Thankyou very much to Neil and Brian from G&N Plumbing Limited who did an excellent job installing a new hot water cylinder and expansion vessel. We now have an up to date cylinder that we could connect to solar if needed in the future. Very good pipework- and everything checked to make sure it was balanced and working with our existing boiler. Two radiators that were not working were also sorted and the radiators were then flushed to clear any debris. Highly recommended to anyone needing a heating engineer.

Neil was absolutely excellent and caring. My 92yr old dad who has dementia heating broke. Neil came early the next day, ordered and installed a new system the same day. He dealt with my dad in a very caring, understanding, patient way, keeping me informed through out. I could not have had a better person. Neil did an amazing job for us. Contacted 8pm in the evening, and was round at 4pm the next day to diagnose the problem. Ended up saving us a huge amount in parts and repair fees by helping with our warranty, and a week later we have a fixed, under warranty boiler for a very reasonable call out fee. Will 100% use again if we ever have anymore issues. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you Neil!

Recently had a new gas boiler and hot water tank installed by these chaps. They arrived on time and did the job quickly and were friendly and efficient with a great knowledge and left everything tidy. They used a sticky backed sheet to protect the floors which lifted up the fluff when it was taken up so I got a free carpet clean too! They also repaired a small loft tank and fitted a radiator thermostat as extra when they were on site. Very happy with the service provided by this company and will be using them for an annual boiler service and any plumbing issues in the future, thank you.

Neil has helped us out at short notice a few times over the years. He turns up when he says he will, goes the extra mile and is always fair and transparent when it comes to the bill. He would always be my first choice if he is available.

I called M & N Plumbing as British Gas Cover couldn't attend an emergency for at least another 5 days. Neil helped immediately. He assessed the situation, fixed a leak near the stopcock in our kitchen, and as the cooker had failed, also moved fast to replace the faulty appliance. We are very happy with Neil's work. Reliable and friendly, he has also just recently replaced our 30-year-old radiators, and we will retain him and his team for future replacements.

Another great installation, this time the bathroom. From design to strip out of old and installation of new, throughout it all, Neil and Brian go above and beyond. Utterly professional, great communications and the level of work and detail are superb. They clearly care about what they do and happy to make suggestions. Very happy with the outcome, and whilst these things are not cheap, costs are reasonable. Heartily recommend.

Removal of gas hob and installation of induction hob: Neil was extremely responsive via messages and able to come out at short notice for the job, which I really appreciated. He capped off the gas supply, removed my existing gas hob and fitted my new induction hob. I was very pleased with his tidy workmanship, and he was also very friendly and great to work with. I’ll definitely use M & N Plumbing in the future for any gas/heating/plumbing work I require.

Needed to replace our existing boiler with a new unit, as well as relocating it to a completely different part of the house. His costs were comparable but the service he provided PRIOR to the work being done was outstanding, and was ultimately what made the decision. Consultative and friendly, we agreed on a solution and a price the work was underway within weeks. As soon as Neil and Brian arrived on site I felt confident we'd chosen the right team. Professional and friendly, no mucking about, just got on with the job! Work was complete and incredibly happy with the results. Only issue would be Neil's singing...good job he's so damn good at his day job! Highly recommended.
