Colin has been extremely unreliable. We paid him for measurements and kitchen drawings in January 2025, it's June 2025 and yet, No drawings, and measurements have been delivered. He just went Ghost (silent) despite many follow ups. This was someone who we wanted to renovate our kitchen but decided to 'test' him and start with a small piece of work and He disappointed us badly.

Considerate of noise etc when fitting kitchen which we were working at home. Good products and attention to detail.

Contacted Colin following a minor problem with a wall cabinet, five minutes after the email was sent Colin called us arrange to come around in about fifteen minutes. Fifteen minutes later Colin arrived, a glass of cold water & and an hour later all fixed. Great service, only a minor issue but brilliant responce.😎

Engaged to update our kitchen. Colin has years of experience and is well versed in current trends and suppliers. He is able to offer a broad range of products. Agreed a plan and budget. Colin is very meticulous in his work, cannot fault the finish, but it does take time. Patience is required.

Colin came to our rescue. The original oven we had ordered had to go back, when I reordered the company could deliver but not install before Christmas, so I contacted Colin and he came the same day as the 2nd oven arrived and installed it (should have asked Colin at the start) 😊 Colin also rejigged our kitchen a few years ago, so it now goes around 3 walls instead of 2, still so pleased with that too 😊 We can now have a proper Christmas dinner 🎄 We will always use Colin in future.......thanks again Colin Our best regards Sue & Graham

GREAT EXPERIENCE & RESULTS! From the start Redwood were super helpful coming up with multiple design options for our situation. It was great to be able to decide up front how we wanted things to work and to be prompted on things we would never have considered properly. We were offered a range of great product options to choose from and we are really happy with what turned up on the day of delivery. Everything was great an well within our budget too. Everything was installed with great care and attention to detail putting all our concerns at ease. The fitter helped to inspect the deliveries that came and he even got us a replacement sink unit due to some damage that I would have never spotted until it was too late. Thanks!! They even took care of our flooring which is insanely good too, so happy with that! Overall we are left with a great Kitchen and a much improved home life thanks to Redwood kitchens. When I share our experience with others it makes me feel like we defiantly chose the right company. Good service, good products, good price, no nonsense. Pictures will follow once I get round finishing the decor. Sadly that task is left to me :)

Colin Redwood Kitchens With a “tired” kitchen to refurbish, Redwood Kitchens where brought to our attention, a company based in Reading. This was not going to be a complete refit for the appointed Team therefore a flexible approach to our requirements and ideas was essential. Meeting with Colin from Redwood soon produced two options within our budget with competitive prices for labour and the supply of quality products and materials for both options. Colin was happy to work with either option, we just needed to make the choice for styles and textures. Time scales where agreed and work commenced shortly after where professional workmanship was obvious from the outset to include additional thought as to how the family activities would continue during the refit. Throughout Redwoods work the level of disruption was also well below what we expected and a great help to normal daily life. Within the allotted time scale we where presented with a refurbished kitchen which matched and exceeded our expectations from the brief we had given to Colin in the outset. The final price also matched the original option that we had chosen so no last minute disappointments. We had a new kitchen better than we planned for with the “Wow” factor. Colin replaced the plinth heater in my kitchen. So a small job but nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service and a very pleasant accommodating person too. I will be in touch with him when my kitchen needs replacing
