I was recommended John from another pest controller who I couldn't use at the time due to an injury. Could not fault John. He responded quickly and was very professional, courteous and accommodating to fit me into his tight schedule. Logistically I am miles out of his area but this wasn't an issue...he understood my new furry lodgers were!! He dealt with the problem efficiently and proactively over the three visits. John also gave me advice for the future to help eradicate them completely and reassured me that if they do come back don't hesitate to call him again.
We phoned John at 0900 on a Saturday due to us being woken up by a very loud noise in our bathroom under the floors. John was here by 1000 and suspected a rat as did we. He very quickly located the entry point and to our surprise there was a lost bird sitting in our pipe. I couldn’t recommend John enough. His service and rates are amazing. Thank you.

We had our chimney swept and log burner repaired, some ingress of water had got in from the top of the stack. Upon inspection and video footage it was deemed we needed the stack repointed and the pots re bedded and flauntched. Great service and workmanship, job done when it was booked in for. Very pleased with this business, will use again

Phoned them about some droppings we found in our loft. John came and inspected out loft. Told us what he had found and explained what to look for. Laid some bait and said to keep an eye on the bait. He said he didn’t need to come back unless we wanted him to. That to me was reassuring that he wasn’t just trying to get more work. Highly recommended.
Planted a new hedge and laid a new lawn in our front garden, very professional and excellent quality. We will definitely be in touch again John for future garden and landscaping projects.
Being increasingly plagued by wasps John came at short notice. There was a huge wasps nest in the roof space that he destroyed. He was efficient, effective and very pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

He kindly came down and reassured me there were no concerns and did not charge for the visit!
