Great service from knowledgeable staff who really took time to understand what I am hoping to achieve with my new kitchen.
Used Lewis Charles to order a lot of bathroom white goods for a new house build. They were very competitive and easy to deal with.
Had the pleasure of using Nic and Sam to install a new en-suite. It’s unusual to have a seemless installation with no problems. But this is the first time I can say everything was perfect from start to finish. I am delighted with the finished project and look forward to working with them both again. Would highly recommend, thoroughly professional.
I have been using Lewis Charles for over 15 years. They have in total installed four bathrooms for me over the years. I am now in the process of a project and they have provided the most amazing kitchen design. Nic and Sam offer a totally bespoke service which is outstanding. Lewis Charles Ive just moved into my new self build and wanted to leave a review for my Lewis Charles Kitchens. I work in design and would say I’m naturally attracted to all things stylish, so upon meeting Nic and Sam I immediately sensed their incredible knowledge on both the product they sell and the practicalities of how to make a kitchen work within a certain space. Clearly Nic has been in the industry a long time and his wealth of knowledge and experience is endless. I can’t thank Lewis Charles enough, they really listened to my brief and asked me lots of important questions I hadn’t even considered. It really was a 10 out of 10 service and a pleasant experience from start to finish. After careful guidance My Kitchen is set out brilliantly with everything i need all to hand. Thanks to Nic and Sam’s guidance i now have a clever space where i can access the hob, sink, dishwasher, fridge and oven within a couple of paces. The units are of high quality made in Germany and measured up to our exact space, the carcasses were upgraded to anthracite to match the exterior colour and give a real sense of class. The drawers and cupboards cover me for all of my needs, i have pull out drawers with access to all of my spices, deep pan drawers, two cutlery drawers, i really have everything i need. The decision over what colour worked with what worktop was a difficult one to make, Sam and Nic produced computer generated visuals of the room so i could get a really good feel of what would work best, i believe i made the right decisions because of this care and attention provided. For me, Nic and Sam really took away all of the difficulties of ordering the Kitchen, they delivered a really fantastic product that was fitted exactly as I’d hoped for. The quality of the product is high end, very stylish and at a very fair price. Nothing is too much trouble, the after sales service has been fantastic and communication is very good. Once again, thanks for all that you did, it was one of the nicest parts of a very complicated project. Kind regards Lee Edwards
Lewis Charles installed a new bathroom for us in 2021. From start to finish this was a great experience. Nic could not have been more helpful during the design phase and Dan the fitter was absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and the end result is a fabulous new bathroom!
Bought two Duravit bathrooms from these guys recently, fantastic service and great quality products, thoroughly recommend them.

We just had our second bathroom from Lewis Charles, as usual excellent quality and professional design and advice. Will certainly be returning later this year for our new kitchen and utility room.
The Company supplied our business with over 50 bathrooms and en-suites always very competitive whether one bathroom or more. Always delivered on time. Purchases of our developments have been really pleased with the quality of the bathroom suites provided. Bathrooms have been a really positive and strong selling point for all our schemes. We recently bought a Hacker kitchen from Lewis Charles and we are delighted with own new kitchen. Joel was our designer and was great throughout the process. He was very helpful and guided us through the myriad of kitchen options and came up with a beautiful design that matched our budget. We are very happy with the results and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lewis Charles.
Perfect choice
I visited its Red Hill showroom and spent about 1.5 hours with Jess to see what we need and left our 2 bathrooms and a cloak room measurements with her on 26 May 2018. She said she will come back as soon as possible. Today 8 June, Nick, one of the company owners called back for more details of what we plan to do with our bathrooms. I was shocked by the company has not done anything about our request in 2 week times. Nick asked me to go to their shop again to do the design. Clearly I do not want to waste my time for any further delay on my home renovation. I do not know how this company can survive in the market. Plus Nick is very unpleasant, unhelpful. If negative start available, I would give 5 negative starts.
Nic and the team at Lewis Charles have been absolutely fantastic. We had been planning a large extension for a long time including 3 new bathrooms and a large open plan kitchen which we wanted to be the centre piece and have wow factor. We went to 4 kitchen companies for designs and a quote. But we chose Lewis Charles because they really went the extra mile to get the design and details just right. They always made time for us to discuss and develop the planes with the aid of some great 3D visuals. Once we had chosen them the whole process ran very smoothly, Nic came on sight several times to check the designs and layout as the build progressed. Now the kitchen is in and complete we are really happy with the finished result. The fitter was excellent, really taking time and care to get every detail right. From making sure every door line was perfect to sanding and oiling the wooden breakfast bar himself to make sure the finish was just right. And the bathrooms which Lewis Charles designed and supplied have also turned out brilliantly. Nic’s building knowledge really helped us chose the right baths, wet rooms and suites to work in our space. After such a complex and large build it’s a real testament to how good Lewis Charles were that I can highly recommend them.
Joel at Lewis Charles was brilliant at designing and project managing our kitchen. Joel spent a lot of time with us ensuring that we were 100% happy with the design. He then made a number of visits to check that the final measurements were absolutely correct as we were having building works which included remodelling the shape of the kitchen. We are thrilled with the result and it is certainly a wow factor of the house. The finish of the kitchen is fantastic and competitively priced for the quality of kitchen. Our builder recommended visiting Lewis Charles, which we initially had not considered as we assumed that the kitchens would be beyond our budget. We could not have been more wrong, Joel was extremely mindful of our budget and requirements and managed to fulfil both.
Lewis Charles have been great throughout the process of designing and fitting of my two bathrooms. The design service was free and really helped as I didn't really know what would work best in the space I had. They also have a really good range of products which are all of a very high standard. Well chuffed with the end result and would definately recommend to others.
