We’re really pleased with our new kitchen from SKO Kitchens in Leeds. Harry was fantastic from the very beginning. He was friendly, approachable and really easy to work with, and he took the time to understand what we wanted from the kitchen. His design was excellent, and what’s particularly pleasing is that the finished kitchen has come together exactly as he designed it. Everything fits really well and the layout works brilliantly for us. The quality of the kitchen units is very good and, now that everything is finished, the whole kitchen looks stunning. SKO have also been good to deal with during installation. There were a few parts that were missed from the original delivery, but they have been very helpful in arranging for these to be sent out, which has made the whole process much easier. We also thought the pricing for the appliances was very competitive and, so far, we’re very happy with them. Overall, we’ve had a really positive experience with SKO and would definitely recommend them. A big thank you to Harry for designing such a great kitchen and making the whole process so easy and enjoyable.

Outstanding customer service from SKO Leeds from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they had endless patience with my thousands of questions, ideas and changes, but always dealt with them with a smile. I chose SKO after visiting dozens of kitchen showrooms and suppliers, from the major household names such as Magnet, Wickes, Howdens and Wren Kitchens to smaller specialist kitchen fitters, but I kept coming back to SKO Leeds because of the quality of the kitchens, the choice of styles, the straightforward pricing and, above all, the people. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, no wobbly cupboards or flimsy drawers and none of the gimmicky “50% off” offers or hidden extras. Just good, old-fashioned Yorkshire customer service, genuinely helpful advice and clear, honest pricing that helped us create exactly the kitchen we wanted. I can’t speak highly enough of SKO Kitchens Leeds. Harry was excellent from our first visit. He gave us some great advice on the design as was patient with us when we changed our minds and wanted to look at an alternative kitchen and also when we had to delay our delivery date. My son is a joiner/kitchen fitter (for a national supplier) and was initially dubious that the quality would be good enough for the price, he was very impressed with SKO. He was extremely complimentary about the quality of the cabinets, the clear and detailed design plan and fitting instructions. He genuinely thought I was joking about the price I paid as the kitchen quality is that good!! In short, I highly recommend SKO, if you’re looking for a high quality kitchen for a reasonable price then you don’t need to look any further, give Harry a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I honestly can’t recommend SKO Kitchens enough! They’ve delivered exceptional service for both my kitchen and utility room, as well as additional kitchen units later on. Every experience has been seamless. Mark is unbelievably helpful no request is ever too much, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything works for you. What I really appreciated was that the design was tailored to my needs, rather than just what the designer thought it should look like. Their pricing has always been competitive, and the quality speaks for itself. A special mention to Nigel, the joiner he’s an absolute angel! He fixed so many mistakes left by my private joiner and made sure everything was perfect. Our kitchen is absolutely incredible, better than we ever could’ve imagined. Harry looked after us at Leeds site where, at times, played marriage guidance counsellor to help find a compromise as both my husband and I had very different ideas of what we wanted. I have to say with Harry’s expertise and advice we designed the most amazing kitchen. The fitters were amazing too, the speed and accuracy to which they worked was nothing short of brilliant. Even when we decided to add an extra cupboard mid fit, both Harry & Sean the fitter worked with us to make it happen. I cannot recommend SKO enough, they were brilliant from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with my kitchen - Harry in the Leeds showroom was lovely, very friendly and considerate of my budget. The wait time was 6 weeks which was better than some quotes I got from popular chains, it was also the cheapest yet best quality out of all the companies I went to. I also used their third party fitters who completed the kitchen in 2 weeks, from ripping out the old one to finishing the new one. Sean was really helpful and kept me in the loop with everything they were doing. They also had the cheapest fitting costs of all the quotes I got. Would highly recommend!

Sko designer Harry Bairstow came out to measure for a much needed new kitchen refurbishment. He was punctual and thorough and planned the kitchen to our needs and budget with no issues. The quality of the cabinets were better than any other company we looked at and the price was comparable .We are so glad we we chose SKO and I wished we had gone to them straightaway.

First class service from Richard and the team, Multiple site visits, re draws, change of minds, add on's all met with a smile, The price was the cherry on top of the cake. Its not all about price but we had more units with them and they still beat my other quote by £9000 !!

No pushy sales, well made units, Harry at the Leeds branch came out measured did a design, then with a little tweaking turned our ideas in to a reality. Harry got us a fitter when ours let us down, Danni did a very good job installing the unit's & was the best tradesman we had during this makeover for cleaning up after he'd finished, had all the right equipment I:E dust extraction on his Saw's. We would have no hesitation in recommending S.K.O to anyone.

We had a very positive experience with SKO. Aaron designed our kitchen and media wall and was such a pleasure to work with. He helped us with choices but we didn't feel pressured at all, he encouraged us to take our time and used his product knowle dge to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The service from start to finish was perfect, staff very friendly and delivery on time. The delivery guys were great, even when they had steps and small doorways to negotiate. The finished kitchen and media wall looks absolutely fantastic, we are so pleased, I can't believe this is my home! Thank you so much SKO, I will recommend them to anyone.

We were impressed with the service we received at SKO. Richard was great at helping us design our dream kitchen and was always on hand to answer questions and follow ups. We used Karl one of their recommended fitters who was brilliant and organised the plumber and electrician etc meaning the installation ran smoothly. We love the finished kitchen and quality is amazing.

Plenty of choice regarding worktops, cabinets, doors, etc. and the prices are very competitive. The whole process from the beginning, getting a quote through to choosing the kitchen and appliances and then fitting was smooth and straightforward. Harry at the Leeds showroom was very helpful when we were choosing colours and materials. He explained clearly each step of the process and was available to answer any questions. Excellent service from Launa no pushy sales tactics at all can't wait for June for our new kitchen to be fitted . Still got issues from install installation director been out and confirmed issues but never been back to rectify .First impressions was good but no back up when issues arise .

Kitchen review We selected SKO to transform our kitchen in 2023 and what a fantastic choice that turned out to be. The service that we received throughout was first class. Launa at the Leeds showroom was our initial contact and was responsible for coming up with the design based on some basic requirements we had. Launa invested time to capture attention to the smallest detail and came up with a design that could only be described as a first class masterpiece which far exceeded our expectations. Very professional. Sean Holmes was our appointed fitter, who provided an excellent service throughout. His superb workmanship transformed our tired kitchen / dining room into one fabulous kitchen and dining area. Sean used his own choice of workmen to deal with the plastering, electrics and plumbing, all of which proved to be first class professionals. Seans own apprentice, Connor, should also take credit for an excellent job well done. ( We have since used Shaun Dolby, the plumber to fit more radiators to our property - excellent service and highly recommendable) We did have one small defect to tackle with the breakfast bar. This was quickly resolved by Launa, resulting in a replacement. Whilst this did take a little time to remanufactured, it has recently been replaced by Sean and Connor. We have a fabulous new kitchen that we are immensely pleased with. Needless to say we would recommend SKO for their professional and caring after service, not to mention their highly competitive prices.

Excellent service received by the store designer in Leeds. A few issues along the way were resolved quickly , no hesitation in recommending to others. The finished kitchen looks fabulous.

We got our kitchen from the Leeds store and we are really pleased with it! The customer service was brilliant from start to finish! Launa was our design consultant and she is clearly very experienced in the area and made great recommendations and offered advice and suggestions around things we hadn’t even thought about! We absolutely love our kitchen and have had so many compliments on it! The prices are so reasonable too!! We would use SKO again in future and would definitely recommend to others!! SKO we have finally finished our kitchen and we are extremely pleased with how it has turned out. I stumbled across SKO Kitchens after seeing a Facebook post and as it turned out I worked very close by so called in for a look. I’m very happy that I did as the service I have received has been fantastic. I would especially like to thank Launa at the Leeds branch for her patience and work in getting our order just right as we were having to work the plan around building work. Her communication throughout and dealing with my queries was second to none and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional service. The quality of the units is very good and a couple of base units were reduced depth due to our fireplace which SKO accommodated without issue. We fitted the kitchen ourselves due to the building work but even with this in mind SKO were happy to advise on any fitting issues we came across. I would definitely recommend SKO to others and thank you for making our kitchen a reality.

To be fair, the quality of kitchen cabinets is really good. However, the SKO Approved Installer assigned to us is not professional at all. Instead of putting customers first, the so called "Approved" installer just wanted to make sure he got the job done so he could do 2 more kitchen fitting jobs within a week. We had asked him to leave the kickboards so our LVT installer could do the work, but he forgot, which made us pay extra to the LVT installer. He left his unfinished work (for example, a visible gap between 2 cornices not yet painted properly) and his tools (2 bottles of soft drink, a tape measure, a bucket, unused material, etc.) behind and asked us to pay him money by bank transfer. Totally irresponsible! I hope SKO actively reviews the quality of their Approved Installers to ensure the service is up to the same standard as their beautiful kitchen cabinets.

I genuinely believe the best kitchen company ever. Do not overlook them. From the start and throughout, Harry has been a constant support and guidance all the way. SKO delivered everything intact on time. Unfortunately I got my own fitters that butchered it twice and had to be fitted 3 times. I do not know what I would have done without Lee (Installation Director) plus Brandon and Scott (fitters). They have been amazing. The kitchen is of so high quality and I love it. I did get 2 other high profile kitchen companies in to quote and I thank my lucky stars I went with them. Check out the showroom

Harry Bairstow Design Consultant at SKO Kitchens Leeds is & was exceptionally professional and very pleasant in helping my husband Phillip Mason design our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for Harry & he wasn't pushy at all which we liked. Harry explained all aspects of the appliances & units we choose in full detail. The units are of a very high standard. We can honestly say that Harry did a fantastic job and we would highly recommend you use SKO Kitchens see Harry if you're looking for a new kitchen. Harry came out to measure the space and took into consideration all our needs and wants providing drawings that enhanced our vision. The quality of the product and fitters was first class, we had a minor fault with one of the doors which was rectified within an agreed timeframe. This is for SKO kitchens in leeds and I would like to start off by apologising to Harry at SKO for the late review. We received our kitchen last November after a sit down with Harry who designed our new kitchen layout . From the off Harry was very knowledgeable and offered some good advice on a few issues we had from our own design, after a few changes we agreed to get our kitchen from them.....I was a bit dubious at first thinking about handing over the best part of £17000 because we hadn't heard about SKO until the wife wandered into the showroom while we were looking for tiles next door ....I couldn't have been more wrong ....very professional company we received our delivery on the 1st of November...on time and not a thing missing...not even a screw , the lads who delivered it were great. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Once again Harry apologies for the late review.

I wanted to share my excitement and gratitude to SKO Kitchens Leeds. Having gone through various kitchen providers, big and small, none could provide me with what I wanted at a cost that was reasonable to us. After many unsuccessful attempts to get a good kitchen deal, I came by SKO Kitchens. I gave Launa the lady I dealt with a description of what I wanted , which was a designer- high end kitchen for the price of a mid range one. Boy did she deliver!! Launa did provide a few ideas and with a few tweaks of mine, we managed to get the perfect kitchen. The few things that won me over were the Ash wooden doors ( which were a must for quality) the painted doors in a bespoke colour, the various intelligent spaces we were able to get, such as a coffee and a bar station, the many cool appliances, as well as the price which was really good.. put it this way the exact same kitchen from a few family run businesses with MDF doors(German doors apparently) were £11k more!- why have msg when you can get wooden doors!! I cannot recommend SKO Kitchens Enough!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from SKO. In comparison to the "market leaders" they were head and shoulders above them. We had 3 companies come out to design and quote for a whole new kitchen including all new appliances. From the start, Harry from the Leeds showroom was very attentive and listened to what we wanted. He did the design that met all of our needs including an awkward corner, which the other companies didn't come up with a solution for, and a bespoke cabinet to surround the boiler. He also came up with a double height door for the under stair pantry to match the rest of the kitchen. SKO are not pushy like the other companies were (one of which was still sending me emails and texts weeks after I had told them we were going with someone else, in fact even after SKO had finished the new kitchen for us, so I am glad we didn't go with them as they obviously don't listen). Harry did a cracking job throughout the process, the delivery guys were spot on, on time and very pleasant. Then it came to fitting with SKO's in house fitters (Andy and Eric). Top lads, hard workers and couldn't do enough for us. The kitchen is beautifully designed (and better quality than what we saw elsewhere!), fitted and finished and the fitters even did a couple of extra bits for us while here (for example they cut a bit of left over worktop to provide us with a bespoke shelf to fit into that awkward corner - I just need to put it up now). I would highly recommend SKO and have done to friends, who are now looking at renewing their kitchens after seeing how good ours looks! To top it all off SKO's price was better than the other 2 companies. The quotes came back all around the same kind of ballpark however SKO's price included the fitting so was literally £1000s cheaper!!!

Well where do I start? We had spent hours in another well known kitchen outlet and when we arrived home and stood in our kitchen imagining what it would look like we were very under whelmed. It just didn`t give us the wow factor that we were craving. We then found out about SKO in Leeds. What a difference walking into their store has made to our lives. We booked an appointment with Harry Bairstow and lets just say he had his work cut out. We were very specific about what we wanted but soon realised it would not be practical in the space we had. Even though the other outlet were willing to do what we`d asked! Harry`s knowledge & expertise was 2nd to none. He wasn`t pushy. He wasn`t encouraging us to spend extortionate amounts of money. He advised us what was the best fit for the space we had and then talked us through all the different finishes and products. Explaining as he went along, what features 1 product had compared to another. He knew all the products. He knew exactly what was available for delivery and what wasn`t. Advising us that yes we could have the "slide and hide" oven that I so wanted but we could be waiting over 8 months for it! That is what I expect from a sales person. The last thing I would want would be to order something and then be told it`s not available for months. He gave us a delivery date and a fitting date and both were carried out exactly as planned. He was quite simply amazing in what he did for us. We are absolutely thrilled to bits with our new kitchen and it gives us the wow factor we were after every time we walk in it. We are the envy of all our friends. They cannot believe how fantastic the kitchen looks. We cannot thank Harry & SKO kitchens enough. We have our dream kitchen that we so wanted and it was much cheaper than the other place and it`s also better quality and made better. I would also like to thank Shaun & Connor, the SKO fitters. They had a tough job but you could see right from the start that they knew what they were doing. They were on the phone to Harry checking everything as they went along. Nothing was too much trouble. They turned up every day before 8.00am and only left when they were at a suitable finishing point for that day. I`m so glad that we used SKO`s own fitters because just like Harry, they know their products and what they`re dealing with. Also, the Granite suppliers, again recommended by SKO kitchens. They have made the kitchen look even more spectacular. Overall, as you can probably imagine, we are ecstatic over our new kitchen. I look around it everyday smiling to myself. We have no hesitation in recommending SKO and all their trusted suppliers. If you want the wow factor in your home then SKO is most definitely the place to go. Happened upon this kitchen company by sheer chance, and am so glad I did. I had been round all the well known large chain kitchen companies and when I visited the showroom at SKO Leeds I knew straight away that the quality of both the kitchens, and the service would be hard to beat. They have supplied us with our dream kitchen, (we used our own fitter) and we are thrilled with the quality of the cabinets and the doors, even the joiner was impressed with the standard of kitchen. The price was extremely competitive and they did a free detailed quote, without being pushy. By far though, the best thing about SKO Leeds was the service we received from Mark and Harry. They both helped enormously with creating the perfect kitchen space, and accommodated all the changes I made along the way (sorry!). I really cannot say enough good things about my experience with SKO Leeds and have recommended them to all my friends and family. Should I ever need another kitchen in the future I would definitely return, though I’m sure my new kitchen will not need replacing for many years to come! Thanks SKO Leeds!

Harry was very helpful and patient in adapting the design to suit our needs. The quality of the units are excellent they are well manufactured and very sturdy.
