Pestway

Another Great job, ant problem sorted totally

I was recommended John from another pest controller who I couldn't use at the time due to an injury. Could not fault John. He responded quickly and was very professional, courteous and accommodating to fit me into his tight schedule. Logistically I am miles out of his area but this wasn't an issue...he understood my new furry lodgers were!! He dealt with the problem efficiently and proactively over the three visits. John also gave me advice for the future to help eradicate them completely and reassured me that if they do come back don't hesitate to call him again.

We phoned John at 0900 on a Saturday due to us being woken up by a very loud noise in our bathroom under the floors. John was here by 1000 and suspected a rat as did we. He very quickly located the entry point and to our surprise there was a lost bird sitting in our pipe. I couldn’t recommend John enough. His service and rates are amazing. Thank you.

Great service from John, explained the gaps the rodents were likely getting in from and came back two more times to ensure the outcome was acheived.

Had an issue and john gave me some advice that really helped. Thanks 😊

Highly recommended John roots and would definitely use his services again Very happy with work carried out on a troublesome chimney at a very fair price

John was superb. Helped us out with an emergency with our drains caused by rats that a local business and a national company had failed to fix yet still took our money. Couldn't be happier with the service John provided. Top quality work and genuinely cares about sorting your issue. Reorganized his time to get us out of a terrible spot. Couldn't do enough to help and nothing was too much trouble. He's coming back next week to do our chimney. Is you have an issue with drains, pests or chimneys, don't waste your time or money with anyone else. Just call John!

John is soo professional and best at his job. We had bird droppings in our balcony , he responded quickly, came exactly on time and spotless cleaning. Cannot thank him enough for helping us out. Highly recommend him. Very affordable and very professional. Thanks again ..

Excellent service - John is extremely thorough and highly efficient . He treated our attic for woodworm and also removed a wasps’ nest .

John responded very quickly to our request. He found the entry point of rodents and checked our roof with a drone. He attended for follow up appointments until the problem was resolved

John Roots is very knowledgable, super efficient and professional. He dealt with our pest problem swiftly and with great results. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again.

Great workmanship and well priced. Would recommend to anyone. Chimney fitted, and both swept, scaffold arrived with no fuss. Will be using this business from now on for annual sweepings and maintenance.

Fantastic response from this Company> Fast, efficient, professional and good value. Helped me straightaway. Tried other firms but no one else would respond to an urgent situation. Would definitely recommend. Joe, Colchester

We had our chimney swept and log burner repaired, some ingress of water had got in from the top of the stack. Upon inspection and video footage it was deemed we needed the stack repointed and the pots re bedded and flauntched. Great service and workmanship, job done when it was booked in for. Very pleased with this business, will use again

Reliable and professional

Excellent, friendly and efficient service

Excellent service. I have used Pestway on several occasions and always happy. Highly recommended

Phoned them about some droppings we found in our loft. John came and inspected out loft. Told us what he had found and explained what to look for. Laid some bait and said to keep an eye on the bait. He said he didn’t need to come back unless we wanted him to. That to me was reassuring that he wasn’t just trying to get more work. Highly recommended.

Planted a new hedge and laid a new lawn in our front garden, very professional and excellent quality. We will definitely be in touch again John for future garden and landscaping projects.

Being increasingly plagued by wasps John came at short notice. There was a huge wasps nest in the roof space that he destroyed. He was efficient, effective and very pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Great guy, great service, at short notice also. came the next day to measure up and was done a few days later. pleased with the work and will use again for sure. fully recommend.

Excellent professional service.

John spent the day removing a mound from our garden - he worked so hard and made such a neat job. John is extremely friendly and reliable and we have made lots of other plans that we’d like his help with in the future. Our children had a great time ‘helping’ him work!

I phoned Pestway early hours of the morning and got a call back immediately. Immediately John was very helpful. He kindly came down and reassured me there were no concerns and did not charge for the visit! I will definitely be using him in the future should any problems occur and would recommend him to anyone, very knowledgeable as well!

I phoned Pestway through recommendation and John turned up the same night. Problem is now sorted. Very professional service and very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough

Helpful friendly advice, effective treatments together with first class response times. Highly recommended!

Thank you John. You came quickly, and reassured us that our infestation was just cluster flies. And a very small call-out charge.

I phoned Pestway for a quote for a wasp issue. John came along later the same day, he was knowledgeable, friendly and sorted the issue quickly. I would definitely recommend John (Pestway) to others.
