Graham is brilliant. He came over within 10 minutes of me ringing him because my lock was broken and I couldn't shut my front door. He sorted out the problem for me there and then, even popping out and buying a new lock for me when he saw that mine could not be fixed (he showed me why), and coming back, again within 10 minutes, to install the new lock for me and then check it was working. He was so helpful and charged a very reasonable price. As well as being excellent at his job, Graham is very personable, thorough, thoughtful and professional. I would definitely recommend him.

What a nightmare!!! Our front door locked, when we closed it and it wouldn't open again. So basically we were locked in. Rang linklocks and Graham arrived within 10 minutes, very prompt. We’ve used Graham (Lynx Locksmiths), twice and both times he’s been brilliant. He’s been with us, on both occasions, within the hour; he knows what he’s doing and finds solutions to getting in without having to cause damage. A very smart guy. Graham was extremely considerate and determined to help, when an elderly neighbour of ours was locked in, having fallen over and couldn’t get to her feet. Today I had the misfortune of locking myself out of my car. We called Graham from Lynx Locks, who, literally arrived at my home within 10 mins and was able to get access into the car and retrieve my keys out of my ignition. All in all from calling him and getting into the car took 30 mins! Graham, you’re a star and always so friendly and helpful! Also added bonus didn’t cost a fortune! We got locked out of our holiday let property when the barrel failed just an hour before guests were due to arrive! We’d seen recommendations for Graham on social media so my wife gave him a call. Big thank you to Graham, I managed to snap a key inside the lock of my front door, and Lock it shut. Graham arrived exactly when agreed and very quick to resolve. Graham demonstrated that the lock mechanism I had was slipping and it would continue to do this and rightly discussed the safety risk if this were to happen in an emergency. The lock was swapped for one with a thumb turn. Very reasonable prices, fast to resolve and knowledgable.

I can’t recommend Graham at Lynx Locks highly enough. We were in a stressful situation when my Grandad locked himself out of his home. I initially contacted a large national chain (Able Group), who promised to help but then let us down at the last minute, claiming their locksmith had simply 'gone home.' I had Nick & Graham out to help me sort a broken door handle and a few other things including a broken lock. They came straight away, managing to replace the faulty lock and carry out repairs quickly but carefully. They also managed to repair a lock for me which I thought would have to be completely replaced - they could have easily replaced the whole lock and I would have been none the wiser but they chose to be honest and professional, so you know they can be trusted. 100% recommend.

Believe me when I say lynx locks hands down is the best locksmith in Bournemouth poole and Christchurch..very reliable and very quick on request we had to call them our on boxing day as someone locked us out of one of my airbnbs. He was with us within 10 minutes of calling and he had us in within 20 minutes. The service was second to none. Couldn't recommend them anymore. Will definitely be using graham again.

Called up the Christmas break to attend to access to the boiler for a tenanted property. Worried we were going to have to get a new lock. Instead, he turned up within 15 mins, opened it up and was able to access the boiler and get the heating back on. 10/10 best service.

Very unprofessional how Graham spoke to me to have a business for 30 years and you give an address that’s not complicated but seemed such an issue baffled me. Sat nav? Google maps? Was rude to me saying I didn’t come out to him to help him find the property when I made it clear I was going to be there someone else was. Then told me he’s deleting me 🤣 which he did seriously. To then slag me off to someone who’s close to me. Disgraceful behaviour!

Lynx Locks Graham attended or property last night at the drop of a hat after our front door lock failed making it impossible to gain access to our property. Graham attended getting through terrible rush hour traffic on no time keeping us fully aware of his location and approximately what time he would be with us. He managed to gain us access in no time leaving no damage to either door or thevcasing. Highley recommended trades person who knows his stuff. FIVE STARS

Graham was great with an emergency door change. He was very nice and done the job quickly.

I feel it’s important to share my experience with Graham so others can make an informed choice. During his visit, Graham behaved in a way I found deeply unprofessional and uncomfortable. He made misogynistic remarks – including calling a girl a “slapper” – and his overall attitude towards women was unsettling. His behaviour in general came across as creepy and inappropriate, and it left me feeling unsafe in my own home. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable with Graham having access to my keys or knowing where I live. I would strongly advise women to use caution and consider choosing a different locksmith.

I had a fault with my large Bi-fold doors Handle snapped off.Phoned Graham who came out same evening and temporarily locked the doors.He ordered new lock whilst he was here.Came back 3 days later and fitted new part and cleaned a oiled door all up for me.A very good company to deal with.Prompt and very polite.Would give more stars if it were possible.I never leave reviews but just had to in this case.Very happy customer. My key broke in the door and couldn’t get in, it was 7pm and wasn’t sure what to do I’ve used Graham at lynx locks a while back and felt a bit cheeky calling at this time, he was eating his dinner but said he’d be over in ten minutes. What a disgracfull person Graham is. After installing a lock on a main entrance block of flats for a little old lady, who said the managing agents would pay (which they were more than happy to do). He harrased her to pay within 3-5 days even though his invoice allowed up to 30 days to pay. He then threatened to remove the lock by force at 8am on Saturday morning, causing extreme stress to the lady. After calling to say he was to receive payment, he made the same threat and hung up. Appalling customer service. We will never use them again...Stay away, use at your own risk, not professional.

Came out on Sunday and made a great job

Graham helped me when my door would not open. I was afraid i'd be stuck inside all weekend because it was Saturday and most businesses don't work on weekends. Thank goodness Graham decided to come fix the door despite it being a Saturday. His kind, professional approach and hilarious sense of humor took the stress out of the whole situation. Graham replaced the entire mechanism, and my old door now works like new.

We had trouble locking our front door, as the gearbox had broken and Graham was a life saver last night! He came in 10 minutes after my call to him at 8pm in the evening! He gave us an intermediate fix so we can sleep easy knowing that the front door was locked for the night and came back in the morning to replace the broken gearbox. I phoned Graham on Friday afternoon as I was having a problem with my front door lock. He came round 3 hours later after finishing another job. He was very thorough & found that the lock was OK, but the handle mechanism was broken. The easiest thing would have been to just replace it, but Graham painstakingly managed to repair it which saved me a lot of money. He also oiled all the hinges etc. I definitely recommend Graham & can’t thank him enough.
