Jason from Pulse Pest Control, gave a thorough verbal explanation concerning possible infestations in the loft linked to the time of year , ie squirrels breading season. Jason also visited the property to carry out a preliminary visual assessment. Jason gave further advice re possible outcomes and further preventative action that may be needed. I found Jason to be friendly, fair and honest with realistic and acceptable pricing. This is applicable in comparison to others offering a similar service with more complex charges. I highly recommend this company which has an ethical approach and shows compassion to its customers. Thank you Jason.

Today I had my final visit from the team as before Xmas I had a rodent issue Callum who attended on the first appointment was prompt and even brought protective covers for his shoes which I told him was not needed he went into the kitchen and evaluated the situation he was very sympathetic and friendly he lay down all the traps and food that needed and even put down a few extra as he knew I hated the situation he explained what would happen iff was eaten he was polite and took time to have a conversation with me when he left I was still nervous about the situation but happy with what I was told the second visit he was exactly the same prompt on arrival sympathetic and polite sone of the food had been eaten so he re baited and checked all round the kitchen and outside me and again told me to call of was concerned about anything today was not Callum but was his dad sorry forgot his name but he was exactly the same overall I cannot complain about anything I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a rodent issue 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 well done and thank you after all this I can sleep a lot more easier

We and had called in a company to help, months later after taking money off us every time they came out we still had the problem and the rats were now in the roof we were at our wits end. We were recommended Pulse and Jason came out within a day of us calling, he had an idea of where they were coming in, he went above and beyond for us and within another 2 visits we are now rat FREE !! I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Jason, fantastic, friendly, speedy response and resolution to our problem and a great price too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Jason at Pulse Pest Control did an excellent job in resolving a problem I had with rats in the roof space. He not only identified the entry point used by the rodents but also blocked it up to prevent re_entry. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and I would definitely recommend Pulse if you have a pest problem.

We had been having issue with birds in our eaves and loft. Called for a quote/assessment. The chap was organised, had a diary, told me when he was available and turned up as planned. This is rare in my experience as most work men I have interacted with are vague and unreliable, so top notch for organisation and reliability! On arriving, he quickly assessed, and did the job there and then (some mesh fitted on each corner of the roof where the birds were entering). Reasonable price as far as I'm concerned. Had his own card machine so easy payment... left an invoice as proof of works. Assuming we have no more bird problems, I am thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to get the job done. Thank you for a smooth experience. Highly recommended!

Called Pulse out for a wasp nest in the roof after recommendation from two friends. Came next day and treated the nest. Had to call them back after found a couple of wasps in the loft. They checked and reassured that the nest was dead but some wasps will hang around for a while. No charge for the extra call despite very reasonable initial charge and very patient explaining what to expect. Each member of staff we have dealt with have been very friendly and helpful. Hope to not need to call them again in the future but would not hesitate to use again and definitely recommend.

First visit today and impressed by thoroughness of service and extensive knowledge. Would highly recommend this company compared to past experiences as they really know their stuff.

The guys have been outstanding at sorting our rat problem. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, they took time to explain what they were doing and why. They have been great at answering questions throughout the process. The pest control sector seems a scary industry and I was worried about getting ripped off, but no danger of that with these guys, they have been open and honest throughout and have done extra visits at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

Found Pulse when searching Google Maps. Had a minor rodent problem for which they initially assessed the area and within a week had resolved our problem. They were not only professional and knowledgeable but courteous and responsive. Highly recommend

Jason really helped me out and put my mind at ease! I'm in student housing and recently developed loads of bites all over me so asked my letting agency to send round pest control. During the survey, Jason explained how he works and what he's looking for; did a thorough job of assessing and treating the room and was really reassuring with any concerns I had. Contacted after wasps in roof of bay window started getting into house. Darren was with us the following day to treat the nest. About another day later we couldn't see any wasps coming in or out. Extremely happy with service and outcome.

In my 15 years in UK i would have say this is first service of any kind that i have received like i am used too in Germany. Jason was on time,Left property as he found it and even provide an additional service for free which was not agreed beforehand. I wish more tradesmen could provide service of this quality.

Excellent customer service always willing to go that extra length. Nothing is too much trouble for these guy. We called Pulse for a mice infestation, which they cleared in no time at all. There knowledge on pest control is amazing they were able to come out almost straight away and wasted no time in getting the job done. Many thanks Jason for solving the intermittent rat problem that we had in the loft for the past 10 months. Your persistent efforts down in the manhole a week ago fitting the excellent stainless steel RatFlap device has done the trick. Peace at last, your knowledge and enthusiasm greatly appreciated !! After living here for 30 years and never a rat problem before we had gone through every possibility about what the occasional noise was in the roof and thought it must have been squirrels or birds that had got under the eaves. Never thought that a rat would go from a sewer through the walls to the roof !
