Killer Instinct Pest Control

Sent an email and asked for a quote after I'd called and left a message. No response at all

Dan came today to remove a wasps nest from our shed, very happy with the service. Was quick and appropriately priced! He was very quick to respond, polite and professional, would highly recommend.

Dan was very professional and friendly. Responded to enquiries and came out very quickly. First time using this company today but will definitely use again.

We have used Dan from Killer Instinct pest control a number of times now. We had an issue with mice in a rental property and urgently needed help. Dan was amazing from the initial call, he contacted our tenant directly and was on site with 24hrs. He installed traps & bait on the first visit and also reviewed the property to see if we could do anything to stop the mice being attracted in. Dan then followed up with additional visits to check the situation and would always provide feedback after each visit. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently with great communication throughout with me and my tenants. Dan is now my go to guy for all pest control issues and I would highly recommend him and his services. Great job Dan, thanks, Andy.

Dan was very helpful in coming straight out to visit my property and put my mind at ease over the problem. After care is brilliant and very reassuring. He has been very professional from start to finish, would highly recommend.

Killer Instinct has held the contract continuously for the last 8 years and in this time have found them to be very attentive, punctual and professional at all times. Killer Instinct look after our pest control across a large commercial site in Essex and in doing so, offer an excellent service. The team are always thorough and professional, always arriving exactly when expected, and their communication, foresight and planning as well as preventative ideas and proofing work are second to none. They have an incredible wealth of knowledge on all pests that we encounter and their understanding of all aspects of the problem is always impressive. One of their biggest strengths to us is their honesty when discussing any issues around site, always being quick to point out if it is something that we can do ourselves rather than paying them to do so - very refreshing in this day and age! They are a different class to any other pest prevention companies we have ever worked with before and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
