A huge thank you to Chris from Greenstar Property Services Ltd for the outstanding job he did today. Today he attended our block of flats to deal with what was a truly desperate situation. The drains were completely blocked, causing sewage to overflow, and to make matters even more challenging, there were no drainage maps available to help identify the problem. Despite these difficult circumstances, Chris approached the job with incredible determination, professionalism, and expertise. Drawing on his extensive experience, he methodically traced the drainage system, identified the blockage, and successfully resolved the issue. Had a hot water cylinder leak which was worrying. Contacted Greenstar who responded immediately to drain the cylinder and cap off all the supplying pipes. They then provided a competitive quote to replace the cylinder in a short timeframe. Cylinder now installed and fully working with no fuss. Thank you to the team and especially Simon, Chris and Leo for a job very well done. I will definitely use them again.
We had Simon as our engineer today, he was here most of the day and repaired our water leak from a pipe under the kitchen floor, he kept us informed on what was happening and how he would repair it, i watched him work which annoys some people but he didn’t seem to mind the questions and even joined in the jokes. Left the kitchen nice and clean. A fantastic job. The only negative and not Simon’s fault at all was payment, the company did not supply a machine to pay and we didn’t have all the card information to pay by credit card, we had other means so it wasn’t a massive problem, would recommend Greenstar.
Harry was great at replacing the combination valve on the hot water tank. Efficient and polite and left it tidy.

Simon from Greenstar came out to assess the leak in less than a couple of hours. He came the following day to trace and access then repair the leak which involved considerable ground work. He has done a thorough job and was a pleasure to work with. You would never know he’s been there.

We had a leak from our bathroom but didn't know the source of the water. Chris from Greenstar came out and was meticulous in tracing where it came from. Never would have found the source without their specialist equipment. Came back a week later to seal round the shower tray and redo the screens. Chris was efficient, professional, explaining what he was doing. Thoroughly recommend Greenstar for any plumbing work, so glad we used them.

The installer Chris arrived as promised and got on with the removal of my old boiler and fitting of my new one, he was polite, thorough and tidy. When he had finished he took the time to explain the new boiler to me and if I had any problems to contact them straight away. Great company to deal with and extremely pleased with the work done.
We were very pleased with Simon and Billy who initially came out to detect our leaking pipe under the floor in our kitchen. This was followed up with Billy who came to actually repair this, and he arrived punctually and has done a very good job repairing the pipe and cementing and levelling the floor leaving it neat and tidy.

When our hot water stopped working Greenstar were excellent. They came out and identified the problem that day. After ordering in the parts, Chris and Leo turned up as arranged, were really tidy and polite and fixed the problem. Having had poor experiences with another local firm I am very happy to have found Greenstar and will definitely use them again for any problems with our heating system.

Excellent service from Greenstar! I had a rapidly leaking pipe emergency. Within 3 hours they had arrived and within another hour the pipe was repaired. Very courteous, and reasonably priced too. Can highly recommend.

Attended an emergency for leaking boiler. Excellent service, very professional, very tidy, great technical knowledge, great job.
Lee did a full pressure test and gas detection which identified the area of the leak. He needed to dig up the cement floor to find the pipe which was the source of the leak. Lee then capped the pipe and when the pressure test was redone the pressure did not drop. Lee and Leo returned to reinstate the area. Lee is very knowledgeable, efficient and communicated clearly giving me confidence in the issue. Leo was professional and helpful.

Needed a new boiler and Simon from Greenstar provided great advice, and their office staff were also friendly and professional - answering all the questions we had and helping us to make our decisions. On the day of installation, Ryan called ahead of arriving to confirm when he would be at our house, and proceeded to work really hard all day to install the new boiler. Workmanship looks top-notch and the job was completed in a very efficient, professional and friendly manner. The new boiler is now up and running with everything left very clean and tidy. Lee attended with Simon on day 1 of leak detection. They worked well together to begin tracing the leak. Lee continued on his own on day 1 as Simon was required elsewhere. On day 2 & 3 Lee was working solo to finalise tracing the leak and doing repairs and reinstatement. Blocked foul water drainage pipe cleared.Became blocked again.But due to scale build after camera was inserted had to be descaled. This company was a great find. The lady who answered the phone took all the details of the problem which was a water leak coming up through the floor and told me Simon would be with me within the next three hours. Simon phoned when he was on his way. He worked out where the problem was coming from which was behind a cupboard in the kitchen, then proceeded to replace the pipe. All very efficient. Highly recommend Greenstar.
Ryan came to plumb our washing machine into our newly created utility outbuilding. His work was excellent and he kindly helped us carry the washer out to its new location once he'd finished the plumbing connections and installed a stopcock for the outbuilding. Work up to a carbon monoxide alarm going off. Panic. Gas supplier shut off the meter for safety - so no heating or hot water. Simon from Greenstar came out on the same day, made everything good, and got the boiler running safely. Thanks for giving us peace of mind.
We recently had a new boiler installed. Greenstar were very good with their communication and competitively priced. We wanted a slightly bigger boiler than planned - they were happy to come again and remeasure the space. This enabled us to have the ideal boiler for us. Chris who installed our boiler was very helpful and talked me through the new boiler system. Professional, good communication and efficient engineers. Would recommend.
Used Greenstar back in May to sort a blocked surface water drain following some building work. Darren and Chris were able to diagnose the issue quickly with minimal disruption (important as my garden is shared) and install a permanent fix. Made good as if never there. Not cheap but probably the best in Hampshire.
Simon was very helpful. Explained the work he needed to do and showed us each stage of the work to make sure we were happy. He worked tidily and cleaned any mess afterwards. All work was completed in the time scale he said it would take.

We became aware of a leak under the floor of our kitchen. Simon from Greenstar came out, accurately located where it was despite it being under several inches of concrete then rearranged jobs the following day to access the leak and fix it. Very professional and thorough, minimised the impact on the rest of the kitchen and checked everything was resolved before he left (and also made a point of calling in advance to say when he would be arriving). Greenstar are not the cheapest but you get a good job done.
Simon and Ryan came out to my property to do some leak detection. They were friendly and professional and did a great job of communicating what they were doing and why. It's very clear that Simon is very experienced in this work - he was very methodical and thorough - very reassuring when dealing with a leak that cannot be seen and is causing damage! Have had a service and boiler replacement done and the guys were prompt, polite and efficient both times and did a great job, leaving everything tidy and explaining the new controls to us, etc. Even the quote process was very swift. Boiler stopped working. Called Friday night at 5.30pm. Phone answered and a very friendly and helpful person called Nikki answered. She gave advice on what we could do in the meantime and then sorted a next day appointment. Simon arrived promptly at 8.40am after calling to advise his eta. Diagnosed and fixed within 1.5hrs. Woweee! What a company! The insurance company contracted to them to fix a plumbing emergency for my elderly mother and I couldn’t have been more grateful they chose them. It was quite a stressful day as I don’t live near her so felt helpless I wasn’t there to go round. The lady I spoke to on the phone was incredible. She actually took time to talk and find out what had happened. It meant the world to have someone empathetic, kind and caring on the line. Amazing customer service skills. I forgot to take her name but it was Friday 8th Dec about 1330. An absolute delight! Then Chris H came to the job and was very kind to my mum and did such an amazing job sorting it out. I really wasn’t expecting him to be able to fix it and thought we’d be having to pay for replacements etc but he did! Both of them were heros who saved the day! They will always now be my first port of call if anything goes wrong!

Simon from Greenstar came to sort a blocked drain last week. I called at lunch and he was here by 5pm. He solved the problem within an hour and really chuffed. My mother then had an issue with her boiler breaking down, so called Greenstar again. Simon came the following day and unfortunately diagnosed the PCB failed on a boiler. We since managed to sort the boiler with under the Gloworm warranty today, however a nice touch that Simon called to see how we got on as he saw how upset my Mum was. Recommended and will use again. I actually used them last year and had zero issues and full disclosure I am not commenting on their capabilities because just to stress the point, zero issues on that front. Guy was super efficient last year and actually came earlier than expected. However, I booked in 3.5 weeks ago over the phone for an annual service for this morning which was perfect as i was on holiday this week and normally I have no set day off and work between 4am and 10pm so booking appointments is hard. Had to phone up when no one showed up only to be told they booked it in for last week and apparently I was left a message when the engineer got here and no one was in. I have had no missed calls and no voice mails from last week otherwise I would have phoned up earlier to rebook. Extremely frustrating to waste an entire morning waiting around. They did offer to rebook but I have zero faith in their booking system. So again, no issue with the actual service I received last year but huge issue with their booking system. Perhaps ensure you get a follow up email confirming dates and times if you want to use them.

Had a leak that was ruining fitted carpets and needed tracing and stoping asap. Local plumbers with whom we had a past relationship were unable or unwilling to attend. We tried Greenstar and they had a plumber (Chris) with us within 3 hours. He proved to be highly competent and very pleasant to deal with. The leak was traced (a not at all straight forward task!) and stopped. He saved our bacon as we are due to go on holiday within 2 days of the event and were faced with cancelling if not fixed. We shall not hesitate to use them for our plumbing needs in the future.

I've used Greenstar in the past to service my boiler, and have been great. (but as usual with most things, I forget to leave a review!) Just before the Easter bank holiday the boiler broke! Phoned up and the office staff were friendly and helpful, and managed to have an engineer come out the next day, on Good Friday! Hope the chap was on a good rate for working it, but am I glad he was. Unfortunately he confirmed exactly what I thought the problem was (a blockage in the heat exchanger of the combi boiler), which was terminal. I was hoping to possible save some cash and just replace the part and have the system cleaned out, so he priced up exactly that as well as a new boiler which he recommended. For the price difference (even with me trying to find the part cheaper elsewhere), it made sense to go for a new boiler. So the office staff emailed me an official quote. After researching all I could over the Easter weekend, I can say they did recommend the best boiler for the job, which was even priced pretty cheaply. However after a few back and forth emails from me asking many questions (which they were very helpful with), I ended up asking to upgrade to the model up, simply for a higher hot water flow rate. If I'm paying for a new boiler, I might as well try and get as much flow out of the shower as I can! For the installation, the chaps were on time and got straight to it. They were very friendly, professional and did a great job. Very tidy too. They even found a strange issue with my shower. After showing me and checking with myself to get the OK, popped out to get the parts to sort it. The company as a whole have done a brilliant job, and I highly recommend them whether it's for a service, an emergency or even for a new installation. I now have a new more efficient boiler that even gives me better pressure from the shower, but its also got a worry-free 10yr warranty for parts+labour thanks to an extension by Greenstar to the original manufacturers warranty, along with the first service free, and had the bill for the initial call out deducted. As an added bonus, they even threw in a £50 M&S voucher.

I had a new Vaillant boiler fitted today - no fuss, hard work, finished in 8 hours, really tidy and prepared to go the second mile: they agreed to cut out and carefully replace some MFD built in by the kitchen fitter which meant it was hard to get at the pipes. Cheapest (just!) of 3 quotes. I am very satisfied and would gladly recommend.
After an emergency call out for broken Boiler on 22nd December in the evening, the boiler was deemed unsafe and needed replacing. So within 48 hours on Christmas Eve, a young man came as promised, was professional, polite, was thorough and kept everything very clean. His manager came out and made sure everything was sorted. I would whole heartedly recommend this company. They did a fantastic job at a busy time at short notice and did it well. The price although I can’t make lots of comparisons was fair and reasonable for the excellent job done.
I had the insurance send a Engineer round and because the boiler shown it was switched on, they would not entertain looking at it, even though i pointed out the rads were cold and it kept cutting out to F22. He was not interested at looking at it.but he wanted me to sign his paper work to claim his call out for the insurance....... no chance. Spoke to the insurance and they paid for another Engineer from another company to take a look and guess what....... it works now. Cowboys

Great company to deal with, had a new boiler installed at a very good price. Work was completed promptly and efficiently, always on time and left everything clean and tidy each day. Have had them back since to disconnect and take away an old gas fire, again very happy with the work carried out and wouldn't hesitate to use again.
This company were absolutely amazing in rectiyinre a problem with my boiler under my Saga emergency home cover. We had excellent service from this company yesterday. We were given an appointment the next day, also the gas Safe plumber rang prior to arrival to confirm time he was coming.
