The Green Scene team were excellent from the initial survey and heat loss calculations to completing the system installation. They turned up on the agreed time early. Carried out the work exactly within the time frame they stated. They were courteous and very tidy. They did all they could to minimize the effect of the work on our family. All paperwork and the hand over pack were comprehensive and in line with MCS requirements. The system works as expected. I would certainly recommend them.
Absolutely cannot recommend Kenny and the team at Green Scene Group highly enough. They installed our air source heat pump and hot water cylinder, and from the outset it was obvious that Kenny genuinely knows his trade inside out. His knowledge of heat pumps is exceptional — these guys are proper heat pump specialists, not simply plumbers who also happen to install heat pumps. Kenny really understands how the whole system needs to work together and, importantly, how to set it up properly to get the best efficiency from it. Our installation was probably a little more involved than most, as I had some very specific requirements around how I wanted the system designed and installed. Kenny took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve and was incredibly conscious of making sure everything was done the way I wanted, while still giving really knowledgeable advice along the way. The quality of the finished installation is excellent. The team Kenny has around him is a real testament to him as well. Every one of them was friendly, easy to work with, professional and clearly works to the same high standard that Kenny expects. I’m genuinely so pleased that I chose Kenny and Green Scene Group for the job. Finding people who really understand heat pumps properly makes such a difference, particularly when you want the system designed for efficiency rather than simply installed and switched on. I’ll absolutely be using them for all of the servicing and maintenance going forward. Couldn’t recommend Kenny and the team enough.
Kenny and the team did a brilliant job on replacing our air source heat pump and associated equipment and piping. A total redesign was required following mistakes by another company, so there were also restrictions to work around. Nothing phased Kenny and he took a thorough, professional, methodical approach, demonstrating technical understanding and practical application. We can't recommend Kenny highly enough and what's more, the whole team were a pleasure to have around, always positive, polite and they did a great job of being tidy and clearing up after themselves. The installation works and looks good, and the process was pain-free! Thanks guys. A year later and the system is still working brilliantly and Aiden returned to carry out an annual service and do a separate tap replacement too. Once again the service was excellent. Arrived on time, friendly, efficient and everything done to plan. He even took away the old tap/packaging etc and left the place spotless. It is so nice to deal with a company with such respect and attention to detail. Thanks guys.

We contacted Green Scene Group for a quotation for a heat pump and under floor heating on our out-building conversion. Kenny arrived when planned and spent time answering all my questions about the kit and what would be best. Kenny is very passionate about renewal energy and that's apparent within in minutes of meeting him. I work in construction and spend my days inspecting other people's work to ensure it meets the relevant standards so it's difficult for me to find tradesmen I trust but I knew Green Scene where the company to go with. Dave in the office assisted us with gaining the government grant which was made really easy for us. The team turned up as scheduled, they were really respectful throughout which I appreciated as I have a young family. Their work was incredibly neat and they all take immense pride in what they do. I had Kenny and his team at my home this week putting a new heating system in for us. I am beyond happy with everything they did. They went above and beyond for us all. Kenny and all the lads were amazing throughout! They were all professional, reliable, tidy and made the whole process stress-free for all of us. Green Scene Group came to us highly recommended by our son and daughter-in-law. They did not disappoint! Kenny's energy, enthusiasm , knowledge and advice won us over. He and his team (Jimmy and Aiden ) were all pleasant and easy to get along with. They all worked really hard and were very mindful of our carpets, laying down dust sheets and removing their shoes. They completed the work in just three days, putting in a new boiler, a pressurized system (which works brilliantly), removing the water tank out of the loft replacing 5 radiators and all the pipe work etc. They cleaned and tidied everything up at the end of each day and arranged for all the waste to be collected. We are so pleased with all the work they have done on our house and would 100% recommend them.
