Really great service. From my initial call to the works being done was a week. They arrived right on time, got straight on to the job and were very professional and tidy. Really nice guys and I would highly recommend to others who need work like this done. Rang Lee after receiving a hefty water bill and being told I had a mains leak beneath my property. He advised on the best and most cost efficient way to proceed. A week later, Lee and team were busy fitting a new water line to the front of my property. All the guys were professional, polite and left things as tidy as they found them. Lee and his team recently replaced my main water supply pipe following a leak that had been detected by South Staffs water. The communication and work carried out was of extremely high standard. The least disruption to my drive also , replacing And relocating an old difficult to access Stop tap. Lee also completed all the paper work for the support payment from SS WATER. Recently had a problem that needed to be sorted quickly, seemed like a big problem because of the situation. Lee and his team however sorted it out straight away with little disruption, and the cost was less than I had thought.

Lee and his team replaced the main water pipe under our drive & it was completed very efficiently and as originally agreed. Lee also called back the following day to help with an issue that was not related to the original job which we were very grateful for. Would definitely recommend.

He came round to quote within half an hour of me calling and less than a week later I had a new pipe installed with no evidence of the work on our block paved drive. Had a new water supply installed from the mains to my garage and then connected to internal pipework. Called the team via checkatrade, they came out to have a look nbext day gave a quote. I agreed for the work to be done a week later. They were punctual and got the job done as described. There were 4 guys in total and the job was completed in 4 hours. Happy with the work done.

Impressive service from UPMS Ltd when relaying my mains water pipe recently. Lee promptly came along to assess the issue, offered the most practical solution, and quoted accordingly. On the day the team arrived early and the whole job was completed within three hours. Once lined up and launched the mole took just a few minutes to make the necessary underground bore. Holy moley! Best of all, my drive was left intact. All internal plumbing and ground works were then completed to my satisfaction. UPMS were recommended by word of mouth from another client and I have no hesitation in giving the company a five star review here.

Lee and the team were extremely helpful, Lee came and assessed the job and then scheduled in at a convenient time to come and do the work. Kept in contact all through to keep us updated during COVID. Always polite. Very tidy and you wouldn't even know I had had a new water main laid. Was fearful of having to have the floor dug up but a new pipe was laid and you can't even tell where he came in and went out. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Lee and his team did a fabulous job on our water pipe leak. Laid a new main to house, connected up and new accessible stop tap too. Very happy with the job left site immacculate- you could not tell they had dug my drive and garden up at all. Very friendly and professional service with sign off from Lee that we could get back in touch if any issues. Mother in law used same firm and spoke very highly of them too.
