Veer came and replaced our broken old vaillant combi boiler and installed a new worcester bosch combi. Veer is a really pleasant guy to deal with, friendly and reliable. He comes when he says he’s going to, if he’s running late he calls you. He keeps you informed and in the trade this was a standout for me. Having a boiler replaced isn’t cheap, pricing is competitive. You get what you pay for and you’re paying for knowledge and experience. Overall really happy with the services provided. Would recommend and use again

Fantastic Boiler Installation – Quick, Clean, and Professional! I had my traditional boiler replaced with a new combi boiler and I’m genuinely impressed with the whole experience. First, I was given a proper quote clearly explaining what would happen with the costs involved. Next, the engineers were professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. They arrived on time, got straight to work and though it was not a simple job they could complete everything in just one day. The boiler has been smoothly working for several months now without having any problems. I’d highly recommend this team to anyone needing a boiler upgrade!

After moving into our new home and finding we were without heating and hot water Veer was on hand to come out on the same day even though it was a weekend. After giving us a solution for hot water we decided to go for a new boiler which was installed just a few days later. Couldn't be happier, we are very grateful and have already booked Veer to come back and fix our shower to work with the new boiler.
Unprofessional I’ve ask them to came and resolve my hot water pressure from boiler. We discussed the price and when they came just play around the boiler about 3 hours with not results. After this 3 hours he find the broken parts, flow turbine valve. He ask me to paid him double money and next day is coming to install new parts, but not free of charge. I explained him I cannot pay just for seat around 3 hours and destroyed my boiler, he took the flow value sensor from my boiler, he purposely Didn't connect the copper tubes together to flood my boiler room+ the ceiling in my kitchen, Also he decided it would be a great idea to cut the cable that connects the boiler with the panel on the front.

quick response and fix for the water leak we had in the kitchen.
Our boiler broke on the 20th so had a panic with it being so close to Christmas. Rang Best Quotes at 8pm and they were with us within the hour which we were so grateful for. They came back the next day with parts and fixed! Really impressed with the efficient and friendly service as well as the advice given for general boiler care (we’re new home owners!).
