Elements Kitchens

Jansen our designer was very knowledgeable and patient with our many options and choices. We had an elements kitchen already and were modifying and adding to what we already had, quite a challenge but we are delighted with the results. The service we received from Andy Morgan was exceptional. His knowledge and expertise was invaluable when seeking advice and he sorted issues promptly.

We have been using Elements for our kitchens over the last 25 years and cannot fault them for both quality and design! Our most recent experience, and in particular with our designer Sam, has been superb. She knew exactly what we wanted within 10 minutes of our first interaction, and the design that followed did not disappoint. Their customer service has always been excellent, as have their kitchens. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen!

Sam has been absolutely fantastic. She has created a wonderful kitchen design for us; on budget and with incredible thought and precision. We know we are going to throughly enjoy our new kitchen space and any guests will be delighted. We will, without hesitation, recommend both Sam and Elements to all our friends and family should they consider a new kitchen.

Elloise and Andy have been brilliant from start to finish making our experience very stress free , we changed our minds on more then one occasion and it was never a problem , Elloise always took the time too amend our drawings and make sure we was happy .

I had an Elements kitchen installed 6 years ago and have been really pleased with it. I have recently contacted Elements again to assist in installing a new washing machine. I initially spoke with Elloise and she was great. She took the time to understand what i was looking for and was prompt with a quote and any queries I had. Andy managed the details of the installation and was really good at keeping me informed on when to expect the installation. The team who came to install the machine were extremely thorough and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Elements Kitchens.

Our kitchen was bought from and installed by Elements nearly 20 years ago. We have had no problems or faults with it in that time until recently there was a problem with one of the large kitchen drawers. Elements kindly fixed it at no cost. What great after care service and thanks to Jansen and his workshop colleagues for their help.

Where do I start? Robert has been a true star. From our initial chats about our dream kitchen, to the day of signing the paperwork. I would recommend Robert - and Elements - to anyone. They go above and beyond, offer brilliant service and really understand what you personally need from a kitchen. Brilliant stuff.

In the midst of chaos in a double family move, going to see Sam Thompson at Elements in Reading was an island of calm! She saw us through the whole process of designing and ordering our new kitchen with friendliness and excellent understanding of all our options.

We were delighted to find the Elements showroom - beautiful and extensive displays of kitchens that felt a step up from other showrooms we have seen. The staff were friendly and helpful and provide good coffee! Robert was great when putting together a plan. Look out for the cookery / demo days to see the kitchens in action, very useful (and delicious!)

We are really delighted with our new kitchen. Throughout the design process with Jansen, to the installation managed by Adam, Elements gave an excellent service. All the tradesman who contributed showed pride in their work and were a pleasure to have at our house. A great team.

We're still at the design stage, but so far we can't fault the customer service at Elements Kitchens. Gina Napolitano has helped us through every stage of the process, never making us feel rushed and taking time to explain everything, even making sure our children are well looked after on our visits to the showroom!

The planning and design process with Sam was first class. Sam took our somewhat contradictory design ideas and guided us to our final design, still with options that we could adjust to keep within budget as the project progressed. The showroom is stunning and also helped us picture the scale of our kitchen.

Elements have recently completed work on our full kitchen remodel and did a brilliant job. They designed the kitchen, then scheduled and organised all work required to make it happen (I.e. ripping out the existing kitchen/floor, plastering, painting, flooring, electrics and installation). The various subcontractors were fantastic and did excellent and precise work, and Brendan and Mark (the Elements team) made sure everything went smoothly. We are very happy with the end result and would happily recommend Elements to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen :)

Edit 21/5/24: I have since had an appointment with David Wilson who was superb. So faith restored. I cannot quite understand this establishment. I attended a design appointment and when trying to re-arrange a follow up appointment, I left 3 messages but to no avail. Perhaps unusually their profit margins are so high they do not need my business..?

We are very pleased with our new kitchen from Elements. Gina was very patient with us through the design process and the installation went smoothly. I would recommend Elements if you want the whole process to be managed and arranged for you.

My husband and I had a great experience with Elements Kitchens and we are really pleased with the end result. When we first visited Elements kitchen, we were really impressed by the service we were offered. We were greeted by Rasa who became our kitchen designer. Rasa was friendly, took time to explain the process, the variety and quality of kitchens available to us. She really listened to what I wanted and paid great attention to detail and was able to translate the vision of my dream kitchen on to an executable design and drawings. She even visited my house at the initial design stage to get a good understanding of the space we were working with. This was a significant size project which tool 3 months to complete and involved removal of a load bearing wall in the kitchen area, installing new drainage, blocking up of 2 existing side windows, moving of side access door and finally, installing a high spec kitchen. From start to finish, the team had been amazing and it was a pleasure to work with them. Project management from Peter was second to none. He is really knowledgeable on the building work and had been very proactive in managing the work, always getting back to me promptly on all my queries. Peter visited the site regularly and ensured that work progressed to plan. Communication was great! I was kept informed at all times on the progress and challenges. All the tradesmen assigned to the project were brilliant. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and the end result is stunning. They were also professional, friendly, really engaging with us and they made sure we were happy every step of the way. Thanks to Elements Kitchens, I now have my dream kitchen/diner! Friends and family are really impressed with the transformation and I am now able to entertain in my new kitchen diner.

When we first visited Elements kitchens we were really impressed by the service we were offered. The staff were friendly, took time to explain the process, the variety & quality of kitchens to view and the options available to us were amazing. As a result we booked an appointment where we then first Rasa, our designer. Rasa was friendly and engaging, taking time to listen to our brief for a new kitchen which incorporated significant building works. Rasa and the team oversaw the project from start to finish keeping us appraised of timescales, planning and coordination of various trades. This project was a complicated and challenging one for the Elements team, as it involved a complete kitchen rip out, structural building works to incorporate large bifold doors and the completion of a brand new kitchen and utility room which required all new electrics and plumbing. Rasa’s design was perfect, fulfilling the brief we outlined at the start. The attention to detail was incredible including an integrated tv system. Rasa made herself available throughout the project and the whole Elements team were outstanding. The communication from start to finish was great. The builders who were contracted by Elements were also outstanding. They were professional, friendly and hard working and a pleasure to have in our home over a 3 month period. Our family and friends who have seen our new kitchen are super impressed. We can’t fault Elements and highly recommend them as an outstanding kitchen design and installation business.

Extremely pleased with our Kitchen from Elements. Gina was very helpful in discussing the design, identifying features we hadn't thought of to enhance its use and ensuring that we used available space efficiently. Dan ensured that the fitting process went smoothly and immediately sorted out any issues. Kevin the kitchen fitter ensured that the units were fitted correctly to the plan and had great attention to detail. We contracted Elements to do a complete installation of a new kitchen from start (ripping out the old kitchen) to completion (all decorating and everything working). They far exceeded our expectations. At the outset they went to great lengths to ensure we were happy with what they were proposing and that it met our requirements. At no stage did we feel that anything was being ‘pushed onto us’. They ensured that we were entirely happy with every little detail before we signed a contract. On signing the contract an insurance policy was taken out to cover us against losing any monies paid up front in the unlikely event of the company going ‘bust’. This was one of the factors in our choosing Elements, because all the rest of the companies we spoke to offer little or no protection for our money for this eventuality. The start date was agreed for when we wanted and we were provided with an outline timetable of activities to completion which was adhered to, apart from some ‘minor’ slippage towards the end, which was almost inevitable with a project of this nature. Most of the work was carried out by Elements own staff, except for more ‘specialist’ work like the Quartz worktops, electrical work and plastering. The quality of the work was exceptional (even with the sub-contractors, which is not always the case). We found that the workers were very friendly and took considerable pride in their work – we couldn’t fault anything they did. They also thought beyond their particular job and often advised us to consider things (arising later in the work) which we hadn’t thought about. It was a refreshing change to find that such work could be done so well, as our experience on other similar works was that contractors would ‘cut corners’ and do as little as they thought they could get away with. We felt that the ethos within the whole of Elements was one of doing an exceptional good job and this ran right throughout the organisation. They were an exceptional company, setting a standard, to which others should aspire. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them to other people. Mike & Fiona

This is a fantastic company to deal with. Great designs and suggestions, but worked to my requirements and budget. Gina took a lot of time and effort to get the design right for my kitchen extension and the pre-work paid off with the installation team, led by Peter, doing a brilliant job of getting it in place within the time quoted. The dedication to providing a quality finish is excellent and the completed effect is amazing. I can't thank them all enough!

Our experience with Elements was faultless. Their knowledge and experience made the process of planning a kitchen through to the fitting of the new kitchen an absolute stress free joy. The new kitchen is beautifully made and is a truly lovely layout and quite a show stopper and topic of conversation. We just signed off our new kitchen with Elements and are very pleased with the results. They offer useful advice on design, managed the whole project effectively, and really attended to details. They are not the cheapest kitchen company, but they stick to the quote and their products are of very high quality. We used Elements because they offered a complete package, not just fitting the kitchen units. Our project included building work, removal of a wall, levelling off the floor, repositioning radiators and rewiring with replacement lighting. Their showroom is fantastic and gives you lots of ideas. The Design and planning process was a joy with the option to change things as we went along. Their design software gave us a realistic picture of how the kitchen would look. We knew there was going to be a lot of disruption, but the builders were brilliant and worked quickly, taking us through everything they were doing. I am very fussy about quality and finish and detail, and they accommodated minor changes as the project proceeded and worked with me to solve problems. The plumber, electrician, plasterers and decorator were all really good at their job and were great to work with. Not once did I feel I wasn’t getting what I wanted. Yes we had a few problems, this project was carried out during lockdown so this was to be expected and Elements worked through these and kept me informed at all times. We love our new kitchen/dining area and would recommend Elements to anyone considering a new kitchen.

We had our kitchen remodelled and converted into an open plan kitchen diner. Jacob Neal, David Wilson and the rest of team at Elements are a truly professional bunch. The communication was excellent throughout the project, and the quality of the work was fabulous, with an unparalled attention to detail. No stone was left unturned in ensuring that the final product was exactly the one that we had envisaged! Would definitely use them again!

The patience, knowlege and help during the design phase was superb. This would have been a 5 star review but we encountered some significant issues in the early phases of the installation. However, the management response to these issues was superb and the second half of the installation was everything that we had hoped for originally. The attention to detail is excellent and the overall result is fabulous.

We chose Elements to undertake the work of creating a large kitchen/diner. Works included removing an internal load bearing wall, inserting a steel beam and fitting a new kitchen. They project managed everything from beginning to end and the project manager was with us every step of the way, dealing quickly with any queries as they arose. We also worked closely with the designer who took great care to understand our needs and ensure that we achieved exactly what we wanted. Everyone was very professional and friendly and gave some great advice along the way. We are delighted with the new space which has been created and the quality and finish of the kitchen. We have no hesitation in recommending Elements to anyone planning a new kitchen.

We remodelled our house and intend to stay put a long time... and the new kitchen was to be a huge part of it. So we were very careful about choosing which kitchen company to use. We eventually chose Elements as we felt that they had really good options for providing an 'in frame' look and feel without having to pay the super high end prices of many more bespoke kitchen companies, and we very much liked the whole design and selection process. Now we're through the last year of pain with the building works, various issues, and kitchen fit. We love the new house, and love the new kitchen. Looking back, without a doubt the easiest and most hassle free part of the whole experience was definitely dealing with Sara, Sarah, and Simon the main fitter from Elements. The quality and workmanship is outstanding and the end result is stunning. A great company to have used.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience of working with Elements Kitchens, thanks to the whole team. They were recommended by an architect and the kitchen is in our new newly built house in Buckinghamshire. The whole team were very helpful and one person who stood out for us is the designer David Wilson who so incredibly helpful and brought all of his technical knowledge and expertise to the table. I had my German kitchen installed last week absolutely stunning, I would like to thank all the team for their updates, advice and professionalism. Regards our fitter Darren, his workmanship is total quality and one of the nicest guys you could meet, a great asset to the company. I have never written a review before but was so impressed with the result I can not recommend Elements Kitchens highly enough, anyone looking for a new kitchen just pop in there showroom it is well worth the visit.

Kitchen fitter was very professional, our new island matches our kitchen and looks great.I'd recommend the quality of Elements to anyone. Customer service could be better but overall we're pleased.

Our kitchen was completed 18 months ago, were very happy with the finished product but along the way there were questions on the design and quote! There were two issues after the finish date, both of the issues were completed to our satisfaction. I can recommend elements kitchen, one need to check the design an cost. Happy 25 years to element kitchen.

Hello All Honest feedback, they are not good for the price they quote.. bought a house where the kitchen was installed by them paid around 27K by the previous owners and I paid premium on the house price just because of the look of the kitchen.. the worktop is quartz( Better than granite) is what they claimed.. started developing cracks within 3.5 years, called them and they said its out of warranty and we cannot cover it.. 2 people turned up both said its because its not properly installed and they are not willing to honour it. absolutely poor customer service.. My suggestion don't go for them
