Egis is a great chap and would recommend to anyone needing any help with car locks and keys.
I used Safelock when I got locked out my flat due to a secondary front door handle suddenly not engaging the release mechanism & just spinning round in my hand. Safelock promised me they'd be there within 40 mins, and they arrived very promptly within quoted time. I was concerned that even though the main lock worked fine, we'd have to end up forcing door and I'd be stuck paying for unnecessary main lock replacement too, but Safelock spent 10 minutes using their tools to get the secondary mechanism to release and get door open - they then kindly also repaired the secondary mechanism to ensure it properly engages & doesn't lock me out again. Was very pleased that Safelock listened to my concerns & they weren't immediately trying to upsell me a new lock, like I've had with previous locksmiths. Very friendly, professional and efficient service - Will definitely use again if ever needed & I'm extremely happy to recommend!
We called the Ringwood office at very short notice to repair a lock to our French doors. Excellent service, from phone call to repair within a couple of hours, and we knew the cost price which was highlighted in the initial call, so no surprises.
