Dan came out when we heard some noises and was brilliant from first communication to last. He was very informative and didn’t try to sell anything I didn’t need. He was honest and laid out a clear plan on how to deal with the situation and went out of his way to get a remedy in place that day. A couple of weeks after treatment we started to notice a smell and he was straight out again to walk us through what to do. He’s been nothing short of brilliant and would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs them. Thanks Dan

We have used Dan from Killer Instinct pest control a number of times now. We had an issue with mice in a rental property and urgently needed help. Dan was amazing from the initial call, he contacted our tenant directly and was on site with 24hrs. He installed traps & bait on the first visit and also reviewed the property to see if we could do anything to stop the mice being attracted in. Dan then followed up with additional visits to check the situation and would always provide feedback after each visit. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently with great communication throughout with me and my tenants. Dan is now my go to guy for all pest control issues and I would highly recommend him and his services. Great job Dan, thanks, Andy.

I phoned Dan on Tuesday he said he could be with us on Wednesday morning. Dan phone before hand to let me know he was coming, I thought I had mice in my loft space Dan entered loft space carrying out a thorough investigation. When he came out of the loft he informed me that I didn’t have mice but that the droppings were Bats, he explained that Bats are protected but that I could put up a Bat box which might deter them from the loft. I thought Dan was very professional and said there was no charge, I would recommend killer instinct to everyone a very professional and curtious service thanks Dan

I own a small pub, restaurant and 5 star B n B and to comply with Health and Hygiene regulations I have a pest control contract in place. Killer Instinct has held the contract continuously for the last 8 years and in this time have found them to be very attentive, punctual and professional at all times. If we have to make an urgent call, which can be quite often out of hours, you will receive a call ASAP to advise of their estimated time and action to take. Great service from Dan (who I believe is the owner) on more than one occasion! Last year at work we had mice and he attended the same day I called to assess the issue and he came back every few days until the little buggers we’re gone. Last week also at home we had pests in the loft which Dan came out to sort out. He’s very chatty and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him.

Killer Instinct look after our pest control across a large commercial site in Essex and in doing so, offer an excellent service. I rang in this morning about a wasp nest in the ground where I was installing a fence, they were out in no time treated the area explained everything within a few hours nearly all the wasps were dead ! Great Job! I fully recommend!!

After hearing noises in my loft and seeing squirrels coming and going, I called Killer Instinct. I was concerned with the welfare of the animals as well as potential damage to my home, Dan was really helpful and reassured me that they would be dealt with humanely. After experiencing a problem with an unwelcome vistor in our house, not knowing who to contact or what procedure to take, we contacted Dan after finding the company on facebook, Dan visited our house and assessed the situation and dealt with the problem and advised us what to do to reduce the risk of it happening again, Dans care, professionalism and knowledge was second to none, he talked us through in detail the situation and taught us some interesting facts to allay our fears, we can't recommend killer instinct enough, if we ever have any pest problems in the future we won't hesitate to contact them again, excellent service!

Friendly, efficient and prompt service. Dan took time to explain the life-cycle of the pests so I would know what to expect once he had set the bait. It's never nice having vermin in your house but having the help and support of a professional pest control company at least made the experience bearable.
