Excellent service from Harry. We needed our cooker replaced, and after being let down by two or three others who cancelled their appointments, we were losing hope. One person even told us the cooker could not be fitted without cutting the quartz worktop to make more space. Harry came in and completed the whole job within an hour. Harry was able to come in good time and much better value than other emergency services quoted. Replaced a leaking water supply valve for my elderly mother so that she wasn't without water for any length of time and didn't leave any mess. She now had a shut off valve that doesn't leak and she will be able to turn off much more easily if necessary. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We called Harry at 9am to a leaky pipe in our boiler. He arrived at 9.30 and fixed it. Can’t ask for better than that! Asked him to service the boiler and replace a particular part which he did so a few days later. Highly recommend. Very friendly and a very tidy worker. Thank you.

Harry was friendly and punctual. He replaced our thermostat in the hallway with ease. The hot water / central heating updated control panel I had bought Harry quickly realised was not compatible. Harry sent me a link for the correct updated Potterton one and returned swiftly after I told him it had arrived, with no extra charge. Harry skillfully wired the device and both are running beautifully as they should.

I was looking to have an old gas fire removed and the gas supply capped off. I contacted Harry at short notice and he gave me a quote over the phone which I thought was fair. Harry said he could fit me in the next day which was a bonus. He arrived as agreed, calling thirty minutes before to let me know he was coming. Harry completed the job and left everything tidy. Harry is very personable and easy to work with, and I intend to use him again in the future.

We recently had Harry from HG Plumbing replace our entire, very outdated heating system, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The job was a big one, involving completely new pipework, heating zones, a Megaflow system, water softener, and new hot and cold water supply. As the house is listed, pipe routing required a lot of careful planning and consideration. Harry took the time to think everything through properly, and his attention to detail really showed in the final result.
