Fantastic service. Yanko arrived within 20 minutes and quickly resolved the issue. He clearly explained the repair and replacement options, but rather than pushing a costly full system replacement, he repaired the existing lock. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

The guy who completed the work is very friendly and he fixed our door lock quickly without any issues.

After calling for an emergency lock out they attended within half an hour and quickly managed to open the door. They quickly fixed the issue and recommended additional services but at no point did it feel like they were forcing them on us. Our door now works better than ever. I would highly recommend for any lock out situations!

Storing recommend. Called on a Saturday just after Midday, and Yanko was with me before 2pm. Fair and transparent pricing, but the speed and quality of work were impressive. Committed to fixing any issues if they arose, but from the looks of it, that won't be needed!

Called for help with a lockout, they told me £69 over the phone and a time of arrival. They came 1h40m later than their promised time and charged £245 for a 10 minute job. By this time, I had waited for so long I was desperate to get into my home, and I feel they took advantage of that. Then they tried to charge me an additional £150 for a sashlock replacement. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.

Got locked out of the house with the door closing on me. Engineer arrived in 15min. Business owner was kind enough to call back after I complained about something and sorted out an issue very promptly and took feedback

Always great, rapid response and solves the problems, broken locks or keys. That allows us to keep booking out the rooms. As a hotel operator exactly what we need to keep on top of all the key and lock issues. Have used them many times and will continue to do so.

Spoke to quite a few locksmiths about my malfunctioning lock and was quoted ridiculous prices. As soon as I contacted this Locksmiths and told them my problem I was quoted a reasonable price and a locksmith was at my doorstep within an hour and he got the job done quickly! Fantastic Company I would recommend them to anyone who is having issues with their locks.

Responded to quote request on Google messages in two minutes. Within one hour someone was at home to fix the lock and within 15 minutes the lock was fixed and there was no need for replacement. The engineer was carrying a card machine so the payment was absolutely spoiled. We will definitely use them again if needed!

Called out for my elderly mum who was locked out. Confirmed multiple times that it was a simple unlock with a standard cylinder. Said £89 fee flat. Called my mum afterwards to find out they charged more as they said £89 was just the call-out fee.

£59 gets you no work at all it is literally for someone to turn up !!!!! Extra charge of £35 for the guy to stick a wire through my letterbox and pull the key I'd left in the lock out. All of 2 minutes. They overcharge because they know you are desperate.

Called on a Sunday after being unable to lock the front door. I spoke to the owner who was very polite and friendly. 30 minutes later the locksmith, Janko, arrived, quoted me a very reasonable price and another 30 minutes later he had fixed the lock and re-alligned the door. He was a pleasure to deal with and the whole service was brilliant. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Could have saved myself a lot of headache by coming here first! I made the mistake of using another local locksmith who jacked up the price, used poor quality equipment (i.e., a generic lock that didn't match the external shield) and to add insult to injury, they attempted to charge me £145 for a second visit to finish the mess they started after charing £264 for the initial entrance. Unforeunately, I figured out I was being conned halfway through an exceptionally bad deal, and then got in contact with Berkshire Expert Locksmiths to fix the damage caused by the previous company. Berkshire Expert Locksmiths are fabulous. Communications were transparent, professional and prompt. Service was speedy, affordable and top quality. Will recommend to all of my neighnours! Don't make the same mistake I did by doing business with Economy Locks who cannot be trusted whatsoever - use this company instead.

This guy is a scam artist who agreed a price of 69 pounds then demanded 400 from an old disabled man. Avoid at all costs

Front door wouldn't lock--9pm! The owner himself was out within the hour and very quickly sorted the door. Lovely guy (even if he did have a *little* trouble finding our house LOL). No attempts to give us services we didn't need. Good service.

I needed new keys for my house and he was able to come right away to fix it. He was also able to fix another lock where the deadbolt was misaligned. And while I was sorting out the payment, he also fixed an issue in the bathroom. I was very happy with the service provided and would definitely use this company again.

They came out really quickly; however, I was quoted £69 on the phone, when the locksmith arrived he quoted £150 but the overall price turned out to be £385. As I was desperate and he'd already completed the job I had no choice but to pay it. It should have been made clear on the initial call what the pricing was so that I could have made an informed decision. **Edit** In response, I was not told it would cost £385 until I was given the bill after the work had been completed. I was told £150 when I agreed to go ahead with the work.

We got locked in our house today & couldn't unlock the front door. Within a couple of minutes I found Berkshire Expert Locksmiths using Google Maps. Gave them a call direct from the app & they arrived in 15 mins! A very pleasant man called Yanev had to climb thru our kitchen window to get at the door. The lock was completely jammed. Within 90 mins from call out to signing the invoice he had completed his work. No mess. He was very pleasant & friendly & did a very professional job by fitting a more secure barrel lock. Highly recommended & very fair & competitive pricing too.

These guys are AMAZING!..Having managed to get myself locked out of my house after midnight - Berkshire Expert Locksmiths were the ONLY company that picked up the phone and dealt with my emergency. ( I tied at least 10 different numbers beforehand.) Janko was super helpful and Alex was just BRILLIANT. Excellent service and value for money. The door handle came off phoned him up late evening and came Over in 20 mins effective service and then the next day it went all wrong came over again very quickly and drove 4 hours to go the supplier to get the parts and came back after driving 4 hours and sorted it! We had an unexpected problem with the lock of our patio door. Upon contacting Berkshire Expert Locksmiths we received a visit 30 minutes later, all fixed within the hour. Technician Y. was polite and tidy.

Came home to find that the kids couldn’t shut the door after coming home from school. Turned out that not only was the lock broken but the door itself was falling apart. Mircea swiftly came to my rescue replacing the lock and fixing my door. I can not tell you how thankful I am to him. Would recommend anytime. Wonderful service.

Alex was excellent. He came out in 10mins, I needed the lock changing and it only took him a further 10mins. Hopefully I don't lock myself out again but if I do I will definitely use these guys!

I was very disappointed with economy lock Raj he just made money and work for money but expert locksmith are expert super friendly and give you 1 year warranty. Economy lock Raj did not even gave me 1 hr warranty. I m very happy with expert locksmith worth to use them. Super fast excellent job done.
