Yorkshire smart fencing & paving

Fence and gate Richard was lovely and friendly, professional. Came out and gave what I felt was a good, honest quote. Turned up exactly when he said he would. Completed the job in the time frame he originally gave me. The fence looks fantastic and I'm really pleased with the standard of work. They cleaned up after themselves and I would absolutely recommend.

Excellent service, professional, prompt and got the job done to a high standard in little time. Had shrubs and trees dividing garden from neighbouring gardens, so they removed those and installed fencing along and to rear garden, which completely transformed the garden and created much more space. Super clean workers too, leaving everywhere clean and tidy. I now know who to call for gardening and pavement work in the future, as I’m new to Leeds. Highly recommended!! Thank You!

Bit late with my review, but cannot more strongly recommend YSPaving! They came and removed old rotten decking and pebble at the front and replaced with turf as well as relaying our front walkway paving stones. At the back they levelled part of the garden from 3 separate levels to two, removed all the horrible pebbles and concrete and replaced with turf, and replaced the old, leaning fence with a new sturdy one, before and after pics below. Absolutely stellar job, efficient, great quality work and really reasonably priced. Richard was very open and honest and kept us informed every step of the way. Also took care of dismantling and removing the greenhouse and all waste as a result of the work and the many other things left behind by the previous property owner. My parents and their neighbours have also hired him for works and had great things to say. I will absolutely be contacting YSPaving for any and all future landscaping needs.

Good service at beginning but poor customer service ignores calls and messages waited over a month for replacements and still no joy do not recommend

They came to do our back garden fencing and a gate and fencing at the side of our house. They were super quick and neat and even though there was a miscommunication about the height of fencing initially, they quickly sorted this with no extra cost. They tidied up everything and we are really happy with the result! Would definitely recommend and hire them again!

What can I say amazing service Fencing is brilliant Richard was helping and friendly The pricing was good excellent quality for money A** will recommend and will be using again

Cracking pair of lads that did a cracking job of my fence, fast and on time and a great price too.... would highly recommend 👌

Fast professional and quality. Richard went up and beyond. Very pleased, would highly recommend. Derek Spencer Handforth Cheshire

Really good quality work. No faffing about with the price, just good craftsmanship. And they delivered in really good time too.

Highly recommend Yorkshire smart fencing and paving. They've done a fantastic job for our new garden gate and fencing. They were efficient, friendly and trustworthy and I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Always a great service. Very pleased with the fencing and gate. Prompt and friendly.

Some photos of before and after. The old fence was mismatched and all over, one more good storm and it would have collapsed. Richard and his team have done a great job! The fence is perfect and the custom gate to fit the wider opening and new paving is spot on. Now just need to sort the rest of the garden out to match my new fence and paving. 👍🏻

This is the 3rd fencing job Richard has done for us in the last few months. He is excellent, I can not fault him. He does a superb job, he arrives when he says he will, he gets the job done and always leaves your garden tidy. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Turned up on time, did a great job very quickly and charged a fair price. What more can you ask? Highly recommended

Excellent service, reliable, communicates at each stage of the project. Really pleased with the work that was done, completed in the time frame agreed, I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard in the future and have used him for further work since.

Richard had come to give me a quote said Will come in 2 week to start job a week later got a list on what I needed to order so ordered what was needed never turned up not answering my call or replying to my messages What a waste of time

Fast, efficient, came on time, tidied up after. Really focused on the job. We love the work that's been done. Great price too. Would highly recommend.

Good job done quickly. Recommended

Richard was easy to speak to and very helpful. He was able to supply and fit great quality fence panelsquickly. I was so pleased with his work I asked him to come back and fit a new gate and fence at the front of my house. Again this was done quickly and at a great price. I would recommended Yorkshire smart fencing and paving to anyone.

Had a few jobs done now and would absolutely use again for further work. Definitely recommend for any fencing and garden needs 👍

Great service and pricing. Quality gate fitted and came on time as promised. Thanks

Could not rate them more ! Great communication they definitely understood the assignment. Fast delivery and very reliable. So good my mum ordered a double gate the following week . Will definitely use again thank you

Excellent. New fence fitted old fence cleared away. Fast and efficient. Quality work at reasonable and affordable prices, highly recommend.

Total waste of my time, had no interest in doing the job! Not bad when you can mess people about! And even better to turn work down! Not sure why people advertise a service and can't be bothered to even provide the service!
