I used Tony Stacey in March 2026 to help sort out a uPVC door that was proving to be very difficult to lock. He came to my house in Ferndown within the hour and sorted out the alignment issue within his reasonable call out charge. I also decided to change the barrel lock as Tony demonstrated how the old one wasn't working well compared to a new one due to its age. There was no pressure from Tony to do this. The charge for the new lock was reasonable in my opinion. So total for the full job was just over £100...money well spent. Recommended.

Prompt, efficient and very reasonable
Was very happy that they could come out the next day as I needed another lock and it’s great I feel much safer and it was cheaper than I thought it would be. They came early but I wasn’t bk till the time I had been given but it wasn’t a problem the guy was amazing so thank u xx
