Had an issue with a old broken stopcock. OvO sent BoilerTech plumbing & heating. Mohammad called before arrival to get some details for the parts needed. He arrived on a Saturday. Came and fixed the issue fast and to a high standard. Great professionalism and communication. Would recommend and use again. Thanks 🙏

Mohammed was great. He came out at short notice and sorted out the boiler and heating, taking the time to walk us round the system and make sure everything was running smoothly for a really good price. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling again as we need.

I called Mohammed for a quote for a new boiler installation and made an appointment for the next day. When he arrived, he looked at my current boiler and said “you don’t need a new boiler. This is a good boiler and I know what the problem is”. He fixed it right there and then and I had hot water again. It really didn’t take long. After the fix he made sure everything was working properly. Checked all the radiators and offered to bleed them. He was very professional, experienced and efficient. And most of all, he was honest! He actually saved me thousands of pounds. Mohammed is my go to guy from now on because I know he can get the job done. Highly recommend him!

Mohamed correctly identified which pipe was leaking and made a good repair, replacing a section of pipe and soldering 3 joints. A job well done.

Excellent work installing a new boiler and flushing through the system. The heating system is now upgraded and in good working order. They sorted out the best make and model for our size house and upgraded the pump so we now have all radiators working properly. The 2 engineers worked efficiently and professionally and left the house clean and tidy. Mohammed is now booked for the next 10 years to keep the boiler in top working order as the one we took over when buying the house was in a dreadful state. The cost was reasonable and we were kept up to speed at all stages and best of all he kept every appointment. Couldn't have asked for more.

Got told by PlumbingForce we'd need to completely replace a boiler. Called Mohammed up about installing a new boiler and instead of jumping in to quote he took time to understand what boiler I had and was able to guess exactly what the problem was without seeing the service report. Came out and helped fix for 1/10th of the cost. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Replied very quickly to my initial message and confirmed a slot to look at the issue with my boiler. Arrived at the agreed time and replaced the faulty part to quickly get the heating up and running again. Nice guy, great comms and competitively priced. Would definitely recommend.

We contacted Mohammed on a Friday afternoon about a broken boiler. Instead of the response we were getting from others of “sorry I’m busy until…” Mohammed gave good advice over the phone to help diagnose and fix the problem. We then arranged on Saturday for him to come on Tuesday evening. He was friendly and professional and very clear about what was wrong and what he was doing about it. Problem solved in a couple of hours - highly recommended!

My boiler underwent an annual service. During the service the engineer showed me a fault on the boiler. He called my insurance company for me there and then.I found Mohammed to be knowledgeable, instructive and a pleasant chap. 5 stars from me.

My insurance handed me over to this company I had a leak and I could not turn my boiler on Thursday so I phoned them to arrange a time so we settled with saterday he could not give exact Time so I had to stay local all day he phoned me 4 pm hour before and got here had a look said he had to make a call disappeared dident Anser his phone switched phone off left me without hot water and heating never explained anything just disappeared what the hell how could this company be tradeing like this how disrespectful staying around all day and still left without heating worst ever

Contacted Mohammed last night and he fixed my boiler on the following day. We sent him a a video of the issue and he provided us with a a quote. Transparent with prices and reliable. Cannot thank enough for fixing the problem in such a short time, stress free.

Very helpful. Diagnosed issue with underfloor heating. Avoided a more obvious and expensive (and as it turns out, unnecessary) repair by running tests before installing a replacement valve for a % of the price.

The plumber agreed to repair our leaking toilet within 48 hours (it was not urgent as we have two other toilets). He arrived on time and carried out the repair in an effective and efficient manner, for a very reasonable price. He is most friendly and helpful. He always checks the quality of his work before leaving; to ensure no mess or leaks..

The engineer came via our insurance policy when our boiler stopped working. He arrived 3 hours after filing our claim, assessed that the fan was broken and gave honest timings of when the part would arrive. He called that evening to inform us he hadn't received approval for ordering the new fan which prompted me to call the insurance company. If it hadn't been for this there would have been more of a significant delay. As soon as the part arrived three days later, the engineer called us to let us know he'd be round first thing which he was. Once fitted and he had left we noticed the boiler stopped working again. We contacted the engineer and he returned immediately and identified that the air pressure switch also needed replacing and went to the store to see if he could get one but unfortunately it needed to be ordered. However, he was back first thing the following morning and was all fixed and working. The engineer contacted us throughout the process, was very friendly, professional and responded quickly.

The plumber was very professional, with his time and quality of work, he was very well priced and ensured everything was sorted before he left.

My Dad (a vulnerable disabled adult) had a leak causing damage and I was in London and couldn't get to him. Muhammed got to his house in 30mins and fixed the leak at a very reasonable price. What made the service amazing was the sensitivity towards my Dad, an already stressful situation was handled really well with no mention of payment etc to my Dad. There are lots of plumbers out there who may have taken advantage of a situation like this, but my Dad was reassured and the problem soon rectified. I can't recommend this company enough, especially if you care for elderly relatives. Thanks

I’d give Mohammed 6 stars if I could! He is an excellent plumber and a very nice guy! We were renting our house when he first came round and he repaired a tap for us, perfect job btw. But, what sets him apart from the rest, is what he did afterwards. The day before, the lettings agent had sent a different plumber round to fix a leaky toilet, this guy managed to break something big, and we had no water at all upstairs, sinks, showers, nothing, he then spent 2 hours trying to get it working before just giving up and leaving. I mentioned this to Mohammad whilst he was fixing the tap, but knew he could do anything as he hadn’t been allocated that job, so he wouldn’t of got paid for it. However, simply because he’s a genuinely nice guy, after he’d fixed the tap, Mohammed went up and had a look. He knew exactly what the problem was, withing about 5 seconds. He then walked all the way back to his van (quite far away as the road was closed for resurfacing) he then came all the way back carrying some great big silver magical plumbing device, and fixed the problem for us within a few minutes! It’s not often you find a decent tradesman like this, so I can’t recommend him highly enough! Keep up the good work Mohammed! And thanks again :) Rowan

Mohammed and his team installed a new boiler for me following my old one packing up and being so old, it was beyond help. BoilerTech did a fantastic job - speedy service, conscientious, neat and tidy and just as important, at a very reasonable price. All staff were helpful and polite and they really did go the extra mile. A real find and will definitely be my 'go to' heating and plumbing experts.
