First class service

Nice helpful staff but expensive solutions offered.

I’m the sole Plasterer for this wonderful company and have been for the last ten years. I’ve never come across anything other than praise and admiration for our work as a team which starts in the showroom and then passes to us the trades and installers. Every detail is thought out and discussed with the very valued customers. There satisfaction is of the highest importance and i’m very proud to be a part of this fantastic team.

Did a mediocre job after making us wait for several weeks with no indication of any progress and we had to call them up numerous times just to get them back on track. We have had to get someone else to finish it off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Lisa, as you know we have been following on fitting flooring for your customers after your fantastic teams have completed some amazing looking Bathrooms and Kitchens, on every job that we have ever done for you the feed back that we get from your customers is one of high praise indeed, they tell us of the excellent customer service that they have received from you and all of your team in your beautiful showroom to the installers

I want to thank Lisa and her team for their assistance recently. I have had the pleasure of working alongside Lisa and her team at the kitchen and bathroom place Twyford. As well as using their services, I have never had any issues. The team are very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Lisa and her team. A. Holland Wokingham

I found Lisa, Fitz and the team to be extremely helpful, supportive and attentive to my needs and requirements. They designed, built and fitted my dream bathroom for me and were in regular communication throughout the process to keep me in the loop of what was going on. Soooooooo pleased with my bathroom now that I never want to leave! Would happily recommend Kitchen & Bathroom Place to anyone wanting not just a great Kitchen or Bathroom, but a great experience.
