The inlet pipe to our toilet cistern developed a leak that we were unable to fix ourselves. We wanted to use a local plumber, and found Angus Plumbing online. They were able to offer us an appointment later the same day, and Paul arrived on time. He is such a lovely, friendly, positive person and we felt we had known him for years after only just meeting him. Better still, he did a very good, quick job to repair the leaking pipework and charged a very reasonable price (which included a new toilet flush system and valve). Highly recommended, and we will certainly be using Angus Plumbing again.

Very happy with the service today. The plumber came to fix an issue with my toilet flush which had become quite weak, and the difference afterwards was noticeable straight away. He was professional, punctual, and explained the issue clearly. Everything was completed efficiently and left clean and tidy. The flush is now working much better. Would definitely recommend.

A local business ran by a Son and Dad who are very professional, passionate and extremely knowledgeable. They did an excellent job changing existing plumbing to meet today’s standards. This is the second time I have used Augus plumbing after they rescued me very late the evening before Christmas Eve to fix a burst pipe which was just before the main stop value under the kitchen sink where the only way to isolate the supply was in the road : For an emergency call out and working to restore water supply until almost midnight their rates were very reasonable. Angus plumbing are WaterSafe approved plumbers listed on Thames Waters website ; which is where I discovered them.

A leak in the main water feed into the kitchen was not the best way to start a Monday morning. However my sanity was saved and the problem solved by the lovely Paul from Angus Plumbing. No nonsense, efficient, careful and considerate, Paul made my day. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. Check the website for lots of useful information.

Had a great experience with Angus Plumbing. Angus and Paul came out quickly to replace a leaking cold water tank in the attic and were friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. There was no call-out charge, which was a nice bonus. They kept us updated throughout the work and were very trustworthy. More recently they also helped troubleshoot an issue with our shower and were able to quickly diagnose the problem without charging. Excellent service all round — I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

I found Angus Plumbing on Google a few months ago as we were experiencing a leak from our bathroom. I provided videos of the issue and we got a prompt response, a proper quote with no hidden fees and Paul and Angus were very friendly. We then had another issue a few weeks later where we got a leak from our washing machine, again they were quick to respond, after sending over pictures they knew what the issue was straight away and came over a few days later to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend Angus Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber who are honest with pricing and friendly. Will be using them again for our bathroom refurbishment in the future.

We needed a plumber to sort a leaky tap and Paul from Angus Plumbing responded quickly and was able to come out in a couple of days. Paul did a great job which turned out to be trickier than we first thought with our isolation valves and stop tap not doing their jobs. He fixed everything and gave us some good tips and advice, was super friendly, and the charges were pretty reasonable. Angus will be my first call for any future plumbing issues and I would highly recommend them.

I had a low water pressure problem for the past 2–3 years. During a recent visit from Thames Water, I was told that it was more of a plumbing issue rather than an external pressure problem, so I looked up Thames Water-approved plumbers and found Paul Brent.
