I honestly can't say enough good things about the Heatline team: Akanni and Lewis. My old boiler was on its last legs, and when they came out they were straight with me that it was past saving, explaining exactly what was wrong so it was easy to understand. Rather than booking us in for a future date so they'd have time to order and replace it, leaving us without hot water in the meantime, they went the extra mile and managed to source and fit a new one the same day. They even fitted some new taps in tricky spots while they were at it and replaced a full waste pipe - 12 hours of solid graft by the pair of them, an amazing effort. They came back to powerflush the system, which the old, poorly maintained setup clearly needed, and fitted another tap while they were there. Very happy with their work, and I've already booked in for an annual service so I don't end up in this mess again! If you're sat there wondering whether to give them a call, stop wondering. These are the ones you want.

No booking fees came in looked at the pipes then gave me the price of everything then went stright to work. Very kind gentleman that fixed my kitchen sink pipes that was leaking and it is no longer leaking or having any other issues with the sink. The water goes down smoothly and everything goes down nicely. Highly recommend contacting if you have having any issues with plumbing or need fixing.

My boiler broke down unexpectedly, and they managed to fit me in the same day. The engineer was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, genuine, and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s such a relief to have heating and hot water again, somehow managing to get a my rental properties boiler that was as old a Gandalf going again. Highly recommended dont pass AJ up!

Excellent service. Diagnosed and fixed a difficult boiler fault quickly and professionally. I had an intermittent EA 229 error on my Worcester Boiler. AJ methodically tested the system, replaced the gas valve, and the boiler has been running perfectly since. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

I've had three plumbers done to fix my thermostat, AJ came out same day after a job, fixed three radiators including one that has leaked for years, serviced my boiler, and (even though I told him several times I wanted to replace it) fixed and configured my existing thermostat saving me hundreds. Why wouldn't you use a plumber like that?

Installation of ‘all in one’ downstairs toilet/hand wash basin in a very limited space, job well done and priced competitively in a very limited space. I would recommend AJ 247 highly.

AJ came to fix our boiler at short notice. Stayed late to try and get it sorted but unfortunafely needed a part replacing. He worked around our timings and came back the next day with the part and got it sorted. Polite, all left tidy, kept us informed throughout. Would reccomend 👍

AJ refitted my cramped and unusable bathroom and turned in to a pleasant, spacious and usable space, he also fixed the atrocious work poorly completed by a previous "plumber" in my downstairs toilet and turned it from a dangerous and unusable health hazard in to a very functional and attractive downstairs facilitiy, I also asked him to replace my old kitchen sink which he fitted and completed whilst working on the downstairs toilet. Very happy with his work, he is also a very friendly and pleasant person, clean, punctual and now my go to plumber and my cat likes him too and she hates everyone.

I was able to find this plumber who looked at the job via a video which was convenient for me as I work nights. We arranged a date however, there were other things needed that I had not considered to get the job done ( what do I know) the additional parts were purchased and the job was completed. My shower is now working and I'm happy with the service and price. A job well done I've got a radiator that needs attention next. Hope he's avaliable as I know a good business

The most recent issue was terrifying!!! He uncovered a dangerous and potentially explosive mistake left behind by a cowboy engineer. If it hadn’t been found and fixed my boiler would have blown up my house!! Akanni is so professional and knowledgeable, his attention to detail are second to none. he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done safely and properly. I recently had an urgent issue with a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink that started flooding the cupboard and making a mess everywhere. I called AJ after seeing his details recommended online, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. AJ answered straight away and was able to come over within a couple of hours, which was a massive relief. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong and what needed fixing. He had all the tools and parts with him, and got the leak sorted quickly and efficiently, no fuss, no mess left behind. On top of that, he checked over the rest of my plumbing just to make sure there were no other potential issues, and gave me a few tips on how to avoid similar problems in the future. The price was very reasonable too, especially for such a quick response. Wouldn’t hesitate to use AJ again or recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, honest plumber. Top bloke!

I had an emergency situation in which our boiler had broken down and was leaking with no heating, I had initially contacted a separate technician (random google search) who had said that we would have to get the parts ourselves and then they can come and do the job with a quote that I felt was too high and felt suspicious about. I then contacted AJ and explained the situation and he explained that he would come to assess the boiler and then determine what parts were needed and grab them himself, he not only showed us where the issue stemmed from on the boiler but was very respectful to my pensioner mother and made her feel at ease. The next day he came with the parts and had it all sorted within an hour and with a quote that half of what the previous technician had quoted, he also explained in detail what the exact issues were and how we assess it ourselves for future reference to ensure we are not taken advantage of. My father is currently in hospital with multiple brain tumours and is due home any day now and would require the heating so to say that AJ helped us out immensely in such a short amount of time would be an understatement. Give him a try and im sure you will see the same excellent result as I could tell he is passionate about his job and is not out to take advantage of vulnerable people.
