Mo was brilliant! We had a big wasp nest in the shed and Mo was able to fit us in the same day that we contacted him. I was very impressed with Quickil Control Ltd. I rang for assistance explained the problem and within one hour the gentleman was examining where the rodents were coming from. After putting bait down the gentleman returned a week later. Not only was the hole sealed up and held securely to stop rodents coming back but because there was a possibility they came in where the boiler was situated so that was secured and made rodent proof also. Came twice but mice issue is still present. Glue traps were laid which were not followed up. Also did not fill entry points properly as requested.

I booked Messar to attend my property in Liverpool which had a mouse problem. He briefly attended offering advice on where to bait and what holes to fill. Despite his website saying he would check the loft spaces etc he did not do this on his initial visit, such was his conviction as to where the mice were getting in. After his visit promptly paid him and he said he would do a revisit at the property to check the traps and for signs of droppings in a weeks time. Messar didn't contact me to revisit, so I contacted him and when he came out there was another visible mouse. He rebaited again and said if we got another mouse he would be straight back out to investigate. We did get another two mice and I contacted Messar on 3/11/23, 02/12/23, 04/01/24 and 28/01/24 asking him to come and reattend. To date he has not responded to any of my emails or contacted me to rebook in. We are now £120 out of pocket and are no better off. Sadly I have had to post this negative review, which is my first ever, as I simply cannot get him to reattend.

We had a number of mice in our home. We called Quickil , they came out same day, found where they were coming from (we filled the outside hole ourselves) and laid down poison and traps under the kitchen cabinets. Within a few days caught two and the following week finally got the third. Been using the Ring door bell cam to see if we have anymore, so far so good. Would recommend them to anyone, the price was good for the peace of mind it has given us. Fast and effective.

Paid for six inspection visits to my takeaway but they only came out three times and then stopped. Called them, they said to text. No responses to my texts and not answering phone. Avoid these jokers as they do not fulfill their contracts and they still owe me for three visits

Discovered a wasps nest on the window frame of my daughters bedroom. Called Quickil 9pm and 2 guys came the following day and got it sorted immediately. Haven’t seen a wasp since. They also guaranteed the work so would come back if there were any issues. The prices were very decent and slightly cheaper than what liverpool council offered, which you would have to wait 5 days for. I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend it.

Mo was perfect from the phone call to the visit. He told us he would be here within an hour and a half and he was earlier, he talked me through the procedure and thoroughly checked everywhere for us. He told us where the rat would have come from and found several holes in the brick and surrounding areas of the house. He then laid poison down and assured us that within 24 hours the problem would be gone. Extremely polite, helpful guy and would highly recommend

Big problem with pigeons in loft area of church with years & years of pigeon muck etc up there. Very pleased with this service - we had squirrels that had got into our loft and they are destructive and very noisy scratching and running about horrible! Called Quickill in February due to hearing scratching and skittering noises in the attic. They came out the next day, bait was laid, outside perimeter check was made and found that the rodents were coming into the wall cavity through an uncovered air vent (now covered) a week later they came back to check on the progress, covered any holes that were under the sink unit with metal mesh and re-filled bait. Its now April and all seems good. Thanks for all your help and knowledge on keeping my house robent free. The guys that came out were both so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. After weeks of getting knowhere with housing and council I phoned Quickkil today and they came within a couple of hours. They went and actually explored the loft and identified two areas that rats have been using Did some baiting and boards and will return to check. Made up with them and will recommend them to my neighbour.

Called this company wos with me within a hour I had rats in my ceiling and since they came out and put poison and traps down not one noise in the ceiling very professional and is also calling round today to do another check I would highly recommend this company to anyone grate customer service thank you for your help with the rats 🐀

I had a bad infestation with a family of mice living somewhere inside the house in between gaps. I had tried various things before asking QuicKil, including the traps by the city councils and some other gluing traps. I was very pleased with the service provided by QuicKil. They put down more effective traps and closed down all the outside gaps, so I feel that my house is now safe. It took a long time after their visit (6 weeks) before I finally got rid of all the rodents, but the procedure was effective and now I am confident that my house is mice-free. Five mice were killed by the gluing traps over those weeks.

Rang Quickil late Sunday evening, arrived first thing Monday morning. Prompt, professional, all the right equipment, dealt with the big wasp nest in one of the conifers in the garden. The guy didn't leave until he was satisfied he'd done everything possible to sort it. Guaranteed we wouldn't see any more after 3 day's but 24 hour's later, not a wasp in sight!! QuickFil has recently provided me with a very efficient service. The response was very quick and all problems have been sorted for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use QuickKil again and can give a very good recommendation.

I originally contacted another pest firm that charged me rather alot (nearly £400) and they told me what I had to do to protect my property and left me with 2 traps that I have could get from b&q for £30. After their second visit and the rat showing no interest in the traps I called quickill. Less than a week later no more scrapping could be heard and it wasn't caught in the original traps. Such a relief. And I have to say the price was a lot better and the chap is great, it's not nice having a rat in the house (stressful to say the least) but the chap was reassuring that he'd get rid of it and his knowledge cannot be faulted. I would recommend him to anyone suffering a pest, til I was blue in the face. Top marks

Excellent and very professional service. Reasonable price. Promised to do 2 to 3 visits and kept his promise. We did our best to catch a big big rat living in our kitchen for a long time but was very clever to survive. He catched, killed and dispose off the massive big rat very professionally and gave us freedom from it. It took seven days to catch that clever creature and been removed by him on 2nd visit on seventh day. Very nice and lively chap. Highly recommended.
