Manol and Jonida are superhero’s! We were made aware of a leak from the main pipe coming into our home from Severn Trent. After contacting many other plumbers and groundwork companies we found MK plumbing. Manol came and viewed the property, asked lots of questions to make sure the work required was the right solution. Manol dug a slit trench in the garage floor to find the pipe and re-route to an existing tap, installing a new stop tap at the front of the property. Cutting off the leak area at the back of the property. He was super quick and tidy, would recommend.

Never have I had such a POSITIVE experience from begining to end. Jonida was extraordinarily clear and concise in our phone/text messages and was always very quick to response. Manol was able to come out to quote the same day and carry out the works in only a matter of days after the quote. The work is THE best plumbing I have ever had. Manol is a super experienced, professional and talented plumber. Most of all he is friendly and giving solutions where others can't and has and incredible work ethic. My boiler has broken down and all the installers were too busy to attenf or would reject the job because of "tight space" to work with. Manol stepped in and removed the old boiler, corrected all the connections with new piping in logical order (space utilization), and installed a new boiler, with much better position and future access for maintenance. All this in record time and with personal time sacrifice. Pricing was super low for the quality of work. Would recommend Manol to anyone!!!

MK did a fantastic job for us replacing a small bathroom. They had to take everything back to scratch and were excellent. Very reliable, high quality work and beautiful tiling. We are extremely happy with the work and definitely recommend. The quote was accurate and I was informed beforehand of additional costs.

Second time of using MK Plumbing - on this occasion to repair 2 toilet cisterns that were not flushing properly. Response time from first call to visit was again very prompt. On arrival Manol diagnosed the issues quickly, told us what was needed and (early) next day supplied and fitted new parts. All work was carried out professionally. and to the agreed price. All contact with Jonida at base was fast, efficient and conducted in a friendly, professional manner. Excellent service from Manol. My boiler needed replacing after a couple of years of faults. MK plumbing came out and quoted. Very competitive quote and was able to do the work within a couple of weeks. Stuck to the quote, did not add anything on. Arrived on time and completed the new boiler installation on a Saturday in one day. Very polite and considerate plumber, would recommend.

We had a cast iron waste soil pipe that was leaking. Contacted MK Plumbing based on good reviews to come and take a look & quote. The old pipe was replaced a few days later by the plumber Manol who did a great job, he is very clean and tidy, and reasonably priced. I called MK plumbing today as my toilet was leaking and I'm glad I did! I was told Manol would arrive at my house in hour, but it was about 45 mins. Manol and his wife managed the bathroom renovation project together and they are both very friendly and helpful. They responded to messages super quickly and gave us good advice when we were choosing all our new bathroom supplies, and they also drove us to pick up the tiles and Manol picked up other supplies for us which was helpful. Jonida was great at keeping everything organised and keeping track of the receipts and payments. The tiles and all the fittings look really nice and we are happy with the result! Manol has also replaced all our radiators and installed the new ones and they look lovely.

My kitchen tap had moved out of place and was leaking water into the cupboard. I needed to get it fixed and after reviewing plumbers in the area and their ratings I chose MK. Manol arrived and the job which seemed straightforward wasn't and I was concerned he wouldn't be able to fix it. However Manol persevered. I am extremely grateful he did especially where others would have given up. He managed to fix the issue and due to his determination, I will definitely use MK services again.

Manol came to see me within 1 day of my enquiry, arriving on a Saturday evening at 7PM which other plumbers perhaps would not do. He priced the job for me and attended a few days later to start the works. The works I requested were completed effectively, in the timeframe Manol had specified and within the price/quotation Manol had given to me.
