ET Lorem

Myself and a friend visited a kitchen show as I was renovating a property and we came across a German kitchen manufacturer called Rotpunkt that really impressed. I contacted them directly and they passed my details on to Jade at Et Lorem. I had during that time also visited several other design studios offering different German and English manufactured kitchens. After a few visits to Et Lorems Studio in Reading we came up with a design that I loved. Jade, Richard and the whole team have been very supportive right the way through the design and installation process. Purchasing a new kitchen is a significant investment in both financial terms and can be quite intrusive in terms of your day to day living during the installation. I am pleased to say that our installation was a breeze and the fitters were booked in and arrived on time as per the chosen dates. They were polite, efficient and very tidy removing every scrap of packaging and dust which is inevitable when installing a kitchen. The after sales care has also been 5 star as I needed an additional light fitted and another drawer which was something I wanted once the kitchen had been installed. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was booked in, organised and fitted leaving me with my dream kitchen that I am now loving to cook in. I would highly recommend Et Lorem if you are at a stage where you want to put pen to paper and commit to making a purchase. Another nice thing was at the design stage there was no hard sell as they just wanted me to feel happy and confident in my design and appliance choices. I hope this review is of help and trust me if they were not professional in every way I would not be typing this as I sit here in my new beautiful kitchen.

The kitchen is beautiful the design amazing and attention to detail is evident everywhere from handles to worktops and the paint finish The company are ready to assist with any issues and are thorough and prompt I can fully recommend this company

My husband and I attended a 'Discovery Lunch' by Outside Design at Et Lorem luxury kitchen showroom in Reading. We consider ourselves to be experts in BNG however we found the talk incredibly useful for future self build projects. The talk was insightful and thought provoking, we particularly enjoyed the part about how to design an outdoor space for sale. Afterwards Natasha showed us to the worktop section in the kitchen showroom which contains a vast range of worktops in various materials including Cosentino, Silestone and natural stone inc marble. We'll be be getting a quote for the houses we're building in Nottingham - thank you Et Lorem.

We got in touch with Et Lorem to provide us with a kitchen design and were so impressed with the plans they put together. They also helped to put us in touch with a company who could do all the prep works and so it really felt like a seamless process. The finished product is a kitchen that we are so happy with and we cannot recommend the team enough.

Jamie, of Et Lorem Ltd, was recommended to us by our builder as the perfect choice for our new kitchen design and build and we have not been disappointed. He arrived and coaxed out of us what were our 'essential must haves', our 'loves' and our 'definite dislikes' and went away to design what has turned out to be our 'perfect' kitchen. Jamie has a wealth of knowledge at his fingertips and was able to come up with a near perfect plan very quickly, and then patiently worked with us as we honed in on what we really wanted having seen the initial designs. The planning is, of course, the first stage of a long process - he patiently waited whilst our build caught up (BREXIT/COVID had meant some materials were hard to come by) and then his wonderful fitters arrived and neatly, methodically, and happily built the dream. After a 'sparkle clean' we were ready to move in and not a day goes by without me looking around in wonder at what has been created. We had a couple of very minor 'niggles' with one of the appliances which were dealt with very quickly and efficiently and overall we are very impressed both with the quality of the product and the customer service. I would highly recommend this kitchen company to anyone wanting to create something rather special.
