A* service, made us feel at ease and slowly showed all options of quartz work tops to help pick the right finish for our new kitchen. The measure of the work tops was booked in and given a 2 hour time slot which was cut and fitted 5 days later !! Highly recommended

We have used AJ before so there was no doubt we were using him this time .he went that extra mile to find the exact style of quartz we wanted ,he sent us samples to choose from . After a few weeks and lots of messages exchanged we made our decision and must say are so very pleased with the result. And the price was very good too! Have used their services for the second time after 7 years. The quality of the granite and work of the installer is very good. We had purchased the 3m slab to go with the one purchased 7 year back to do extension. The price was for the entire slab which was more than we needed , AJ suggested he would provide us with the pieces left to use in windowsills etc for no additional cost. However 2 weeks after when I contacted him , he said that the factory is not able to locate the remaining pieces. Disappointing part was when he said he has nothing matching to the slab I purchased. I had to look for another supplier whom I wish I had found earlier. Service is very important and hence can only say the owner didn't do well with the post installation service.

Highly recommended! The white quartz kitchen worktop looks fantastic and has completely transformed our space. The price was very competitive, and the installation was done quickly and efficiently. We appreciated that any small amendments we requested were handled promptly without any hassle. Overall, a smooth experience with great results!

I would highly recommend using AJ granite as they were fast and efficient and well priced. There was a slight delay on upstands being installed due to a little confusion however all work was completed to a high standard so would defiantly recommend.

Found AJ from a simple google search, rapid response to email on requesting showroom visit, and fantastic experience in person. So many samples to look at and incredibly helpful finding and suggesting ones to suit our kitchen project. Showed inspiration pictures and quickly able to find similar ones. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient and able to give us a quote there and then. Very happy potential customers, look forward to working with them hopefully very soon!

After getting over 10 different quotes from online and local companies AJ was not only very competitive but knowledgeable, excellent communication and impeccable finish. I cannot recommend AJ enough and it’s a shame I don’t have another kitchen that I could get them to complete.

We were trying to sell our flat in South Croydon but few times got rejected due to kitchen rotten worktop. I took a gamble to replace it and that turned the tables around and got 2 offers in just 3 weeks post fitting of a new worktop by AJGRANITEUK LTD. We recently used AJ granite to supply and fit worktops for our outdoor kitchen project.From our first visit to the showroom right round to installation we were very impressed with the quality of advice and service. The finished product looks stunning and even though we knew we had to have a join the guys installing made it as invisible as is possible, very impressed. We would certainly use AJ again in the future .

Seamless process from start to finish. After dealing with a bigger company and coming away dissatisfied, I decided to go for a local worktop company. Google offered me AJ Granite. Drove there immediately, had a look around and spoke with AJ, who helped me select a quartz worktop that suited my requirements. Very polite, very helpful. Told me exactly what to expect, timeframes and all. The templating and fitting went according to schedule. The end result is beautiful. Check out the window ledge. Neat. The Icing on the cake was that AJ Granite was several hundred pounds cheaper than my quote from the big boys.

Was recommended by a work colleague who was also very pleased with their work tops. Very straightforward to deal with and competitive on price. Very reliable, turned up on time and finished on time. Really nice job.

The lady at the shop was very friendly and knowledgeable, and very patient as we went through all the samples in the shop. The shop is great, has lots of samples and displays. We chose AJ in particular because they do very nice recessed sinks. AJ was always quick to reply to our queries. The fitting was completed on time and very efficiently. I am very happy with my worktop and I would recommend AJ's services.

I was recommended AJ Granite after bring quoted an extortionate amount for the ice quartz with mirror flecks that I loved. I managed to get the same quartz for a fraction of the price. The template was made and my worktop was fitted a week later. The guys did a great job and I would definitely recommend AJ Granite

Found AJQuartz on the web after a bad experience at another place in sanderstead , from the moment we walked in the shop we were treated very well , kept updated and on installation day left feeling very pleased with their work .we couldn’t recommend them higher than we do . Contact was made and they visited to measure the following week, then fitted the week after. Very happy with the result. The installers were polite and cleaned up afterwards. You wouldn’t know they had been. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍

Great price and fantastic quality. Arrived on time and fitters were very accommodating and end product looks fantastic. Great customer service, I cant fault them at all.

I was recommended to AJ from a friend after being quoted some horrendous prices through our more up market bathroom supplier. Whilst the shop is no frills, I can’t fault the quality of the product, the price is as good as it gets (plenty cheaper than even going direct to aforementioned bathroom suppliers granite supplier), and the service was just fine for me. If you’re expecting bells and whistles, fancy showrooms, designers and call centres then you’ll find that elsewhere and likely pay thousands more for the pleasure. Up to you really, but AJ will be my first choice for any future granite requirement.

The staff were helpful during the colour choice phase, we changed our minds twice on the choice and it made little difference to the time schedule. The fitters were competent, friendly and arrived on time. Any concerns I had, (slight niggles) over the fitting were addressed at no extra charge very quickly, and to my satisfaction without fuss. Would recommend.

Found AJ great to deal with by email. Shop was being changed when we went to view, so was a bit chaotic, and I can understand some of the other reviews. However, the product, delivery times and workmanship we actually got was very good and very very reasonable. AJ replied quickly to email, kept us in touch with progress and we are very pleased with the delivered result.

Workmanship on the granite no complaints. Customer service however was appalling. More than once I was telephoned & spoken to in an inappropriate manner. Not acceptable when you are providing a service. Would not recommend & happily take my business elsewhere another time.

5 stars for the granite, which is stunning, but only 2 for the service. I wouldn't recommend on this basis, especially as it's a huge investment so the service and the people you deal with need to be 5 star and unfortunately they were not.
