Two gardeners arrived on time, worked solidly for an hour and did an excellent job

Complete waste of time. I waited a week for my first appointment, only for it to be cancelled on the day. I then had to wait another six days for a second appointment, and nobody turned up. There was no communication or explanation whatsoever. After two weeks of waiting, absolutely nothing has been achieved. All they've managed to do is disrupt my day twice for no reason. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

Reliable service. They have helped immensely over the year and have made a big improvement to our garden. We look forward to seeing them again shortly.

Russell carried out lawn and garden maintenance last week. Russell is very friendly and professional and did a great job.

Sam and Rich have just finished cutting my unruly hedge, done the garden, jet washed. They have done an amazing job, best gardener's I have ever had. Professional, friendly and left everything tidy

The actual garden work was of a good standard and the men were very friendly and helpful. However the office staff made the experience one I don’t want to repeat. Twice I informed the office by email that I had changed my email address so when I didn’t receive the invoice I again contacted them by text to remind them of the new address. Instead of an invoice I received a very rude message saying my bill was 7 days late and pay immediately. I sent a text to the office asking for clarification that they had my new email address. This request was ignored. I paid the invoice without delay. Then a week later I received another upsetting message that the payment had to be paid by return. I immediately replied saying I had paid it. Instead of an apology I just got a thankyou. Surely your company checks for payments before sending demanding messages. Not great customer support. Would not recommend using this company which is a shame coz gardeners are great.

Excellent job and great service from Eazy Garden working on garden maintenance this week. The hedge was trimmed down nicely, they did a fantastic job removing invasive weeds in a tight area, providing advice on future management and weed treatment at the front and back of the house. Love their notification service and professional approach. They arrived on time and cleaned up perfectly afterwards.

Sam checked with us what was a priority for this months maintenance. Mindful of the car park and working around the perimeter. Work was clean and no remnants were left. Took me around to check what had been done was acceptable. Always good to have Sam carry out the monthly maintenance.

Again an excellent visit. Friendly and professional and a pleasure to have working in our garden. Thank you.

As we'd not prescribed what needed to be done this visit we're unsure what was, apart from the grass cutting at the bottom of the drive. Maybe it would help to have an email stating what has been achieved at a visit with photos for customers like us who are not always present for the visit. We were under the impression that the maintenance of the gardening would all be managed by Eazygarden, in terms of planning what to do when to stay on top of things our experience has been a little different to that.

Tom at Easy Garden was superb from start to finish. The service we received from EG was great and we could not be happier. Despite some setbacks that were completely out of Toms control, he sought to resolve the problem and did so in a diligent and professional manner, always ensuring we were happy at every step of the way.
