We used Frank just over a year ago to add a rainfall shower to our en suite. He quoted a little more than others but as he was a referral we went ahead with the work which was completed and finished as requested. Unfortunately a month or so later the valve started squeeking when hot water was used and I struggled to get hold of Frank to re visit despite him offering 12 months on work. Videos sent with proof and no response to texts or emails, had to get someone else to come and repair it. Disappointing after sales for sure despite this being a key part of his pitch and reason behind offering a higher quote!

Good quality and a fantastic service. Other plumbers told me I'd need a new boiler but Frank took a good look at it and advised me it was just the fan that needed replacing...it saved me a fortune and ment the heating was back on the next day, Very pleased highly reccomend.
