Surelock Homes Locksmith Havant

I called Paul for help opening a key safe which had broken. He came at appointed time, next day and set about with a hammer and chisel, electric grinder and a drill. Eventually it gave way and I was able to retrieve key and remove broken safe. He knew where to drill and as it was a police approved safe, it was a tough one to break but we got there. So thanks very much Paul, great job. Regards Martin

Excellent service by Paul, who arrived ahead of time and quickly provided 3 security/pricing options for replacing my door lock. Fast, professional, effective and friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

The Gear box broke in the door mechanism. Called you and the engineer arrived within the hour. Freed the locked door changed barrel and gearbox. It is an old door but had a suitable replacement onboard. Replaced the old latches to make sure it all lined up. Reasonable cost especially for a sunday afternoon, no call out fee or surcharge very impressive. Engineer knew his stuff and explained what he was doing or had done Would recommend

Very prompt and efficient service, called up and was available at the earliest time suitable for us,very pleased with the finished result and came with 6month guarantee, would highly recommend and would definitely be my first port of call if needed again at any time

Paul was absolutely fantastic. We had a problem with our front door lock and he was able to come out the very same day, with no additional charge, and sort everything quickly and efficiently. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, polite and professional. What could have been a very stressful situation was resolved with no fuss at all. He changed the lock promptly, explained everything clearly, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Given the extremely hot weather and the urgency of the situation, I was incredibly grateful for how quickly he responded. It's not often you find someone so reliable and genuinely helpful. I'm so glad I found a local locksmith I can trust and I wouldn't hesitate to use Paul again in the future. Highly recommended.

Excellent immediate service with a smile. Had a damaged lock changed and I even then added a new security lock for the garden gate as Paul was so Good. Had all the locks replaced as had just moved. My website query was responded to promptly and a date for works was agreed. Prices were discussed upfront. The contractor arrived on time and did a great job, walked me through all the changes and made necessary adjustments to doors as needed. Even though the locks were old, he was able to suggest workarounds and made sure all locks were compliant for insurance. Good job and happy to recommend this company.
