Elms Heating & Plumbing Ltd

Chris was asked to flush our heating system and clean out our boiler’s heat exchanger. He arrived on time and, after explaining what he was going to do, he completed the task in good time and left our property as he found it. He was happy to answer our questions as he worked, and kept us up to date on his progress. The job was done in good time. From our experience we would happily use his company again and recommend them to others.

The service from Elms Plumbing and Heating was excellent. From the very beginning, Chris made everything incredibly easy — from providing a clear, detailed quote to completing the work efficiently and to a high standard. Communication was excellent throughout; and made sure everything was left tidy once the job was finished.

Great service, well executed, worked all hours to get job completed to schedule.

Chris is a lifesaver whether it is an emergency or a maintenance call. Always professional, punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend Chris for all your plumbing projects.

Chris is a fantastic plumber and had no issues from any work he has done for us. He responds quickly and efficiently would recommend him to anyone!

After a major problem with my central heating Chris suggested a full system power flush. It took some time and he worked really hard. Following day he returned to check all was well. Highly recommend and will definitely have him back for further work. Ken

Chris, owner of ELMS Plumbing, has done many jobs for us. The first job Chris did for us was a boiler repair. Two previous plumbers had said we needed to replace the entire boiler. After assessing the situation, Chris replaced one part, and the boiler was working flawlessly again. This convinced us how much we could trust him. From then on, Chris has been doing all our plumbing work for us. He's professional and reliable, even in emergencies. Thank you, Chris: Martin and Anna.

Chris provided a quote for some work and scheduled the visit. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional throughout, including wearing protective footwear and cleaning up after the work was completed. The jobs were finished as agreed, and Chris communicated clearly about what had been done. The invoice matched the quote. I would recommend Chris, and will certainly use his services again.

Elms Heating & Plumbing . Chris has helped me over the last 10 years as a domestic customer and landlord. All jobs ranging from new boilers, bathrooms to tap replacements. Always a great job, carried out professionally. Thanks Frank.

Brilliant service from Chris, time keeping was good turned up when he was suppose to unlike most, Thanks to Chris I now have a working boiler and thermostat. Highly recommend

I met Chris, the owner of the firm, and we got to talking. After listening to him, I booked an appointment to take a look at a boiler exchange and some necessary repairs. We discussed options, and I was promised an estimate of the work that arrived promptly. After a few other quotes, I found that Elms met my budget. We then arranged a time which we had to change a few times, we had clear and friendly conversations where Chris was flexible with what I needed. On the day Chris arrived himself and carried out the work and completed everything on time and in one day. It was a good professional and friendly visit and the site was left as if Chris had not even been there. I would highly recommend the services of Elms Heating & Plumbing.
