Full Guard went above and beyond for us following an ongoing issue of bedbugs between neighbouring properties. Despite the sensitive nature of our issue, both Mike & Charlie remained professional, kind and helpful throughout our interactions with them. We are extremely grateful!

Fantastic service. Phoned 10 mins before arriving to let me know they were on their way, really friendly and knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend (and whilst I hope I don’t need to!) would definitely use them again.

Shane came to lay bait and traps for a very elusive rat that had plagued us for sometime. He was very professional and knew his stuff . He came for the course of 3 treatments and we believe that he has been successful. We would have no hesitation in using this company again for any pest related matters

I had a fantastic experience with Full Guard Pest Control. They came out for three separate visits and were consistently polite, professional, and respectful throughout. The whole team were brilliant — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process much less stressful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel at ease, and handled the situation efficiently. It’s not always easy having to deal with pest issues, but their approach and attention to detail really made a difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy service.

We were alarmed to find that a squirrel had somehow seemingly got into our loft and it looked as though it might be preparing to nest there. I reached out to Full Guard to see whether they could help and Charlie responded very quickly to say that they could & offering an appointment within 48 hours. Andy reached out to us to let us know he had been allocated to our job and kept us fully updated re arrival time. When he arrived Andy fully checked out our loft, confirmed it was a squirrel and then identified the initial entry point through a hole in the soffit as well as two further holes inside where the squirrel had run along the inside of the soffit and pushed through the insulation. He then set one trap in the loft and another on our fence next to our neighbours’ conservatory, which we suspected was the route the squirrel was taking before climbing up the final part of the wall to the soffit. Having set the traps, Andy then fixed some wire mesh over the hole in the soffit to prevent any further entry. Fortunately there was no squirrel trapped in the loft (we might have scared it off before Andy’s arrival by playing a talk radio station in there) but two, including a female, were caught in the fence trap. On each occasion, Andy was quick to respond to our text message and arranged a follow up visit to take place within 24 hours. Once again he kept us fully updated with his ETA. Based on our experience, it is quite clear that the people at Full Guard are experts in their profession and we would happily recommend them. Incidentally, they didn’t ask us to leave feedback/a reference but we felt they deserved one.

We had an issue with deceased rats and odour, and Andy was a lifesaver. He persisted in locating the issue, looking in several awkward locations, and was able to remove the carcasses quickly. Efficient, cost effective, and we really appreciated Andy’s professionalism and friendliness.

Full Guard Pest Control have just done a Stirling job of putting guards around our solar panels where 500 pigeons had decided to move under.... Very happy with the professional service, and neat, clean workmanship. Thank you 😊

I used Full Guard Pest Control to pigeon proof our solar panels. The team did a great job, ensuring that they were careful with the installation and cleaning the area under the panels before sealing it off with a black mesh that is discreet. Very happy with the job and would recommend.

Very easy to communicate with this company. Mike from Full Guard Pest Control came to remove some wasp nests. He also checked the eaves and some were also found there which I didn't spot. Good thorough work from Will of FGPC. He was friendly and aware of our concerns. He answered all our questions and made sensible suggestions. He worked to a reasonable fixed price for three visits. At the end he did find evidence that a rat could have been coming up from the sewer and so for an additional fee his colleague Mike fitted a ‘rat flap’ into the sewer pipe to prevent anything coming back up the pipe. Good job! A very reassuring organisation to use.

I wish I could give 10 stars that's how impressed I am with this company. Mike has been amazing I was so anxious and slightly embarrassed if I'm honest when I had to make the call because of the stigma of rats in your home, but Mike made me feel reassured from the get go. When he came he explained everything he was doing and what to possibly expect during the process. He quickly identified that the rats werent coming in through any holes in my house, and got me to contact my neighbours, and found the hole on the next visit once he was able to access the neighbours garden.. He was so thorough and professional and just a genuinely nice guy. The service is worth every penny

After hearing some scratching in our attic I called Full Guard Pest Control who came around to inspect what was happening. After three visits, Mike had successfully removed five squirrels squatting in our attic. Excellent service, can't fault them. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future.

Truly excellent service from Mike and Full Guard. Even though it was a Sunday, they made sure I was attended to within a couple hours of my call. Would fully recommend Full Guard Pest Control. I called them as I had what I suspected to be a bed bug problem. I dealt with Mike who was brilliant from the first phone call. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I booked my visit and followed the detailed advice I was given prior to Mike's arrival. On the day Mike was very thorough and efficient. A pleasure to deal with. Full Guard was reasonably priced and they arrived exactly on time. Will definitely use in the future if I have a problem again.

Brilliant guys! Found we had a wasp nest late last night in our loft space, next day spoke to these guys came out same day. Both friendly, know their pests, professional job, price was spot on compared to other expensive companies! Would definitely use again if we have another pest problem. I used FullGuard initially to get a wasp nest removed from the loft on a newly bought house, turns out there were 3 bags full! Mike was on time, personable, professional and even posed for a photo with the bags. A week later and we find a smelly dead fox in our back garden. The guys came out on the same day and got it all taken care of for us. Any issues we have in the future and we'll definitely be calling FullGuard!

Mike and Will did excellent job of proofing our solar-panels. Quite literally going above and beyond to make sure they were cleaned and meshed. And all for a incredibly fair price. Would recommend them to all.

Highly recommend these guys for any pest control issues. Called following the descovery of a wasp nest, great price and call out time. Friendly and professional upon arrival and whilst conducting extraction. Wasp nest in an unusual place however this did not stop them from being able to undertake the work and carried out to a high standard.
