Hildcrofts have serviced our appliances regularly for many years now and we cannot fault them. We get reminders when the service is due, appointments are usually quick and easy to arrange. The team work cleanly and overall the company are brilliant to deal with for all our heating and gas plumbing needs.

I had the gas fire serviced in April +thermocouple and battery box to make sure it was reliable over winter the fire was working at the time tried it today not working phoned them today it will be 65pounds laborer cost I paid 265pounds now I have pay to have the fire repaired that was working

booked a service for the boiler with Holdcroft Heating, once again the price was good much better than many others, it was fitted by another company I am still waiting for them to contact me from April. Holdcroft installed my boiler and perform annual services, when I had to call them for an issue I didn't have to wait long for an engineer and he fixed the problem same day. The lads are all really friendly and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new boiler.

Once again we’ve had the pleasure of using Holdcroft heating to service our Sons boiler this time, again Martin was very respectful of my Sons property and very polite always asking if it was ok to this or that, he gave the boiler a thorough service taking his time to get accurate readings and do adjustments for optimum running leaving my Sons system running better than when he first saw it, not long ago they put a new full system in my daughters bungalow, we all highly recommend holdcroft heating and will hopefully be able to use their services for a long time yet.

Dawn was fantastic in helping me arrange an urgent appointment and arranged for Martin to attend the next day. Martin was very professional and clearly explained what the issue was. He replaced the required part, checked everything was in working order, and tidied up before leaving. Thanks for your help.

Such a worse service I never ever had . Full fraud behaviour . They will come and say everything is ok . Within 1-2 days the boiler stops working and then will diagnose things over the phone and say some money to come and check it physically. The surprising thing is that they will say if that not the fault they will refund it . .. I live in Trentham ; Stoke on Trent .. Guys please please be careful .. Don’t be cheated … Purely money oriented trapping guys ..

Just had a boiler service by Martin from Holdcroft Heating. 5 star review for the company and for Martin. After having my appointment confirmed for today I had an emergency pop up. I called the office and spoke to Sam who reached out to Martin to put me at the end of the day which was a massive help. The standard of the service is great and everything was explained. It is never a right time to have a boiler breakdown especially in mid-winter and just after Christmas. We telephoned Holdcrofts about a problem with our central heating. A very friendly and polite engineer named Kian arrived the same day and resolved the issue. We received first class service.

This was my first time using Holdcroft Heating (leaking boiler). The customer service was great and an engineer was sent out the same day in the recent freezing weather. Martin the engineer was very cheerful, in spite of having to leave his van at the bottom of our iced up road. He performed a temporary fix on the spot so we could use the heating and replaced the faulty part two days later. I would recommend Holdcroft and use again.

The engineer was excellent, polite and did a very good job of servicing my boiler and fire. He found a screw which has been cross thread by the previous engineer from Holdcroft Heating LTD which couldn’t be fixed.
