After we were left with no heating or hot water over the weekend, heatsafe birmingham came and fixed the issue very quickly. They discussed what the issue was and why it happened and what we should do to help avoid it again which was helpful. As our insurance didn't cover it, we were happy to pay and it was reasonable. So overall a helpful service, prompt and we now have hot water!

I was having some work done on my fireplace recently and I had to have my stove gas fire disconnected and then reconnected at a letter date Marco was very flexible with his timing when coming to do the job which really helped me. Unfortunately, the top of the fireplace also needed replacing which I had not budgeted for. Yesterday, Marco’s brothers came to put a new heat proof cement board up to replace the broken top of the fireplace and reconnected the fire. The brothers were very professional and thorough with their work and took their time when completing their safety checks. The job was completed and Marco returned to mine and charged me a very competitive rate and made sure I was very happy with the job and the price. My fire works perfectly.now. Can't praise this company highly enough! Marco responded to my message for help with my underfloor heating instantly. He came within a couple of days, fitting us in late one evening to help get the heating on in freezing weather. The system was old, the original company out of business but Marco persevered. He got us working temporarily and will be back to complete/upgrade things. Would not hesitate to recommend Heatsafe Birmingham to anyone, would give more than 5 stars if I could!

My Bosch boiler was serviced and maintained since we got 7 years ago, few months the boiler started having very loud noises and vibration. Called the regular guy who asked us to contact Bosch as he couldn't fix it. I called Bosch and they quoted me £600. Got the number for Marco from a friend. Marco came and got my boiler sorted in under 2 minutes and did not even charge me. Very honest and brilliant engineer. Would highly recommend

He quickly diagnosed the fault explained what had gone wrong, and had the replacement part fitted within the hour. Marco came and repaired a pipe that burst. Repaired it very efficiently and left the position of the pipe in a better location to help prevent any future leaks. Would definitely recommend.
