I contacted Darren, the owner this morning and he agreed to come over in the afternoon and would provide a no obligation quote once he assessed the work required. Darren came over at the agreed time and did an excellent job — not just fixing the front door locks, but really taking the time to look at everything properly. He checked the hinges, oiled the locks, and even filed down the key plates. Small things, but they show real attention to detail, and he included all of it within the agreed fixed price. Very professional, honest, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. I’m more than happy to recommend him as well.

Fantastic service, I can’t recommend Darren at Alpine Locks, highly enough. Appointment booked and arrived within 24 hours (squeezed me in given the issue) and secured our property with a new part. It was a tricky job and he recommended further work to make the property more secure which we decided to do. He visited the following week. Great communication throughout (advising what time he’d be with us) and throughout the job. Left the workspace clean and tidy and general all round nice and honest man. Thanks again :)

Darren was great, he really helped us out getting back inside our front door. It wasn’t an emergency as we were going out but got us back in our house the same day. He changed the locks but identified quickly our previous lock was making us vulnerable as they were not completely safe. He was incredibly reasonable for what he charged and took his time to make sure our door did not stick any longer either. He went above and beyond and was a lovely chap to deal with. Would definable use him again!

The key broke off in the lock on Sunday night. Emailed Alpine Locks yesterday and Darren came today and has fitted a new, much stronger, lock. Very efficient and friendly service. Would highly recommend.
Darren came and replaced all of pur door locks following a house move. The locks were great, he explained the level of protection each gave, he worked quickly and tidily and even tightened up all of the windows locks for free. Thanks Darren
I can highly recommend Darren, he came out so promptly to assist with a locked back Door that we could not open. A part was broken inside the lock, so he had to go out and buy the part, then immediately returned and fixed the lock without the need to have new keys cut! Darren was a real life saver! He is extremely professional, and his prices were very reasonable - a real pleasure to deal with. I shall definitely be using Darren again. I would give Darren 100 stars if I could!

I called Alpine Locks as i have used them before and found Darren to respond quickly, be very reasonably priced and very approachable and did a fantastic job. This time we had some work done and I wanted all the locks to doors and windows upgraded. We also had an urgent issue with one lock. Darren as normal responded very quickly, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after the work was completed. An added bonus is that his price was also very reasonable. Quoted first and no change of cost on completion. Really helpful and would highly recommend Darren and Alpine Locks.
Second time we've used Darren & Alpine. Very professional, super friendly, great value and always goes the extra mile. Used for a change of locks, but also realigned our locks for free and spent of lot of time fixing our porch sliding door which was a completely different door altogether :)! Just moved into a new house and lots of locks without keys and ones that didn't work. Darren turned up on time, very polite and finished the job leaving the house clean.
