David was exceptional in resolving our cluster fly issue. During his first visit, he sprayed our loft, and when the problem continued, he applied an additional treatment around the window frames, which effectively solved the problem.

David Rees visited our house initially to investigate rat sightings in our garden. It turned out the rats were coming from our neighbour's garden and he was really great and working with both households to solve the problem. At all times, he explained what he was doing and also provided us with interesting and reassuring information about what was happening. He made several return visits to both properties at no additional cost to the original quote to check on progress and within a few weeks the problem was solved. Would highly recommend.
