friendly and easy to deal with, utterly reliable, extremely knowledgeable, efficient and practical - he succeeded where others have failed and I would thoroughly recommend him to you.

Great service at a reasonable price! I desperately needed a leaking hot water tank replaced and Zac managed to fit the job in earlier than planned. I was dreading it as the floors needed lifting up to replace the inadequate pipes but the team left the house looking exactly as they had found it, even arranging for a carpet fitter to finish the work on the day the plumbing was done. I would definitely recommend! I had no heating and hot water and they came out that day and sorted the problem! I then had a few issues with the boiler after and they got straight back to me, came round when they said they would and sorted that as well. Zac is very friendly and professional. Zac came in to help us out when the booked gas engineer was unable to come at the last minute. He came straight away to check out the job and then returned as promised the next day. This was a problematic job due to us having been sent the wrong parts, but Zac persevered and worked late to get the job done. I’m very thankful to Zac for sticking with it!

Zac, along with Tom and Isaac recently carried out work within my property. At every step they have all been incredibly polite, efficient and helpful. It’s rare to always find good and honest tradesmen, but I couldn’t be happier with their rapid response and for providing my family and I with hot water and heating. The installation, workmanship and tidiness of the new boiler system and pipe work is impeccable. Great firm and would definitely recommend.
Very disappointed that this company took advantage of an urgent job that we needed doing and not only exaggerated the work that needed to be done and the time the work would take, but charged us an extortionate price. We reluctantly agreed to the price but when the work was carried out, it didn’t take the half-day as explained to us but in fact less than 30 minutes. In addition, we saw that the work was quite straightforward and not complex as we were led to believe. Would not recommend.

I called out this company to unblock my toilet. The man tried using a plunger on it but that did not work. Then he looked down the manhole and said that my drains had collapsed and that it would costs thousands of pounds to fix. He was unable to unblock my toilet but I was charged roughly £150 for this service that took maybe twenty minutes. The next day I called Anglia water who immediately sent out an engineer to assess my collapsed drain. They advised that the drain was not collapsed and that I had been misinformed. I called another plumber to unblock the toilet, and they used a pressure washer to unblock it successfully. This cost a further £140. I then called Manning to ask for a refund. I was advised by the owner (Zac) that if I could supply a report from Angia water that confirmed the drains were not collapsed, then he would refund me the money. It took a while to get the report from Anglia water, but when it arrived I emailed Zac to process my refund. He never responded to the email and never processed the refund. I am now disputing the charges with my bank. I do not recommend this company. They are dishonest.

For months we have been trying to book a plumber to fix a leak and after assessment noone came back... The guys were extremely professional, keping reasonable social distancing, did an excellent job very quickly and tidied up after that. Really thankful and will definitely use their services from now on!
I had a blocked drain which led to my toilet backing up. Exactly what you want in a family home in March 2020! I called Manning Plumbing and Heating not knowing if I would be able to get someone out at all but Zac was incredibly helpful and able to fit me in immediately. A "quick job" turned out involving three neighbours and numerous different drains which needed sorting. Zac came kitted out with everything he would need, kept his distance, mask and gloves while maintaining a professional attitude and stuck with the painful process of getting everything sorted! My morning Dad break can now continue in peace and without worry of someone walking in afterwards and seeing last night's dinner floating in the bowl. Very happy with Manning Plumbing and Heatings services!

In my hour of need I called Manning Services to help with intermittent no hot water in the showers of my guest house which was full of guests. Zac called back immediately and come later in the day as soon as he could and identified the problem immediately which had mystified previous engineers. He jumped in the van got an essential spare part. He fitted it serviced all necessary other parts effected and now the system works better than it ever has. We approached Zac after being let down last minute by another Plumber. We needed someone to start asap, he quoted within two days, and started the following week. He replaced our old gravity fed system, back boiler and old radiators with a complete new unvented central heating system. The service was fast, to a high standard, and good value. He was able to meet our specific needs and dealt with minor snagging within 24 hours of being reported. I would highly recommend Zac and his company.

FANTASTIC SERVICE. Zac and his team turned up when promised and completed everything i needed doing to a very high standard. The guys were very professional and done a brilliant job moving a couple of radiators for me, servicing my boiler and getting my heating working properly ready for the winter and also showing me exactly how to use my new programmer and wireless thermostat. When they left they made sure everything was clean and tidy and i had no unanswered questions. I thoroughly reccomend these guys, 5* service.

Today he made the impossible possible; he replaced a combination valve and the placement of the pipes and cylinder made it look, to me, like it would require cutting of pipes etc. He swapped it without any dramas and made it look easy.
