ABM PEST CONTROL LTD

Excellent service very quick and responsive would highly recommend

I would definitely recommend ABM Pest Control Mansfield. I called up a few other suppliers and they struggled to answer or fit me in their calendars. Martyn picked up the phone straight away and squeezed me in to fit my availabilty at such short notice. Also offered me sound advice during the initial call, as well as when he was on site. His rates were very competitive and the quality was still high in his work. Overall, his service was great and I'm glad I contacted him. Thank you Martyn!

Very professional and goes that extra mile sorted my issue out 5 stars from me

Martyn has been doing the pest control at my place of work for 9 years now, very good service provided, always within a reasonable time frame, I would highly recommended. 👌🏻

Martyn takes great care helping with any problem you have. He is 100% professional and fully qualified. He puts himself out to attend your property as soon as he possibly can. Most importantly he is fully aware of the environment and committed to excellent environmental practice. Highly recommended

Very knowledgeable and did a great job when I had a pest problem, would definitely recommend him.

Excellent service from Martin. Came out within a few hours of calling him. Took care of the problem with ease. Lovely chap and really knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Martyn is highly respected professional person who has lots of knowledge on pest control. He helped me to solve the problem out, Thank you

Very efficient bee removal and full of information and interesting facts. Highly recommend. Very professional 👍

Great service came same day. Followed up to ensure all wasps eliminated. Very happy with the service.

Martyn came round when we thought we had a wasp nest under our summerhouse, he check for us and we didn’t have one, but he explained everything what was happening with seeing the wasps around it was very interesting, he said it’s better to be safe than sorry, highly recommended, we didn’t get a call out charge.

I was worried about the number of flies I was getting and so I called Martyn to come and give me some advice. He arrived on time and and told me the things to look out for. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable man and I would have no doubts about recommending him to anyone who has a problem with pests.

Had a wasp nest under my floorboards, entering via the airbrick, messaged ABM in the evening regarding treating the problem' withing 5mins I had a response and arrangements where made straight away for the following day, amazing service by lovely guys. Thankyou for your quick response, very much appreciated 😊

Martin at ABM gives excellent service, full of knowledge and will help in any way he can

Exceptional service! Martyn is professional, reliable and certainly very effective in getting rodents on the run!

Absolute disgrace. Poo communication from Martyn, who ignored requests and booked times to visit. He ignored and disrespected the Tenants wishes and the letting agents requests. In the end he did not do his full requested visits and charged for them. He was caught on CCTV climbing over the gates /fence without consent to enter the property. The tenant had to call the police. After all this poor service from this terrible business, the rats are still here. I highly recommend not to work with this unpleasant man.

Martin is 100 per cent professional and is highly recommended..on time and returned promptly when a second infestation was found. Nothing is too much trouble. Old fashioned reliable!!

Highly recommend We had a swarm of bees Rang them and within 15 minutes they was with us Problem solved in less than a hour Absolutely first class Thank you so very much

I see some people got a speedy response. So did we, he was faster than the rats. Martyn turned up on the first day, I asked for him to go to the back of the garden and I would be out shortly as I was on the phone. I was about 5 mins. I came out to find him gone, no contact no cheerio. He just left a box and went. He sent a text stating he be back in a few days. He never even asked where or what the problem was. He just left one box for the rats. From here his speed was unbelievable, but his customer service and manners were like the vermin we had in the back garden. Here is where the issues became alot worse. He claimed he had visited the property 3 times to the Landlord and only he came once officially. He contacted me numerous times wanting to just turn up without notice and always asked if I could get there? I was at work and needed an appointment booked with him. Which we agreed. He never stuck to it and came for the second time, not 3rd as he tried to charge. Climbed over my fence when no one was in and took the box. Not even stating what had happened. Using my step ladders to climb over the fence. From a health and safety point, he has one arm missing and I was not impressed with this at all. Not only has he entered my property without consent, he came before the agreed time, never asked to come earlier and never informed me of what he had done or had not done in this case. I then got a load of arrogant messages about what he had done and basically was very rude. He had lied on the amount of visits, he never stuck to any arranged times and he also entered my property without consent. Abit of a cowboy, the rats are still here and he wants to get paid. Plus, he kindly stated that calling the police on entering the property uninvited is a civil offence. So he has obviously done this before. Rude, lazy and a scammer. Rest assured the landlord was not going to pay him for the 3 non existing visits. DO NOT HIRE THIS PEST!

A gentleman and lots of experience and advice. Very friendly and reasonable in price. Highly recommend

Absolutely marvellous service. I had a bee nest forming in the house wall, and I was put onto ABM by a beekeeper in Ogston . Over the phone I was given clear instructions about how to deter the nest formation, get the bees to leave and how to stop further ingress. All at extremely low cost! Star man!

Martin gave us sound advice that both saved us major infestation problems and a large chunk of money. And advice going forward. A real gentleman. Thank you Mike & Kim Sorsky

Thank you so much for visiting our home yesterday regarding our bumble bee problems. You were both professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a genuine and honest professional pest removal ,call ABM Pest Control first. Thank you again

Great service from Martyn and ABM pest control. Contacted Martyn through email regarding a thrips infestation in our hedge that I had been unable to sort myself despite expensive chemicals. Martyn replied immediately with free advice that has worked brilliantly, rather than a visit and invoice to follow which he would have been perfectly able to do. Very much appreciated mate.

Martyn was really really helpful on information regarding my query with bees and whether removal would be needed, even offered to come out and visit on the day if needed. I didn’t require removal of the bee’s which was great for me but it was reassuring that Martyn didn’t take me for granted. Would 100% recommend Martyn for any future pest or bee problems

ABM PEST CONTROL were great ,talked my grandson through how to get rid of his tree bees 🐝 but if he wasn't confident enough said he would come and help him. Would definitely recommend

Great advice given over the phone (at 7.30pm on a bank holiday Monday!) allowing us to deal with a bee issue very quickly and effectively without any harm.

Incredible professionalism and kindness. Turned out at short notice on a Sunday to deal with a rat problem at my elderly mothers home. Explained every step, established a route in and dealt with the problem in a very professional and considerate manner. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Charge was very fair. Thank you so much.

Absolutely amazing company! Took the time to get my little boy involved and educated us both on anything we asked. Fully reassured my worries and I will definitely be using them every time I have an issue.

Thank you so much for your brilliant advice. Bees have left our chimney unharmed. We really can’t thank you enough for your help and support! Julie & Ben

We used ABM this week for an Ants Nest in a property we were dealing with, he went to the property the same day after an honest quote, sorted the problem and advised on next steps afterwards. Great service, very reasonable, honest and friendly. Highly recommend. Thanks Again Martyn.

Martyn is giving me great advice to help me decide what next to do - I really appreciate how he doesn't want to just charge me and spray chemicals. He's a real professional and someone who clearly cares about helping people

I sent an email and it was replied to within a couple of hours. Given great advice. Really helpful and saved me money. Really appreciated that! Would 100% recommend!

I rang with a query about larvae I had found behind furniture. After sending a photo a reply was immediately sent to me. We then spoke on the phone about the remedy. Brilliant. Have no hesitation in recommending this firm and the politeness on the phone. If needed again I shall no hesitations in getting in touch with them again.

It was great to connect with Martyn recently. Professional, approachable, and clearly committed to delivering tailored solutions for local clients. Looking forward to collaborating further.

Martyn came to help with our clothes moths and was friendly, informative and professional. Would 100% recommend!

Martyn responded to my query in no time and came out to see us first thing the next day, which is so reassuring when you're having an issue that requires contacting pest control!! Martyn was really friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and offered us practical advice and assistance following a thorough assessment. Definitely recommend!

Requested urgent assistance from this company and received a fantastic service. Polite and professional but very discrete, a very happy customer and will certainly use ABM again if we ever need them.

Fantastic service and willing to go the extra mile. 10/10 would recommend and they will be my go to from now on

After hearing a lot of scratching & movements in the loft over several nights, Martin visited & explored all avenues of potential ingress. Set trap & camera to remotely monitor, however, as I attended to the ingress points identified, we had no further issues & concluded that this was a regular nighttime visitor that now been thwarted. Perfect solution.

Fast and efficient, dealt with my issue very quickly and happy to report there has been no issue since. 100% recommend this service

I can’t recommend ABM Pest Control Mansfield LTD highly enough. Their response was incredibly prompt, and they were available exactly when needed, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. From the first contact, they provided clear, expert advice and took the time to explain the issue and the best course of action. Their solution-oriented approach was professional, thorough, and effective, with a real focus on long-term results rather than quick fixes. Friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable service from start to finish—an excellent company you can trust

I had rats in my newly fitted kitchen. Martyn came over within 20 minutes of me calling him, identified the problem quickly and set traps and poison. I was very emotional about the situation, Martyn reasured me every step of the way. Luckily, the rat went away on its own, however I would have struggled to get through it without him. Thank you

We phoned Martyn in the afternoon and he came within a few hours, he was very professional and knowledgeable, he put our minds at rest, would 100% recommend him!

What an experience it was brilliant,my daughter lives in Mansfield and I live in Dunedin Florida I called up ABM Pest Control and got immediate service for my daughter I will always use this company, OUTSTANDING.

Such a great company! My Dad contacted them for me all the way from Florida as i couldn't deal with it anymore! ABM came out within hours and put my mind at rest instantly. Martyn was excellent, he is extremely knowledgeable and such a nice guy. Will be sure using this company in the future and will recommend to anyone who needs pest control services.

Can’t thank these guys enough. Chewed Christmas decorations led us to contact ABM who were with us within a few days. Martyn explained every possible option and set out what was needed to get rid of the problem, offering solutions rather than a short term fix. Armed with a blue tooth enabled trap we seem to have resolved the issue. Martyn came back and checked what the changes we had made to stop a reoccurrence and has agreed to come back again in a couple of weeks to check again. Absolute 5 star service

Very informative, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Advised as to a number of possible solutions. Very happy with service that Martyn provided. Happy to recommend.

I recently had to deal with a rat issue in my home, and I called Martyn based on several positive reviews. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding! From the first call, their customer service was exceptional. Martyn came out quickly to assess the problem. He was knowledgeable and didn’t just focus on the pest issue; he also helped identify where they were getting in the house. Cannot recommend him enough

I recently moved into my rented apartment and was horrified to discover bugs, specifically, cockroaches. I was extremely distressed and even considered moving out until Martin came to my rescue. He was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring, explaining that these cockroaches had likely been there before I arrived and multiplied due to access to food, which shattered my misconception that they only appear in dirty places. Martin took the time to explain his plan of action, setting down poison and traps, and he checked in weekly for three weeks to monitor progress. He was aware of how creeped out I was and encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything. Thankfully, after three weeks, I haven't seen a single cockroach since his intervention! Martin is a really lovely guy, and I highly recommend his services to anyone dealing with pest issues. He truly made a stressful situation much more manageable.

I called Martyn after I noticed noises in the attic. He rang me back to get some background information. Found out 3 squirrels had moved in and were disrupting our sleep. Martyn quickly identified the culprit with aid of some cameras and detective work. Real expert in his field and excellent knowledge. Helped catch the guys and along with Andy, found the entry point to the attic and repaired the issue on the roof. I am really pleased with the professionalism and also glad that first number that came up on Google search was his. I have also learnt more about rodents than I thought I knew and also been given some tips to prevent a recurrence.Thank you so much Martyn and Andy. Top blokes whom I would 200% recommend.

Rang up and came straight out same day. Very efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Professional service Thanks

Very easy to deal with. They talked directly with my tenant and then sent me the bill after the work was done. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again.

A thoroughly competent helpful and knowledgeable person, would definitely use again, nothing was to much trouble.

Martin rescued a swarm of honeybees that had settled too long on a tree. Martin is knowledgeable about the bees in all aspects and can clearly explain why the bees are doing what they do! Safely and professionally moved to a new home, thank you, we need to protect our bees!

Rang to enquire about bee removal and was promptly explained how little threat they will be and given tips, no money exchanged but felt like I received a service 😊. Will definitely contact in future for any other pest issues.

Extremely informative visit. Thank you

Fantastic service from Martyn. With great advice. He really knows his stuff. Thank you.

I contacted Martyn after being worried about bees nesting in the house roof. He was very knowledgeable and quick to respond and come out to do a survey. Thankfully no removal needed.

Would recommend, friendly and professional service. Martyn came out to us straight away and was extremely helpful.

What a lovely man! I called this gentleman with regards to a “wasps problem” after a great conversation & sharing of photographs we soon established we infact have solitary bees! Not only did this help us save money but more importantly educated us (and our neighbours) and no further action was needed. A rare day of having my faith in humanity restored! The council would have charged a call out as a minimum!! I wouldn’t hesitate to pick the telephone up & speak to this very kind gentleman who clearly knows his stuff. Thanks for the education, but more importantly, your time. I’d give ten stars if I could! Best wishes, Nicola

Really quick and professional advice, attended same day, Would recommend to anyone.

Martyn of ABM Pest Control did a great job Not only dd he rid the garden of the pesky moles but also showed me how to do it should there be another infeststion, lessons, or learnings to use the latest pretentious iteration of the word, I have since put into practice with success. So all in all it was money well spent. Martyn is also an extremely personable and genial gent with an easy manner and great sense of humour. I couldn't recommend him 'mole' highly!!!

Absolutely fantastic service, I rang Andy at 8.30am and he said he could be with us by 11am, which he was. He had a good look in our loft which is where the noise was coming from and outside the property. He told us the problem stemmed from our drains. We got the drains sorted out and after a few visits from Andy and Martyn the problem was solved. They were very thorough and reassuring, explaining things really well. We have a colony of honey bees in our chimney following a swarm and it was difficult to find any professional local advice. I made an enquiry via Facebook and he contacted me within hours to offer free advice. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful despite knowing he wouldn't be doing the work due to him being out of area. He is obviously very passionate about bee conservation as he is willing to give free advice. I very much appreciated him taking the time out of his day to help me. Thank You Martyn.

Whether it is bees you want removing (and saving), or wasps that have a nuisance nest or rats that you need to be rid of, this is the guy. Very professional and on the case.

I've asked ANM to remove a number of animals / insects from my place of work. They are very professional and offer advise to help prevent further issues.

He gave really good advice and pointed me in the right direction. I’m really appreciate his help.

We had a very sudden influx of honeybees inside the fabric of our front porch area. A telephone call to Martin, and he told me exactly what I needed to do, and how quickly, to prevent harm to the bees but get them to move on. We followed his telephone advice to the letter, and are now happily bee free, with a clear conscience that they were not harmed 😁

Made an enquiry about some bees in our house and got a call back from Martyn with a couple of hours. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely use him for any other bee issues. Thank Martyn!

Was fantastic had a super nasty 4.5cm Queen of the wasp variety stuck in the home and was quite aggressive when other means where tried such as opening windows nd doors and shooing it.. Got it sorted straight away no more worries about a severe allergic reaction happening. 10/10 Edit:spelling

Martin was wonderful. Came very quickly, was extremely knowledgeable and reassured us our slightly inconvenient bees were solitary, stingless and short lived, just doing good things in the environment. We are now more than happy to keep them. Had they been honey bees, he would have removed and rehomed them, exactly what we would have wanted, for minimal cost. Thank you, Martyn.

Martyn is very knowledgeable and efficient.Would highly recommend him.

Martyn was very efficient and prompt and made duly visits helped us to sort out the situation. Explained what mau have caused the situation to arrive in the first place and the precautions that could be taken to avoid the same issues in the future. Overall service was excellent.

Many thanks to Martyn for the wonderful job, rehoming a colony of honey bees from my chimney - initially to the washing line (see the picture) and then to a new home. His professionalism is obvious from the first time you meet him, and his love for the bees shines through.

Today I had my bee nest safely removed with no harm to the bees. ABM were professional and all round nice guys. However a little crazy to be getting that close to the bees 🐝 I am so happy the bees have gone to a new home and my garden is now safer for my pooch who had managed to get stung 3 times already. Thanks guys 😁

After the rat's departure, Martyn also offered great advice and help with preventing future visits. If you have a problem with unwanted visitors, I'd have no hesitation in recommending ABM Pest Control.

We rang Martyn as we could hear scuttling in our loft, but couldn't see anything. He asked us a few questions, then arranged to do a house call. Martyn inspected our loft after surveying our surroundings (woodlands) and advised us that he thought it was squirrels. The advice was to cut overhanging trees down, which we have done and have not heard them since 🙂 Martyn also told us we have Bats in our loft and that they were harmless and protected He didn't charge us anything for this, despite being with us over an hour. A+++ service
