So happy with our second kitchen from Carringtons who were happy to work with us to preserve original features and achieve what we wanted. Some problems along the way as with any big project were dealt with quickly to get the job done, thanks!

We have recently used Carringtons for a galley kitchen to open plan kitchen diner renovation. There was no pushy sales or upselling, just a genuine customer centred experience, and creating the perfect space within the budget available. In what was a significant change, we couldn’t have felt more at ease, with confidence Carringtons were taking care of everything; from building work, windows and doors, plastering, plumbing, electrics, kitchen fit, tiling to flooring. From start to finish every member of the team was exceptional, and we would not hesitate to recommend Carringtons to anyone considering a kitchen renovation!

The service from Carringtons, from Shan in the shop to their kitchen fitter, Danny, was excellent. When there were problems (and we always seem to have them when having a kitchen done), Shan or Danny sorted them promptly. We highly recommend this company and if you do use them, we don't think you'll be disappointed.

Absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Carringtons. Every aspect of the process was excellent, from the design & customer service in store, project management & communication, and installation. We wanted a kitchen that was more wheelchair accessible for our daughter, and Carringtons considered our needs at every stage; designing lots of pull out under counter units in the kitchen, having the flooring levelled throughout the kitchen/diner and downstairs bedroom, and ensuring that the disruption to access was kept to a minimum throughout the installation process. Everything was completed to an excellent standard and on schedule, even when we approached them in November wanting a kitchen fitted before Christmas! All at a really competitive price. Excellent thorough service and great quality. Staff were always on it and ensured the project kept moving to time, dealing with the couple of challenges when they came up quickly and with quality. We now have a beautiful new kitchen space in an open plan which is exactly what we were trying to create. All trades brought on to the project were excellent. We’ve recently used Carringtons for our new kitchen. The service, attention to detail and finish has been excellent. The design was just what we wanted and we got good advice on the different products available that enabled us to make an informed decision. Once we’d confirmed we’d like to go ahead, we received regular updates and everything was organised by Carringtons. Adam, who co-ordinated the kitchen build, was great, with seamless organisation of the different trade jobs that needed doing to bring everything together. Would highly recommend for the quality of service, attention to detail, range of products and most importantly the standard of the finished kitchen.

Really delighted with my new kitchen and very pleased I went to Carringtons. Lawrence did a survey the following day after I first contacted them and the plans were ready in two days, the work started in three weeks and was all done in the planned time scale. Lawrence and Georgia were very supportive and helpful throughout and their team were all competent and professional and nice people to have around. Bedroom We had the new kitchen installed three years ago and the review is below this. We decided to have a new fitted bedroom this year. Carringtons, as before, were chosen. Georgia produced the plans and the visuals. Following discussions between us, Georgia and Adam, Georgia made some changes to accommodate what we needed. We didn't need any electrical or other work done but we did need some plastering. Ryan and his assistant did that efficiently and then Adam, who had fitted the kitchen, followed with the fitting of the bedroom. All in all, another job completed efficiently from beginning to end to the customers' satisfaction. It was good to have the continuity of personnel between the two jobs Kitchen We wanted the old kitchen taken out and a new one installed. We wanted someone who would provide the full service, removal of old, installation of new, plastering of walls, tiling of walls and ceiling as well as a new door from the hallway to the kitchen. We found that someone in Carringtons. From the moment we walked into the shop to when Alex came to see us to make sure that we were happy with the finished result we felt that our wishes were met. Lawrence talked us through the design of the kitchen and when we changed our mind about a small item he reduced the bill even though it was our decision to change. To say that Adam was the joiner would be an understatement. As well as doing the joinery, he coordinated the work of the others to fit with his work. Luke did a grand job of the plastering and floor leveling, the gas plumbing from Connor just fitted in seamlessly, and Lee fitted the tiles producing a lovely finish. Whenever we needed to discuss anything Georgia and the other Alex in the office were always helpful and knew who we were. All in all, a professional job and the personal touch producing two very happy and satisfied customers.

We are so happy with our new open plan kitchen/diner, inspirationally created by Carringtons from a small galley kitchen and dining room. From the outset it was clear that the Carringtons team, led by Lawrence, were very professional, dedicated and most of all extremely knowledgeable. We received an excellent level of service throughout the process, from the initial design to the building alterations and finally the fitting of the kitchen. An excellent service in planning and fitting our new kitchen. Lawrence and Georgia spent a considerable time with us in the planning process and helping us make decisions on all aspects to ensure we were able to get everything we wanted. The actual fitting process worked very smoothly to a well designed plan which Carringtons use to get the job done in a two week timeframe. Everyone turned up when they were meant to. Adam the main fitter is to be highly recommended for his work and will find solutions for any small problems encountered. The electricians , plasterers ,and quartz supplier and fitter used were also of a high quality and displayed a professional attitude to their work and a wish to make sure everything was carried out as we requested I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others

We have had complete kitchen and utility refit which from design by Georgia to completion was carried out in a professional and competant manner. A daily schedule of work was provided and kept to. The quality of the units is excellent and the fitting by Adam was first class. Preparation work by the plasterers and electrician was completed on time in accordance with the schedule to a high standard. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend anyone requiring a new kitchen to choose Carringtons.

Delighted with everything from initial plan to completion. We were given a schedule for each day and the work started and completed on the specified days. Adam was kind enough to plumb our washing machine in a temporary spot so we could still use it most of the days which was important for us. We definitely felt we were in safe hands

A thoroughly wonderful experience from initial contact through to completion. The team came up with a great design that fitted our requirements perfectly, at a competitive price. Installation was excellent, with Carringtons taking care of plasterboarding, skimming, electrics, gas (removal), and relocating a radiator, as well as installing the kitchen itself. We was impressed by Carringtons work after they had installed a kitchen for a neighbour, so we approached them to quote for our new kitchen fit out. Nothing was too much trouble for the company from day one, they provided some excellent ideas and design solutions, explained the quote in detail so nothing financially was left to guesswork. The strip out and refit was on time and well managed by Adam onsite, he was also backed up by Alex the install manager who kept us informed throughout while co-ordinating the various trades. Recently had a new kitchen fitted by Carringtons. From day one when we visited the showroom to the finished kitchen we have been very happy with the service. The team did the majority of the work in 2 weeks which is amazing as this included ripping out the old kitchen, knocking down a wall, blocking up a window and doorway, re-plastering, fitting the new flooring as well as installing the new kitchen! Carringtons took away all the stress as they project managed everything. A big thank you to all the team but especially to Adam who is an amazing joiner and works very hard and to Georgia and Alex in the office for answering all our questions very patiently! We had some building work needed to create our knock through kitchen diner, so finding a company that would plan and complete all the work, managing all the various trades and issues, was a massive plus and we always had clear communication regarding the plan and anything that cropped up. I love my new kitchen. The whole experience was very positive from the initial meeting with Lawrence to completion. Each team that came; plasterer, electricians, tiler, floor tiler and unit fitter were all efficient and reliable. We decided to replace the kitchen that was in the house when we bought it two years ago, and convert a pantry into a downstairs toilet. From our ideas Lawrence produced designs, and pictures showing what it would look like, and made suggestions to improve how it would look and work. When it was all agreed there were several weeks of chaos and disruption during which the old kitchen was pulled out and the new one installed. There were so many people that names became mixed up, but a special mention must go to the plasterers, the tiler, and Adam who put it all together. They all good humouredly explained what was happening and what they were going to do next. They also dealt with all issues and occasional changes of plan calmly and without any raised eyebrow, tutting or banging of head on wall, and left everything as clean and tidy as possible when they finished for the day. At the end of it all we were left with a lovely new kitchen, and toilet, that we feel is good value for money. They're not cheap, but they never claimed to be, but they were worth every penny.

Great service from Carringtons. We love our new kitchen and we are recommending their services to anyone who reads this. The products that were supplied to us are top quality and have been installed very well. From start to finish, any of our problems/concerns were responded to rapidly and we are really enjoying this now transformed space.

Carringtons installed our kitchen in early 2022. We're so happy with the kitchen. The finish is great and the plastering etc. is very neat. They managed to fit us in fairly quickly and we even got an upgraded oven for free because the one we chose was not in stock. They have lots of options to choose from, and can help you choose what works for your kitchen. We never felt they tried to 'upsell', instead focusing on giving us the best kitchen for our budget. They managed to fit in some additional storage space above the refrigerator and maximise the space next to an awkward bulkhead. They arranged everything from plastering to electrics, including fitting a new consumer unit and replacing the ceiling lights. We were happy with the price, although we went a bit over budget to go for a quartz worktop which looks perfect.

Carringtons are simply first class, from the design and quotation process to the installation plan and install they are brilliant. “ Polite, professional and slick” from start to finish they are superb! Tell them your ideal budget and they will accommodate and tailor a kitchen that works for you. We are thrilled with our new kitchen. Laurence helped us to design the kitchen we wanted, rather than the kitchen other companies tried to tell us we needed & Adam and the rest of the team were highly skilled and showed great attention to detail throughout the fit.

Carrington's managed our smallish kitchen fit from start to end including all the trades - fitters, plumber, electrician and plasterer. The few issues and queries that arose along the way were addressed immediately and without any quibble. On first contact Lawrence and Georgia were open to our ideas and also firm in their view of what would and what would not work helping us to visualise what our kitchen could look like maximising the space we have. Both Lawrence and Georgia obviously have a great deal of passion in what they do and that shows in their enthusiasm. In contrast we had approached a couple of other local kitchen planners\fitters and they really could not be bothered.

Our kitchen is finally finished, it looks fantastic and we love it. As with all projects some things don’t always go to plan but the last fix problems with electrics have been resolved and we are absolutely delighted. We have to congratulate Carringtons’ team on the system they work to, which meant we knew what would be happening at each stage of the project and that’s really appreciated when you’re cooking on a camping stove in the garage and washing up in the downstairs loo. We have to say a special thankyou to Adam who went out of his way to ensure that everything was perfect, and managed to stay relaxed even after a wasted journey on a Friday evening. Thankyou Adam. Finally It goes without saying, we would recommend Carringtons to anyone who is contemplating a kitchen renovation.

Carringtons were the fourth company we contacted to get a quote/design for our kitchen, we decided to go with Carringtons because they listened to our wants and needs and Georgia was so helpful when we initially came into the showroom to discuss our plans. We’ve just had our kitchen completely refitted and are delighted with the results! A five star design, impeccable service and reliable communication made our kitchen project an enjoyable experience. One thing we needed for our project was some building work prior to fitting the kitchen and luckily Carringtons were able to carry this out too as well as taking care of the project management from start to finish. We were really happy with the service received throughout. We felt this was something missing from your so called ‘high street’ kitchen brands such as Wren, Wickes, Howdens etc who were simply going through the motions with our design process. The family run aspect of the business leaves you feeling with a more personalised service and the team at Carringtons really work with you to get all the little details just right. Communication was first class with regular updates throughout. The team of tradesmen and fitters were all great to work with too and were punctual, polite and tidy. They all worked to a high standard and were very efficient. Overall the finished product we received was just what we were looking for and we are so pleased with the quality. Just had the kitchen/diner restyled. Carringtons staff and the support trades were all excellent. Special mention to Adam who was very dedicated and did an amazing job and to Alex for the on site project management. So I had various quotes. What made me choose carringtons. Firstly they offered a complete service. From design to completion. Second was Lawrence's guidance re my choices and ideas. I had a vision and he made this a reality. The process was quoted to take two weeks and a day. They stuck to this bar a supply issue which was outta of thier control. pre visited with workmen to know what was needed . I feel I have to say Adam I'm in oar.. he came on day one, removed my kitchen stripped out everything and built partition wall. Even with other guys coming and going he was my constant. That first day he worked his little socks of... I'll be eternally grateful. Then Tony came on day two and the wall was out the rsj was in.. another special mention to luke he came on his holibob to plaster the space. Then Adam was back to install and helped with choices, nothing was to much trouble. We have just had a complete kitchen diner renovation completed by Carringtons Interiors. They removed a wall, moved the electric consumer unit, dropped the ceiling and replastered all walls and ceiling. The price was very competitive and all work by the differing tradesmen was completed in a professional manner. We are very pleased with the resulting kitchen and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

I must have contacted around 7 companies to survey, and quote for my complete kitchen refit. Carringtons were by far the most stand-out company among the group. Their in depth survey and discussion around pain points, combined with detailed renders of what the finished product would look like, and a comprehensive breakdown of exactly where the quoted price was coming from put them head and shoulders above the rest. During the project, they kept the site as tidy as possible, and being a bit of a control freak, they were happy to update me on what they were working on, and what the next steps would be. The fitter was excellent and catered for my "house that Jack built", leaving everything snug and level at project completion. Their project management of other high-quality contractors was also fab, I was never in the dark about who would be coming and when. Post-project care has been spot on, and true to their word, they have checked in long after completion to see how everything is holding up. Overall, really happy with every stage of the process and I would highly recommend them above others in the area!

From walking into the showroom to the finished kitchen, Carringtons provided an excellent service. The work was completed to the highest standard and all the trades conducted themselves with great professionalism whilst in our home. A special mention to the fitter Adam. He made a step for our ageing cat to help her through her flap, done to match the style of the kitchen. A small but special touch.

Carringtons provided a first class service from start to finish. Steve came to our home to discuss our thoughts on our new kitchen ideas and measure up. Just a few days later an appointment was made in the showroom where Harry had created the CAD design and Steve sat down and went through every aspect of the kitchen design, allowing us to make any changes ( although for us it was virtually exactly as we wanted). Once agreed, it was only a matter of weeks before Adam, who headed the installation, arrived with a fantastic team of plumbers, electricians, plasterer and tiler. Everyone was extremely professional and kept us up to date with all stages of the fitting. Having a kitchen fitted is quite an upheaval for a family home but throughout the installation process everyone made this as stress-free as possible. Harry was available at all times and I can't recommend Carringtons highly enough for value, service and professionalism. They were also very local to us and it was important to us to provide business to a local firm and you certainly get that care you'd hope for when your kitchen is fitted. Thank you everyone involved. From start to finish I found Harry very professional. He listen to what we wanted and designed our new kitchen which looks absolutely AMAZING. Not only did he organise the kitchen but also he project managed new external windows and doors, internal doors and new radiators throughout our home. He kept us up to date on what was happening. We are really pleased with our new kitchen. It was a dark, relatively small space and Carringtons came up with great solutions to make it feel light and more spacious. They made helpful recommendations about appliances focussing on reliability and value for money rather than just big brand names. A reasonably competitive price combined with the convenient location, available examples of their work, a well-stocked showroom exhibiting the quality of their product but above all the fully project-managed service incorporating trusted tradespeople, gave us confidence to choose Carringtons to install our new kitchen. Harry and Joel were very accommodating during the design process, making insightful suggestions to help us make key decisions. We received regular updates and clear documentation throughout the process to give peace of mind at each stage. The project and trades were all managed efficiently and work was completed promptly with minimal disruption. Particular thanks to Adam whose friendly, conscientious and high quality workmanship were a real credit to the Carringtons experience. Snags were few and minor and the team came together to anticipate or resolve them quickly and to a high standard. Based on our experience we would be happy to recommend Carringtons.

We are so chuffed with our new kitchen that carringtons have fitted, from start to finish they did a great professional job. We was kept informed of key dates ect, we changed are design a couple of times and it was good to get advice and help from Harry and Joel , we also needed a new window and this was also arranged and sorted ,it was great we could leave everything in their hands , the guys who came and did electrics ,building work and the kitchen fitters were all freindly and tidy workers.i also asked for a couple of doors to be changed the other way round after been fitted and it was no problem and was done to my request. I would highly recommend the company as feel the kitchen is exactly as I wanted ..we would also like to thank Laurence for his advice and help he is a lovely man and very approachable.i am very happy for anyone to contact me regarding the work they have done for us . Carringtons have recently fitted a new kitchen and bathroom for me and I would highly recommend them. I moved out while they completed the work (including removing walls and installing new ceilings and flooring) and it was amazing to be able to move back into my house after 3 weeks and not have to worry about a thing. Joel and Harry are always on hand with updates and are a real credit to the company. I am always a little dubious about seeing companies with only 5 star ratings, but I can honestly say, they deserve it. Thank you

Carringtons designed and installed our new kitchen. They also undertook a full rewire of the kitchen, installed new lighting and skim plastered. The whole end-to-end process was pleasant and stress free. It was a one-stop-shop for all our needs. We revived a personal and attentive service – making us feel like we were their most important customer. 😊 Joel, the Principal Designer was very affable – nothing was too much trouble. As an ex-kitchen fitter, he could advise from a point of knowledge and experience – he knew what would and wouldn’t work and how to get the best out of the available space. He also has a great eye for design and created a truly standout feature with a run of built-in wall units (with 2 x ovens) that were sunk into the wall. It has certainly given the kitchen a wow factor. The fitting of the kitchen was excellent – many thanks to Stuart whose professionalism and fitting skills are second to none. The job was completed in a week and Stuart even worked the bank holiday Friday and Monday. Stuart discussed every aspect of the fitting, explained what he was planning to do each day and tidied up as he went. He even attached a vac to the wall to suck up dust as he core drilled for the extractor fan. Stuart is a perfectionist and gave me a millimetre perfect fit. I also commissioned Carrington’s to undertake the electrical, plastering and plumbing work. This removed a great deal of stress trying to co-ordinate the trades, especially when unexpected issues arise which may necessitate a revisit from one or more trades. The pricing was competitive and straightforward. No pressure selling and no gimmicks. (I detest dealing with the likes of Wickes, Wren, Magnet etc who have constantly changing prices due to ‘sales’. You never know if you’re getting a good deal or not). I would whole-heartedly recommend Carringtons and would choose them again for any future kitchen installation. We are bowled-over with our new kitchen - great design, quality units and superb fitting, coupled with excellent customer service at a reasonable price.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. I am delighted with my kitchen which looks amazing. The whole process was extremely well organised and communication was excellent. All of the tradespeople who came to do the job were professional and courteous and worked really hard to get the job done. I must mention Joel and Harry who work in the show room and were my main point of contact throughout the kitchen design and fit. They are both so friendly and positive and never made me feel that I couldn’t mention anything despite many phone calls! It was their organisation and attitudes that made the job such a success. As with any project, there were minor snags on completion. Harry and Joel dealt with these promptly and got everything sorted. On the money side of things, I feel that my price was very reasonable and was more competitive than well known rivals and resulted in a kitchen that I love! Thank you all so much.

Alot of kitchen companies can fit a good kitchen however the key to a really good one are the small things. Carringtons did this really well, a couple of examples of this were giving a free upgrade due to a supplier letting them down and coming to fit the washing machine 2 weeks after completion! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a new kitchen and just wanting to walk in a week or so later to a brand new kitchen fully fitted.
