Called out due to the lock failing on our main door and Serghei provided an excellent service from start to finish. He arrived within 30 minutes, quickly reviewed the issue and clearly explained what had gone wrong. Serghei was brilliant! I'd returned home at just after midnight and found that I couldn't get in my house, the lock had brocken. I had 3 dogs frantically barking inside, so I tried over 13 different locksmiths and Serghei was the only emergency locksmith to offer any help. He was great, professional and understanding about my dilemma (- my dog sitter had left at 10pm and i didn't get into the house until 8am!). He arrived when he said he would, so quickly, plus he managed to work out the problem, got straight into my house so I could check my dogs ( one of them is disabled and was really fretting, I was mortified), then he fitted a new lock too. Speediest service in Leeds, issue was resolved with 20-30mins

Had an issue with my UPVC door not opening at 8:30pm. From calling to enquire about availability and Sergei arriving to work on it took 15 minutes. He was friendly & professional, talked me through what the issue was, did a temporary fix until he could get parts required in the morning and was back first thing the next day to finish the job. Also resolved an issue spotted with the other door and advised on how to spot issues at an early stage in future to avoid locking mechanism failure. If I've got any door issues in future I'll be calling Sergei/151 again.
