I had a great experience with JB Gas Services and would highly recommend them. Yusuf came out to help with our boiler and also replaced our towel rail. He was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable, explaining everything as he went along and making sure the work was done properly and safely. What really stood out was his honesty and kindness. He noticed our kitchen sink was completely stuck while he was here and, without hesitation, offered to take a look. He managed to fix it on the spot and didn’t even charge us extra for it - it’s working perfectly now, which was a huge relief. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. Friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use JB Gas Services again or recommend them to others.

Mr Iqbal did a great job with the water tank that needed replacing. Not only did he replace with a bigger and better tank, he also sorted some water pressure issues that was making things very difficult. Would highly recommend him

Working in the field of gas engineering, a requirement of the immediate sort presented itself first, to my tenants and second, to me. A well known sort of problem, Javaid had attended site prepared and sourced. An immediate turn around, an immediate fix, and my equally immediate payment. Initially thought to have been a job for anywhere between 9-12.00pm, the entire transaction was completed by 10.30am. Very recommended.

Highly recommend JB Gas Services. Came round to fix my parent's toilet, immediately popped on overshoes (a nice touch), and got the job done in good time. They even fixed a burner on the stove before they left which was very considerate of them.

Called Javaid on Saturday as I had a problem with my central heating. He was available that same day and fixed the electric problem in a reasonable amount of time and at a very fair price. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Very trustworthy and reliable. Will call him again if I ever have any further trouble with the boiler.

We had our boiler serviced with 24 hours of asking for a quote. We have a very old outdated boiler so finding a tradesman to service it is hard to do. Javid came today to replace an electric shower. He arrived on time, was polite and friendly and fitted shower with no problems (and added an isolation valve at no extra cost). Very reasonable price for his work. I would definitely recommend him.

Javaid and Yusuf are the best plumbers i have encountered. They replaced my leaking boiler with a worcester bosch and did so under not so easy conditions with it being an old house but they solved whatever challenges arose and did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their knowledge, skills and ability to work around problems. I will be using them again for my new kitchen hob, oven and sink soon.

Cannot fault JB Gas Services ( Yusuf ). I was recommended to use this company after my friend had used him. My mother needed a new built in cooker installed and setup and Yusuf kindly came out tonight ( Christmas Eve ) to install the new cooker and remove the old one. Super nice man who was very polite and reliable. Honestly nothing was too much trouble and Yusuf showed my mother how to use the new oven and put the old one outside ready for collection. Yusuf was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work but also cared about my mothers carpet ( wiping his feet ) UNLIKE the delivery men who dragged in lots of mud the day before. I had JB Gas Services out to quote for a new gas supply so i could have a gas cooker installed. I cannot fault ( Yusuf ) in any way shape or form. Very polite, efficient, reliable and knowledgeable! Yusuf turned up when he said he would unlike 2 other companies i contacted who let me down. Very reasonably priced and just got on with the job and cleared up after he had finished even though i had offered to....even returned on a weekend when my new cooker arrived to connect it up and show me basics on using it ( never had a gas cooker ). Great service from Usif called him out for a small emergency pipe leak, he said he will be there in a few hours and he did, I did feel for him to come out late in the evening but said the fix would be better to be done ASAP rather than the next day, he was polite and honest and repaired the fault and cleaned the area he was using.

Yusuf came to install the gas hob and garden tap at my home. He 1st listen all the requirements and fitted both of them at very high standards. After ringing 30 or more plumbers on Saturday morning in absolute desperation i got hold of Yusuf. Yusuf has a very " can do" attitude. He came round and replaced my boiler hear exchanger and additionally gave professional advice regarding the boiler's longevity. Another problem ensued, whereby the shower mixer wasnt working and entire shower needed replacing. Yusuf was excellent, he ordered, bought and fit a new shower and ensured the shower had 5 year warranty and sorted everything out. A total life saver. I had been struggling the entire week with no hot water and 3 gas engineers that let me down. Thank you Yusuf. The cherry on the cake was that i didn't have to sell my kidney to afford his services unlike other plumbers who were quoting me obscene prices for the weekend!
