Best 4 Pests

Very pleased with the service and dealt with the mice problem we had. Giulio was pleasant and also very thorough in his approach. He checked round any potential nesting/feeding places and did a full sweep outside the house to determine any entry points. The mice were dealt with in 3 visits, entry points blocked. I would highly recommend to anyone with a pest problem.

On the 7th December, I called Best4Pests and spoke to Giulio about a persistent rat problem in the loft of my house. At that point, I personally had caught 12 of them - not very nice to deal with. As it was getting out of hand, I decided its best to call a professional and I'm very glad I did. The first visit was purely an investigation about how/where theyre getting in/out, along with bait. By the second visit, all of the rat sightings had disappeared. I had Giulio fit a one way valve trap in one of our drains as a preventative measure and still to this date (02/01/2026) have had no sightings since. Hes a very knowledgeable man, and was a pleasure to deal with. Communication was also top notch too, and was always on time. Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Guillo was absolutely brilliant.Excellent service and advice persevered with a very elusive squirrel.Guillo is totally trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.Very professional in his attitude.

I'm in a rental property and saw signs of rats, contacted the estate agents and they sent out Giulio , who contacted me immediately. Not only did this man sort the issue out he was well mannered , offered to change his shoes and was very calming natured , as you can imagine I was in a state. I am a horder and also have ADHD, this can cause me so much stress when people come to my home. Giulio showed no judgement and gave reassurance that the rats were from the broken sewage pipes not my lifestyle. He tidied up after himself and explained the issues and the next steps he would be taking. Can't thank Best4pests and Giulio enough.

Quick and efficient! He was at our house very promptly and only took 15 minutes. Wasps are gone!

Called best4pests as we had seen wasps and within half an hour he was at our house having a look. He confirmed the nest we had seen in the attic was an old one and instead they were in the soffits outside. He quickly made a plan and treated the entry hole. All was done within an hour from start to finish. Very professional and would not hesitate to call again if needed. Thankyou

Disappointed with the lack of follow-through and communication I worked with Best4Pests for around 8–9 months on a mole control issue. Things started off well — communication was prompt, and the service appeared professional at first. At the outset, I was told there were likely around 8–10 moles that needed to be captured, so I expected the process to take some time and involve multiple visits. However, toward the end of the job, things took a turn. Without warning, all traps were removed, a final bill was issued, and communication completely stopped — despite the fact that the moles are still visibly active and present on the property. I’ve since paid the invoice, but the owner has suggested I now find another company to deal with the problem. It also became clear that Best4Pests had subcontracted the mole work to someone else (Adam). To be fair, Adam has always been polite, friendly, and professional whenever we spoke — no issue with him directly. My main concern is with the owner of Best4Pests. Communication has been infrequent and increasingly abrupt, lacking any real customer care or accountability. Since they removed the traps and sent the bill, I’ve been completely ignored, with no updates or willingness to resolve the situation. It’s a strange and frustrating way to run a business — especially in a service-based industry where trust and reliability are everything. The issue is still ongoing, and I’m now forced to seek out a new company that will actually see the job through properly. (Image attached: taken 3 days after they issued what now appears to be their final invoice and removed all traps, with no contact since.)

Excellent Price and Excellent Service from a Really Nice Guy, would highly recommend him to any Friends and Family #No more wasps.

Good service!

Same day service for a wasps nest. Excellent price and job completed promptly. Problem eradicated in line with expectations. Cheers.

Rang in the morning as we had discovered a hornet nest in the loft - came the same afternoon. Giulio was great, really informative and quick. Also he was reassuring throughout as we were worried about our 2 dogs Would absolutely recommend for anyone needing pest control services

We thought we had a potential wasp nest on the garden. Giulio came within 15 mins of calling him, took a look, explained there was no nest but just honey bees feeding on the tree. He was very informative and patient, would recommend him.

Had a mole problem in the garden. Problem was gone in a couple of days. Will use again for sure.

Really appreciated the fact that the chap took time to speak to me on the phone. I had a nest in my shed which after describing it he confirmed I could get rid of it myself. Despite that he was still more than happy to talk to me for a few minutes about it and give me the certainty of how to deal with it

Giulio was professional with all communication and got the job done promptly. He also took time to give us information about our mole problem. Highly recommend.

After many unsuccessful attempts to catch a mole ourselves,we called Best4Pets. Very helpful and very professional. With one successful attempt, and no more mole. Definitely recommend.

I'd never had to call out pest control before, and was concerned it would be a long intensive process. Noticed evidence of a wasp nest in our attic on Wednesday afternoon, Giulio came out to treat it on Friday morning, and by Friday evening, we couldn't see anymore evidence of the wasps. It was a much quicker and cheaper experience than I was anticipating, and Giulio talked me through every step of the way. Thank you to Giulio who came and dealt with two wasps nests for me, even if I did exaggerate the size of one of them but I blame that on my fear of wasps. He talked me through the whole procedure and checked for any others around the roof and garden for me, and even debunked a few myths in regards to keeping them away. He even showed us the wasp nest afterwards which was fascinating to see, I am still scared of them though. Would fully recommend this company and in future, if any more pests move in, I know who to turn too.

Called Best4Pests early on a Monday morning. Greeted with a positive, friendly and knowledgable, 'can-do' approach and Giulio arrived only hours later - a great response. It's a little daunting when you don't have any experience of dealing with any sort of infestation, however Giulio was very calm and reassuring. He has all the expert kit and managed to actually find more bees nests than what we had originally thought were in the loft insulation (via the external fascias). 100% satisfied, extremely reasonable price and a likeable local business owner.
