Carlos also ensured that the scope of the work necessary to rebuild my damaged bay window was to my full satisfaction.

Carlito's Group were assigned by Wren to fit our new kitchen. They did an excellent job of project managing the whole thing from start to finish, making sure all of the trades (electrician, plumber and decorator) arrived at the right times, and showed faultless attention to detail when removing the old kitchen and putting the new one in. Mark took out the old kitchen in about 3 hours, and make sure all of the units, worktops, etc were neatly stacked in the garden. When it came time to fit the new one, he did it in two and half days which was amazing. We had a couple of replacement doors that needed fitting later, and getting him back wasn't an issue at all which was great. Special mention should go to Tracey in the office too, who kept us up to date throughout the whole process with phone calls and emails. Overall this was a great experience (so much better than when we had some installers recommended by Bathstore to fit our new bathroom years ago) and we'd definitely use Carlito's again.

Really happy with the quality of the work and the service in terms of liaising with us at each stage regarding the arrangements, knowing who is attending and when which is really important to make sure the work takes place smoothly. Repair of multiple rooms was required so the co-ordination of different trades was required, Carlito's Group took care of all of that and even helped us with regards to arranging removal and storage of our furniture. This really helped us out, thank you.

Due to having a leak in our spare bedroom ceiling, Carlitos were sent, via our insurance company, to assess the damage. Carlos was extremely helpful and was able to give advice on the work and the time line. Due to having the ceiling removed Carlitos we're in contact with the asbestos company and Tracy kept me informed every step of the way. Prior to the tradesmen arriving she would make contact to inform me of their arrival time, or if they had been delayed. We are hoping to move home and I would most definitely use this company for any works I might need.

We were very happy with the work carried out by Carlito’s Group. The wall repair was completed to a high standard with minimal disruption. Traffic management was well organised and ran smoothly, and the team were polite, professional, and tidy throughout. Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily recommend them.

Had a new kitchen fitted last year. A sink issue cropped up. Spoke to Tracey. Not a major issue but inconvenient as we were going away for a few days the next day. Plumber was fortunately available, arrived within an hour. Problem solved. Excellent service from Tracey and John the plumber.

They were professional, courteous, and very clear in explaining the process from start to finish. Carlito's have just completed work to replace floors in the kitchen and bathroom as well as replacing the shower in the bathroom. The work was completed to a very high standard and I was regularly updated on what was being done and why, by Carlos and his team. Nothing was too much trouble and options were provided and we were able to choose what we wanted to be done at every stage in the repairs. The trades people that completed the work and Carlos himself were all excellent to deal with and very helpful. A big mention needs to go to Tracey who works in the office as she made sure everybody turned up when they should and pulled everything together to get the work completed.

We were assigned Carlitos by our insurance company following an escape of water. After a positive first visit to acope the works we were assured by the professional and communicative approach of Carlos and his team. Our project required various different tradespeople who were carefully coordinate by the office and we were given a clear schedule of work. We cannot praise each trade person highly enough- consistently professional, friendly and efficient! After months of stress and waiting for the repair work, we were so pleased with the finished result which was delivered on time. We would definitely used Carlitos for any future projects.

Where do I start! From the very first survey visit to the final day, the team at Carlitos have been nothing short of magnificent. I was introduced to them by Wren Kitchens, as Carlitos were assigned to install my new kitchen. I decided to commission additional works to completely gut and refurbish the entire space, and I’m so glad I did. This is a family-run business that truly takes pride in every detail, always going the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy. I cannot thank Joe, Tracey and Sadie enough for their time, patience, and for answering my endless questions throughout the full kitchen refit. Tracey, in particular, handled all the logistical planning—coordinating multiple tradesmen to arrive on specific days. It felt like a circus at times, yet somehow, like clockwork, every contractor arrived on time and carried out their work seamlessly. From stripping back the walls and chasing pipework, to replastering, repiping, plumbing, fitting units, tiling, painting and flooring—everything was meticulously organised. Tracey is a true asset to the team. Every contractor they employed was exceptional. A special thank you also to Jay, who returned several times to address small snags along the way. The aftercare has been just as impressive as the installation itself. I cannot recommend Carlitos highly enough. In a world where people are so often let down by the building trade, it’s a breath of fresh air to have a local, reliable, and genuinely caring company to rely on. They’re definitely saved in my phone book—on speed dial!

A delivery van backed into our garden wall and damaged it. The firm's insurance company allocated the rectification work to Carlito's Group Ltd who got in touch promptly and arranged for the work to be done. The wall is now as good as new, and we are very happy with the quality of the work.

Carlitos were excellent from start to finish when installing our kitchen from Wren. We were given an exact order of work telling us who would be coming to do what and when. The electrician even came on the Bank Holiday Friday to finish up. Throughout the process we were telephoned by Tracey and Tara to make sure we were happy and to see if we had any concerns at all. Would definitely be more than happy to use Carlitos again and would recommend them to anyone.

We have been assigned to Carlitos by Wrens Kitchen. We had a misunderstanding initially as no one showed up on the installation date. After going in circles with Wren, fault was from Wren. Having said that Tracey from Carlitos has been very helpful to ensure that our installation was coordinated on the new date. Followed up daily to ensure everything was good. The installer, Antonios was good and completed our install in just 3 days. We really love our kitchen and would recommend Carlitos.

I had a shower room and a bathroom replaced, which were quite small and the job had quite a few complications, but Carlito's were great, and found a solution to every problem that arose, and the completed rooms were lovely. They were professional and friendly, and as a woman living alone, I felt happy having them working in my house. They really went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend them.

Professional & Conscientious Carlos & the Carlito's team provided excellent support for our kitchen installation and the other modifications made to our home during the Aug-Oct 2024 period. When ordering our Wren kitchen, we mentioned to the designer that we were intending to use Carlito's for the installation and they were very complementary and fully recommended Carlito's to us. Aside from the kitchen fitting, led ably by Greg, we also had new flooring throughout most of the downstairs (thank you to Paul) as well as other building & plumbing works into the garage, so it felt like we met a lot of the different trades and team members from Carlito's. What we were consistently impressed by, aside from the workmanship, was their efforts to accommodate family life around them, working as cleanly and efficiently as possible. We found all of the guys easy to communicate with and really felt they really prioritised a few of the challenges faced. A special thank you to Vicky, Tracey and October who seemed to have a good track of our build and diligently checked in to make sure we were OK and everything was running as expected. Overall we had an excellent experience using Carlito's and we will be using them again for the next stages of our renovation, including decorative work.

We had Carlito's assigned to fit our kitchen by Wren. The communication was not great, we had to chase them, the quote was very confusing, it was very difficult to be sure it included the discussed items or not, they wanted a deposit and straight after paying that they wanted full payment in advance. A few days into the project they called to request more money for works they stated was not in the quote, but was necessary. At the end they refused to provide a correct itemized invoice- there was a rough estimate on work costs after multiple requests which did not really help answering questions. They sent their tradesmen with minimal information and there was very poor communication between Carlito's and their tradesmen. There was also not much communication between Carlito's and Wren and once issues arose they were pointing at each other. The plastering was rather a hit and miss job, the painting was unnecessarily damaged after some additional electrical work and the screws were left out of the oven, leaving it insecure. Reading other reviews, Carlito's+Wren is a very bad combination. We felt our project was rather a nuisance for them. Somehow most tradesmen got held up- gas person arrived after 16:00 and rushing to finish, electrician came on a Sunday, replacement panel was fitted on another Sunday. With this company, customers need to be sure they have a detailed product knowledge and are familiar with regulations because information will not be provided neither advise in advance. Our example here is our floor- this item was the worst amongst other smaller issues. We requested the flooring to be fitted wall-to-wall. This has a cultural reason as well as personal preference. We discussed it with the designer and we also discussed it with the person who did the pre-fit survey. Then on the day when the actual fitter arrived in the morning he said he was not allowed to fit this type of flooring wall-to-wall as it is not suitable for it. Wren sold this to us fully aware of our request and Carlito's did say nothing about it not to be suitable. We had to make a decision to accept the fitment not covering the floor under the units against our will as refusing the fitment of it would have delayed the project and left us without a kitchen for an uncertain length of time. The phonecall trying to promote the fitment type only convening the visible surface was rather upsetting. This should have been explained earlier giving us the chance to make a decision rather then trying to manipulate us believing this was the best thing available. Thr project was a very expensive and disappointing experience.

Carlito's Group helped with remedial work to our family bathroom. Ricky is the reason I'm giving a 5* review - courteous, reassuring and tidied up so I didn't have to. Ricky made contact to book appointment directly with me as was a 3rd party contractor. He stayed in touch on day of the scheduled appointment to advise delay due to an issue on M27, once at the house explained what needed to be done and why and then got on with it. Quality of silicone work was top-notch cannot be more pleased.

Another great job by the Carlitos Group, we now have a lovely bathroom finished the way we pictured, the guys who did all the work were professional and kept the house clean, Greg who did the tile work is a 10/10. We gave them a key to the house while we went away on holiday, Carlos, the owner of the company, kept us updated with the progress and we can highly recommend this company.

Carlitos were appointed as our insurance claim contractors following an accident at our house which resulted in considerable damage to our gate (I drove through it!), flower bed (demolished completely) and outside flint wall. On the inside we had an entrie wall with major cracks and laminated render and plaster. Communication with Carlitos was quick and efficient and everyone turned up when they said they would and everything we expected to be done was done to a very high standard in a short period of time. All staff were very friendly and courteous. We would have no hesitation in asking Carlitos do do another job for us and will recommend them to friends and family . Thank you Carlitos.

The work is excellent and both your on site and off site team were a pleasure to deal with. I really do not think I could possibly write just how over the moon I am with our new Wren kitchen. We were lucky enough to have the best kitchen fitter called Van. His workmanship and work ethic was just outstanding. I have never seen a man work so fast and so hard without cutting corners. Every trades man from Calito’s were a pleasure to have in our house. What superb service! We had need of a plumber and one was sent out to assess the situation very quickly. The repair, to a business premises, was completed to an exceptionally high standard in 24hrs despite it being a relatively complicated job. No mess and no fuss - just a good job done. It has been an absolute pleasure having the works carried out by the Carlito’s team (stud wall removal and new kitchen fitted). All the guys from the initial clear out, through plastering, plumbing, electrical, installation and tiling have been extremely helpful and highly professional and standard of work is faultless. In addition to this, the support and updates from the team in the office has ensured the whole installation has been smooth and painless. The works were great and the level of service was excellent. My kitchen looks fantastic and the team from Carlitos were fantastic. No problem in fixing an old kitchen was too big for them. They were polite and so helpful all the way through the project. Lisa was particularly helpful keeping everyone organised and ensuring most of the work was done on the days I work from home. I could never have organised and coordinated everyone by myself.

We had a new kitchen fitted by Carlito’s at the end of Feb and can not express how professional they are. We were given an itinerary of the whole process and the team that would be fitting our kitchen in, from Fitter/Electrician/Plasterer & Plumber along with all their contact numbers. From the onset they were friendly and professional and tried to keep any disruption down to a minimum. They always left leaving the area clean&tidy and kept to the schedule, we did have a little delay but this was due to the kitchen supplier not Carlito’s, Jane constantly chased the company and kept us up to date and as soon as the items arrived were straight round to fit them We are delighted with our kitchen and the standard of finish and would not hesitate in using them again. So yes we would fully recommend them, it’s nice to work with a Company that sole aim is to meet their customers demands and turn their ideas into reality.

We are delighted with our new kitchen/dining space and grateful how, after some significant issues at the outset, Carlos, Jane and the team stepped up to ensure that we reached our end goal as quickly and efficiently as possible. We appreciate the fact that they strove to keep any further inconvenience to a minimum, often finding tradesmen at short notice to keep things on track.

We are very happy to recommend Carlitos, having had them install our Wren Kitchen and Utility. Wren used state of the art computer design by trained designers and a virtual reality system to show how our kitchen and utility would finally look. Carlitos undertook a detailed second survey which also resulted in an asbestos survey which was all clear. Our old units were removed and Carlitos sent in their Electricians and Plumbers who were very efficient and put in new pipework and electric sockets and a new Fusebox. Then Carlitos plasterers made good the walls and the ceilings were re-painted. Greg from Carlitos, who was very good at his job, then installed our kitchen and utility appliances and units. During this time new flooring was put down. The electricians and plumbers returned for a second fit to connect the appliances and sinks. Next Wren installed quartz kitchen work tops and removed all of the old units, appliances and builders waste. Finally the plumber returned for the final fitting of the taps and gas hob. This was a major project and had various snags to remedy, but Jon and Jane at Carlitos bent over backwards to resolve these issues and were in near daily contact. The result is a completely up to date kitchen and utility as the pictures show.

Carlito's Kitchens fitted a WREN kitchen for me and arranged for all the additional work (electrics, plumbing, tiling) to be carried out. I was very impressed by the quality of the work carried out; any issues that arose were professionally dealt with by them. I would most definitely recommend anyone to employ their services.

Carlitos did a great job with our Wren kitchen installation. The kitchen fitter, Mark Woodrow, was extremely professional and worked really hard to make sure everything was exactly right. Carlitos also sorted the plumbing and electrics that were needed prior to our kitchen being fitted as well as the plastering of the walls. Very pleased with everything they did and the customer service they have given throughout.

We were very happy with the fitting of our new Wren kitchen. The work was carried out to the schedule given by your surveyor and all of the tradesmen were punctual, efficient and tidy. We attach some pictures.

We are delighted with our new kitchen, supplied by Wren and installed by Carlitos. Carlitos were highly recommended to us, and we would similarly recommend them to others. From their initial survey, the quotation process, pre-installation preparation, and the installation itself, Carlitos were communicative and responsive and, at all times personable and helpful. The lead installer Greg did a great job. He took pride in his work and wanted to delver a high quality result with which we would be completely happy. His attention to detail was excellent. As with everyone in the team, Greg was polite and friendly and always prepared to answer questions and queries. The plumber, electrician and plasterer all worked to a similarly high standard and were also polite and friendly. As with Greg, they clearly had the customer's best interests in mind. The Carlitos office team were just as good as the installation team. During the installation they were in touch on a regular basis and very responsive to our queries or concerns. Their liaison with Wren regarding replacement items was good, as was their quidance to us re contact with Wren. Joe, Jane, Donna and John were all helpful at various times and, as our main point of contact, Jane was so friendly and helpful. In summary, Carlitos combined a quality installation with a friendly and responsive approach - excellent customer care. As a postscript I would add that Carlitos acted very promptly to rectify a problem with the new dishwasher. The problem was not of Carlitos making but they were still happy to fix it (within 24 hours).

The Customer Service at Carlito's, when dealing with Jane or John, was excellent. Lines of communication were always kept open which was great when anything was needing to be addressed. We cannot thank Jane enough for her help throughout the process. The installation of our Wren Kitchen went extremely well. We now have a wonderful kitchen and we enjoy being in it as we cook, eat and get together with family. We must most definitely give a very big mention to our kitchen installer called Evangelos Kalaitzis. He was amazing. He extracted our old kitchen (plus some wall tiles too) with ease. The old kitchen was placed in an orderly fashion outside our house ready for collection by Clearaby. Clearaby were very efficient when they collected all of the old kitchen cupboards etc, ensuring that every last screw had been cleared. Our new kitchen was installed professionally and with attention to detail at every stage. Thank you Van. Carlito's also organised the other trades who came to our property to carry out alterations to gas, plumbing and electrics - all of which were carried out in a timely manner. If you are considering having a new kitchen installed then we would highly recommend Carlito's Kitchens and Bathrooms Ltd. We would use them again.

I don’t mind admitting that I found the process of replacing our kitchen daunting to say the least, and I was fully expecting weeks of upheaval and delays. However, the Carlitos team made everything run extremely smoothly. Jon and Jane in the office were very helpful in resolving issues which were not of Carlitos’ making, and kept us fully informed of the schedule which was closely adhered to. Mark, our fitter, took great care and demonstrated exceptional attention to detail. As well as being neat and efficient he was also extremely tidy so we had none of the dust and mess that we had been expecting. As a result of his hard work we have a kitchen which we are very pleased with. Thanks also go to John, Mike and Jay for the plumbing, electrical and plastering work. All the team were pleasant and helpful, and worked well together to ensure everything ran smoothly. We were fortunate to be recommended Carlito's for our installation of a Wren kitchen. They were clearly familiar with the type of kitchen we ordered. The installation was completed on time and to a very good standard. The guys who were here doing the fitting communicated well and were very accommodating. There was daily visits from Peter and the level of checking and supervision was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and they delivered against what they said they would. Carlitos kitchens fitted our Wren kitchen 5 years ago. We were delighted with the result. The quality and finish was excellent. We had a water softener and all plumbing was re-done to an excellent standard. We had a herring bone floor which was challenging to fit but an excellent job was done. Great joins in the worktop and the overall finish of the kitchen was lovely. The kitchen was not correctly measured originally by wren but Carlitos team responded to our concerns immediately and were able to adapt the design to give us a beautiful final kitchen. Very pleased and will be using Carlito's again.

A big thankyou to all the workmen involved in my new kitchen. Mark the kitchen fitter spent several days on the installation, and ensured everything fitted in its place as planned. After several weeks Mark returned to make a couple of adjustments to the larder and floor after they had settled into it place. The after installation care I found to be 1st class. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carlito's to fit another kitchen.

They were recommended by Wren Kitchens, came twice to measure the kitchen and utility room, as both areas were being refurbished. The quote provided was amateurishly incomplete, seems the answer to any reasonable question was "arrange with fitter directly" which means they can charge as they like, as your kitchen is partially completed, with little chance to arrange alternative in a reasonable timeframe. When repeatedly asked to provide written quote clarifications, not just talking over the phone, as items are missing, incorrect items added and quantities which were double entered, the resulting email response ended with "you can use us or not". Unprofessional in the extreme, avoid, as you will be getting unexpected costs and if their quoting process is anything like their workmanship, heaven help you.

Excellent service . All staff went the extra mile to provide an amazing service from the initial estimate right through to completion . From start to finish Carlito's managed the project in a very professional and friendly manner . All our requirements were taken into account and i am so happy with the end results .The whole team worked extremely well together and were a pleasure to have around .The level of workmanship and attention to detail was of the highest standard . Nothing but praise for Carlito's. They were fantastic from beginning to end, even when we had a nightmare with the first kitchen company and ended up returning all original kitchen and going to Wren instead. Carlito's supported us throughout a very stressful time and always made sure they were available to answer any queries or worries. They were especially helpful in answering questions when we were actually in Wren designing the kitchen and went above and beyond in getting the fitting booked in. The fitter Van was amazing, working hard to fit the kitchen diligently and to an exceptional standard. Great, polite and hard-working. The plumber John couldn't do enough to help us and I am quite sceptical about another review which suggested he was rude - we found him extremely polite and he even stayed until 8pm on a Friday evening to make sure our sink was plumbed and that we had water over the weekend. The electricians from HQ were also fantastic - again, they couldn't do enough to help. Joseph, Neil and Donna at Carlito's - just excellent, always happy to help and open and honest with the quote and work required. We are so happy with our kitchen - far better than we ever could have imagined and this was all thanks to Carlito's.. I have to say that reading the recent negative reviews - this was not our experience AT ALL. The team were an absolute pleasure to deal with and their work of an exceptional standard. We had our kitchen fitted by Carlito's kitchens and bathrooms , Excellent quality fitter and brilliant service from a trustworthy and reliable company. Really recommend.

Absolute shambles of a company! They basically don't care about your property - it's all about making money to them. They damaged external piping and we had to persist and fight our argument to get this repaired even though the damage was not our fault! Repairing workers damage during works is not a 'good will gesture' if the company caused the damage in the first place. 'Good will gesture' means being a responsible and fair company who fix fitters mistakes without blaming and arguing with the client...but 'Carlitos Kitchens and Bathrooms Ltd' obviously do not understand this simple concept. They damaged some flooring and said they would repair and pay the costs - they did a temporary 'bodge-job' fix and once the kitchen was finished they never returned and refused to fix this when we chased them. Poor communications, poor workmanship, fitters disappear to do other work without telling you and the installation coordinators never had a clue about plans or what fitters were doing. We experienced rude and offensive comments and service from the plumber, specifically, John from ‘JP PLUMBING & HEATING CONSULTANTS LIMITED’ which is a contractor ‘Carlitos Kitchen and Bathrooms Ltd' used for plumbing/gas works. When we raised this with Carlitos Kitchen and Bathrooms they didn't care and said it's not their problem. We raised the endless list of concerns and issues with the Managing Director.....he said he would take action but this never materialised. BE AWARE..... onsite fitters and the plumber will coerce and try to get cash from you for 'additonal' work, DO NOT give them any money! As when we raised this with the company they basically said that it's your problem and nothing to do with us as that's between you and them! Using this company was very draining and stressful. The company didn't care about our experience and customer satisfaction does not exist. The company tells constant lies and never did anything without constantly chasing them. Its interesting how the company will ignore you until you post your negative experience publicly. It’s unfortunate that the Managing Director has no clue what’s happening so is unable to see this as constructive feedback.

This company promised a lot but delivered a second rate experience. The kitchen fitter did not have an attention to detail. The finish was poor and although most defects were rectified by another team of fitters there remain problems such as badly fitted worktop joints. I had no contact from Carlitos to see if I was happy with overall installation and I feel the company has taken on too much work to cope with a good service. Following the initial publication of this review I have been contacted by Carlito's and we have agreed a way forward. The problem with the work tops will involve a lot of upheaval if I choose to have it sorted. I'm not sure if I can face it but I appreciate that Carlito's are doing their best to make things right.

Subcontractors for Wren Kitchens. Poor workmanship below the standards expected of a professional. (Now confirmed substandard by an expert witness, independent of wren kitchens). In response to your reply, I have email evidence that you were cc'd into letters to the furniture ombudsman and wren in January 2020, only 4 months after the fitting with regards to our kitchen worktop joint lifting. Photos were also included of the problems. We never heard from you (Carlitos). Being in the same situation with multiples (children) we honestly thought we found someone that would understand the struggles that this brings, but instead we have been fighting for a year to have a kitchen that is fitted correctly. It's caused us a lot of stress and upset. Noticed that you removed yourself from checkatrade after we left a review on there.

Having used Carlitos previously for my kitchen diner renovation which included all aspect of work from structural changes to the final fitting and finish, I had no hesitation in calling them again to renovate an old kitchen into a utility room and snug. The team were again brilliant. The result is outstanding and was done again on time and on budget (in fact some additional requests came in less expensive than I imagined they would be. The team are brilliant, trustworthy and conscientious. I will always used Carlitos for any work going forward. Vangelo in particular was amazing. We were delighted to buy a gift for him on completion as we were so pleased with how brilliant he is and what a pleasure it was to have in on our home (again!)

Carlos and his team completed a large kitchen diner renovation turning 4 rooms into one big kitchen diner and the results are outstanding. From the management of the project through to the quality of the finish the team were brilliant throughout. We know have our dream kitchen. The renovation was managed superbly and completed on time and on to the price agreed. I would recommend to anyone (and chose to use the team again for another project 2 years later - testament to my satisfaction)

Everyone knows that getting a new kitchen can be a nightmare, this experience did not disappoint. We added into the mix getting the floors sanded and protected also at the same time. We planned it to perfection then the kitchen manufacturers took over with the following, late and incorrect carcasses, not enough lights and incorrect lights also, cutlery draw inserts of every size but the one we needed. Engineers came and went for measurement, carcasses arrived to long not long enough, lack of Correct numbers of carcasses. So all in all, if I hadn’t had the original kitchen already stripped I would have cancelled, then Joseph & his team from Carlitos kitchens were introduced to the mix. Joseph and his team Greg & kris arrived at a nightmare and left my family with a fully functioning and fantastic looking kitchen with additional extras which we changed on route. I can honestly say that Joseph managed the project brilliantly taking the hassle from us and the team did their magic nothing was to much trouble. All I can say is if you require a family run business with no frills just good old fashioned honesty / integrity and professionalism then Carlitos ticks all the boxes. Installed a new bathroom for us a year ago, looks as good as new! Professional and reliable service, work looked excellent and any problems were quickly remedied. Would definitely recommend!

Installed kitchen for us, supplied by Wren. Professional and excellent service. Kept us informed throughout and carried out extra work that was needed at a good price. Kitchen is a 1.5 years old now and looks good as new! Would highly recommend.

We recently had a new kitchen installed by Carlitos Kitchens which included upgraded electrics, laminate flooring and Tec wall. Their professionalism, workmanship and the finish were without fault. Couldn’t do enough to ensure the experience was flawless for us as a busy household. Kept us informed of the schedule, who was coming and when etc.. highly recommended and would use again.
