Layne was really responsive, as we woke to a flooded house he was at our home within the hour from getting off the phone to him. Within 10mins he had found the issue and repaired it saving to further damaged to our home. Would highly recommend him and will certainly be using him in the future if required. Couldn’t thank Hughes Heating enough today. Sorted all our problems at home as we haven’t had any hot waters coming out of taps and shower, fixed a leak in our kitchen tap (problem we’ve had awhile back now - no more smell! YAY), and fixed the flush in our upstairs toilet. He is very professional, efficient, and friendly 💯 also came to our house soon as we message him. Over quoting for work he is not interested in. Very unprofessional, should have just said he is not interested rather than trying it on with nearly a 5 digit figure.
Layne took my call late at night and was more than happy to come out to help with the leak. Was out incredibly fast with barely any notice. Can’t fault the price, service was incredibly quick and faultless. Couldn’t fault him! 100% would recommend to anyone

Our shower pump packed up, causing great inconvenience. One phone call, one visit and the next day it was replaced and up and working. Most efficient plumber we’ve ever come across.
WOW... What a service!! Many within this industry are extremely hard to get hold of and pen a time and date to come and fix the problem. I messaged these guys with a issue at half 1 in the afternoon , got a bit a near on instant response and one of the guys were round at 2pm. Speedy, very polite & got the job done. Bit difficult to pin him down at times, did a number of jobs for me. Always turned out a high standard of work at a reasonable price..
Have dishwasher and washing machine next to sink using same drainage source and water source. Clothes not been smelling right. Took a look at drainage pipe. Nothing blocking by the look of it. Is probably for the washing machine company to take a look.
Called Layne as I had a new boiler playing right silly buggers...installed by another firm(who were useless may I add) He still took the time to come and resolve the over-pressurising problem we had. What a guy, are really reasonable money for time he spent here. Highly Recommend
unreliable and poor workmanship. Avoid. Lane turned up to do the pipework for the new gas combi boiler for me. They charged me £1000 cash just for the pipework. They said they would come back the next day but did not. Lane said he had an emergency. He did not come back until a week after and 4 hours later than the time he said he would. The boiler got fitted and after 2 weeks it started playing up. I called him up and he always said he will be there but never came. I had to ask someone else in the end and it turns out that there were many problems with the installations.
After having constant problems with our hot water tank we decided to contact Hughes Heating. After diagnosis, hughes heating went and sourced the part and had it fully fitted within the hour. He was also able to work around my own work schedule! Would defo reccomend! Thanks once again!

Layne and Taylor answered my call for help when Anglia water diagnosed a leaking pipe somewhere in house!!!!!! They called in to look at job literally within a couple of hours, identified where leak was probably coming from and turned up following morning and worked really hard to get leak sorted out: Layne kept me informed right the way through and gave me options as to how best fix leak without causing too much disruption to my kitchen floor. They were thorough, courteous, friendly and professional the whole time, I cannot speak highly enough of these guys and would recommend them and their work to anyone. Will definitely be calling on them if I need any further work doing.

Always reliable and there when you need even last minute. Was able to come round within half an hour and problem sorted in less than that! This is the third time I've used Hughes heating for different things and I'll definitely be using them again in the future
Had problem with boiler over pressurising rang Hughes who said i would come out free of charge to have a look which he did he then proceeded with taking a pipe off and looked then charged me 45 pound without even warning us there would now be a charge. Turns out the diagnosis that he had said was totally wrong so waste of time !
Within an hour of my phone call, Hughes Heating had stopped the pouring overflow with a new ball cock fitted. Amazing service cannot thank them enough
When our shower stopped working 3 days before our son's wedding and one day before 4 guests arrived to stay with us Hughes Heating answered our cry for help.Layne put himself out to call quickly between other jobs. The shower was beyond repair but we were assured by Layne that we would have a working shower fitted in time for the weekend. He called back the next day with our new shower but unfortunately the shower was incorrectly packed at the point of merchandise so the wrong pump was in the box. Layne immediately rang the company on our behalf and argued our case for us for a speedy resolution The story had a happy end and although due to supply issues we didn't get the shower for the wedding, Layne came back to us as soon as he had possession of the correct pump even though he had to change it and the end of already full day. In my experience customer service like this is rareand I cannot recommend Hughes Heating highly enough.
Have used Hughes Heating for many years now and they have always provided a friendly and cost effective solution.
very good ,he came out the same day, as the problem with shower took longer than anticipated, as he went and got part needed ,conversed with me regarding price and make, and advised. He did a fabulous job. Also left no mess at all ,all was cleaned! I am disabled and he was very respectful and a waited for me getting upstairs to view his work. I would have no hesitation using him again, and would highly recommend him,
