Chris and his son were the ultimate professionals. Genuinely caring, skilled and help us out of a hole with little notice. I can’t thank them enough. We had heating that was not working for days then no heating or hot water at all. He left having got everything working and a plan for a permanent solution. It was also clear that safety was of the highest priority. Highly recommend.
The team at Winchester Boilers have been great. I contacted them as my very elderly parents boiler had stopped working. The boiler insurance plan company couldn't send anyone for four days. Chris phoned me very quickly. Chris went out the next day. Got a very old floor boiler working for them. He was patient and understanding in the circumstances and through out the decision to replace the boiler. He offered advice and answered my numerous questions. He went on to fit a new condenser boiler in a not ideal internal space. A big job was done with the minimum disruption to my elderly parents. I would definitely recommend Winchester Boilers. Chris was both quick and efficient. He came to inspect and quote within 24hrs and arranged to install a new boiler within a few days. He was very tidy in his work and offered sensible advice on the best options. I will definitely be using Winchester Boiler again and would be happy to recommend Chris.
